We stayed in their RV park and had dinner, lunch, drinks and swam at the pool several times. Each time, the service was great, the food was delicious and the drinks were wonderful. This place is a little oasis.

My credit card was declined at check-in, not the hotels fault. It was a Sunday and banks are closed. So I asked if I could give them a "Full"cash payment, Dollars, call my bank first thing in the morning to tell them I was in Mexico and to authorize the charge. Then pay with my credit card and have them...

I stay at the Hotel Serenidad 2-3 times per year while doing healthcare mission work in the area. The hotel is modest, but clean and comfortable, with AC that works and showers that while not strong, get the job done. They have a fun outside bar with amazing margaritas and there are always interesting people staying or passing through to...

I might not be the best writer in the world, but I really wanted to drop a few lines for this place. I went with my family and all I can say is that the actual property may need a few updates here and there, but you can barely tell when you are there. the staff is GREAT I already...

We stopped here during a road trip. It's cheap, safe and off route 1 so if you need a quick stop over during a road trip it's fine. The staff are all really friendly but the rooms are kind of dodgy. I would only go back here if I had no other options. The food was okay, the margaritas were...

Having read many travelers' reviews for this hotel I wish to comment on my experiences here. Owner Don Johnson is 90 now and a Baja legend. When he is on the property he mingles a lot with the guests and has many stories to recount which guests enjoy. He just installed 50 new air conditioning units in the rooms so...

Very nice staff, good breakfast. The property could use some work, but it is still nice. Then again almost all small hotels in baja could use some work. After getting off a bike it was very relaxing and having a pool is a huge bonus. Food was average, but good.

I booked through email and send my credit card information twice as they said it didn't go through the first time. I emailed to confirm reservation before leaving Seattle and never got a response. When we arrived at hotel after long flight and drive up from Loreto we found they had no record of the reservation and since it was...

Wow, this is a very nice hotel and the price is perfect. The only reason that I didn't give this hotel a rating of 5 is no internet in the rooms and no English channels on the TV. Otherwise this hotel is off the charts good!! Now that I know about this place I will stay here every time I...

“The rooms surrounding the pool are nice for their location but can get noisy. As a rule though, once the bar closes (about 10:00), every one quiets down. Avoid Easter week unless you enjoy lots of screaming kids in the pool playing Marco Polo. Wifi is in the lobby area only”
