An ideal place to relax with children - large fenced area, sports field . We stayed in very comfortably furnished spacious chalet with a view of the mountains. In the hotel, in addition to the restaurant, there is a tavern where you can eat outdoors. I strongly recommend tasting a delicious trout and a royal cake. An additional attraction is the fairly large swimming pool and proximity to hiking trails.

The large modern hotel is situated somewhat outside of Bielsko Biala at the end of a cul-de sac and very quiet. There is ample parking on the hotel grounds which we were not charged for. You cannot unload your luggage directly in front of the entrance though. It takes you about 15 minutes to get to downtown Bielsko Biala by car. Reception at the front desk was very friendly. We were given a free upgrade to a very large and nicely furnished junior suite with a view to the surrounding forest. Everything in the room worked perfectly. There were even some free drinks in the minibar. Breakfast was of very good quality. A special highlight of the hotel was its pleasantly heated modern indoor pool. The hotel can be highly recommended.

My family and I stayed here for our friends wedding. The hotel is nice, modern and very clean. The wedding was fabulous and the seperate building was great as it meant there was no noise to worry about when our children went to bed. Staff are very friendly and were able to give us an early check-in so we could get ready for the wedding. The location is in a lovely area, where we walked into the forest, which was very picturesque. The surroundings were peaceful and lovely. My only complaints were that there is no one to help you with luggage up the stairs. Our room was up stairs, which was not accessible by elevator so it was a bit of a struggle getting up and down with big suitcases. My other compliant is that on our second day house keeping came in the morning while I was in a shower. My daughter asked if she could come back in an hour. She never came back at all so we didn’t have any clean towels etc on the second day. The same thing happened to one of our friends. This was disappointing. These were the seconds I never gave 5 stars.…

Hotel met our 4* hotels expectations. We had a package which included breakfasts and suppers. We were unable to visit restaurant timely two days in a row and hotel shifted supper time for us. Meals were tasty, hotel accomodated to gluten free diet. Place recommended to visit. I think that you may need a car or cab at least. We will come back. Thank you!
