Hotel's Favorite
I would like to comment on the fiesta Americana at Wisconsis as the perfect location to walk and visit this beautiful very clean and safe city. The staff was attentive to any and all of our needs knowing ahead of time what our next request is. We enjoyed bar at the hotel where axle Took extreme care of us making sure we had exact food orders fulfilled as well as providing a beautiful ambience overlooking the patios water fountain. Pilar worked at the restaurant across the way make sure the food was always prepared exquisitely and displayed in a beautiful fashion. Bottom line the food was always excellent. It Doesn’t stop there … the concierge Alfredo Make sure we had a private car and guy to take us to the local vineyards that were remarkable and beautiful! Eduardo the bell boy at the front desk also made sure we were provided directions on where to go and what places to eat at. All in all it was a splendid vacation and the staff at the fiesta americana made it even more special thank you all for making us feel so special and taking good care of us…

My friend and I stayed here on one of our overnights in Aguascalientes and we felt that we were in paradise. The front desk area had a classy feel, the rooms looked quaint, and the bathrooms reminded me of the ones you find at the Ritz Carlton. The location was great because there were many local vendors selling goods and food to the tourists and they were also trying to teach us how to salsa dance (el bailar). I ended up having dinner (la cena) and breakfast (el desayuno) there.

I believe this hotel has to be the best in the city. The hotel was sparkling clean. The staff was really helpful. The bar and restaurant were both great. The pool area was huge and well designed. I really enjoyed my stay!

To be a great high star hotel is not worth it I stay there last night for the fair of San Marcos. Have a nice customer service but the hotel has a lot of damage, really why would you have that if is a high start hotel, I would look for a better hotel where there take care the hotel, some areas they don’t clean at all. More that there are following COVID protocol

Great location very close to the square and a beautiful park. Bar scene is just past the square and offers great night life. I made use of the hotel bar and had a cold beer and I enjoyed the sun in the well manicured garden. Can’t wait to go back.

i visted here for 8 night business trip, stating in the Fiesta rewareds junior suite. hotel is in excellent condition, cleanliness was excellent rooms are large spaces and clean, good wasjing facilities also. the buffet breakfast has a very large offering and is great value for money. the dinner menu i thought was limited. gym facilites were very limited could introduce more free weights and bars. the hotel staff are a credit through each department check in, cleaning, resturant, concierge are all very freindly and helpful.

Great accommodations and friendly staff. This was a business trip. The location is perfect for the downtown scene. The hotel is also within walking distance of the bull fighting arena. There's a Starbucks in the lobby for coffee addicts like myself!
