Room was clean and kitchen had everything I needed. Looked like all units had private patio with bbq. My room was on river for a reasonable price. River empties into sea of Cortez and the view is marvelous. However be careful if you decide to walk down the road to Jungle Jims to eat or drink. I was bitten by... More

We stayed at Casa Rio which is the 2 bdr casa on the river. It had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. We ended up having 2 extra people so had a group of parents (2), grandparents (2) and 2 children due to a miscommunication with Hotel Serindad down the street not having our reservation even though I... We spent one night in a casita at Cliff's Place (Clementine's), on our way from Loreto to San Ignacio Lagoon. We had a super time. The casita is way spacious for two and has a very comfortable and private courtyard at its private entrance. It has a full kitchen, which seems well equipped. We didn't cook. We walked 100 yards... We stayed for a month in one of the casitas, not the B and B. Each day we discovered more about Mulege and the surrounding areas, and found Cliff to be not only the gracious host, but also the knowledgeable advisor, and the helpful arranger of excursions. (He even gave contact info for some unscheduled dental work I had done... More

I didn't stay at this hotel and I'm glad I didn't because the owner stroke me as plain racist. When I called to make a reservation, I obviously spoke Spanish since I live in Mexico, the hotel is in Mexico, and as far as I'm concerned, Spanish is still the official language. Without even letting me finish my first sentence,... More

Our visit to Mulege started out as a quick vacation to a "place" my husband did research on, "best places to live and vacation in Mexico". We made our plans, to stay at Clementines and for a test, we put our place up for sale while we were in Mulege. The first person bought our place. This delayed our pre-paid... More

Mulege is a gem in Baja Califoria Sur. We drove from the northern Baja Peninsula and found it beneficial to stay in a hotel half-way down (close to the border of Baja Norte & Sur) It is about a 12-13 hour drive otherwise. Clementines Baja was a wonderful location on the river Mulege. Cliff and Susie were so helpful in... More

If you're going to Baja, you simply have to go see Cliff at Clementines in Mulage. He takes care of everything: Setting you up with the best fishing guides, whale watching, snorkeling, 7,000 year old pictographs, and the best places to eat. And, of course, his casitas are gorgeous places to stay, surrounded by visitors from all over North &... More

Only stayed one night, but happy we did. We rented Casa Linda, and found it clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'll need, including drinking water. The small development is right on the river and a short walk to a bar/restaurant where you can order the "special" of the day along with a margarita. Very welcome for road weary... More

We stayed in Casa Linda, one of the casitas in Clementines, and we had a lovely stay. Cliff was very helpful and responsive, and helped us navigate the town with suggestions and directions. This place is located in an American/Canadian enclave, which won't give you the flavor of Mulege the way perhaps some other location might, but there's also some... More
