We went to Taco Tuesday. It's very well known if you live in Mulege or the surrounding area. The hotel has been renovated and is for sale now. We didn't go into any of the rooms. They have many kinds of tacos, one of the more popular ones at our table was the coconut shrimp. There is a vegetarian option...

We arrived at Hotel Buenavetura to find a new owner named Fabrizio. After reading reviews here and talking to the owner of the restaurant just down the beach (his review is below) I was skeptical. However our stay proved to be great! Fabrizio is a new owner, not just new management. He said he bought the hotel (but not the...

The good thing: the view. If you have a room with ocean view. All the rest is terrible. The chaise longe on our terrace was very, very dirty and smelly, the shower had no pression at all, there was a cockroach in the shower, no electricity for hours, no remote control for the airco and you certainly need it in...

Many tourists come to this hotel with great expectations. I would recommend not paying anything in advance. Check rooms before renting. My wife Olivia and I Mark have this hotel and Rafael Munoz in court in La Paz for the past five years. We have the restaurant adjacent on the beach. We have always run the hotel successfully before this....

San Buenaventura Resort Hotel promises lots on its website - luxury accommodation, restaurant, beautiful beaches, internet access, satellite TV. But don't believe a word of it. Perhaps we should have guessed from the fact that the website doesn't run properly, that this hotel is completely incompetently managed. We had the impression from the beginning that they had only just started...

We spent one night at this hotel in March 2007. We took three rooms, three single moms with assorted kids. The young man who was running the place, Arturo and his new bride Leti were incredibly friendly and kind to us and our noisy kids. Nothing was too much to ask. The rooms were very simple, no TV, no phones,...

If you are looking for a quiet, laid back place to stay -- this is a GREAT place. We planned on traveling farther, but decided to stay here the extra few days. The beach is beautiful, the people are friendly and left us alone to do our thing. We had access to the barbecue to cook our own meals or...

We stayed a few days in Mulegue and decided to stop in this hotel on our way to Loreto. In such a nice place as Bahia de Conception, it is almost impossible to find a place right on the beach for an acceptable price (~60 USD for the larger room at the corner with direct seaview and hammock) except camping...

The accomadations do not come close to matching their glowing web site proclomations. Ther ar no TVs, no heat , no buisness/fax/internet services, no min bars, overpriced rooms, broken beds, nearby resturant double chatrges meals, beach is all gravel,...

We have several kayaks in good conditions, some of them are brand new. Our beds are all in goo condition and none is broken since we have spear parts for beds. Our...
