We had an amazing stay here. Very relaxing, beautiful property and an amazing host that is so helpful with everything you could need. Pool is beautiful and you can have a nice walk around the property with a lot of fruit trees, vegetables, grapes, etc. They also make wine which is very tasty as well. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks!!

Absolutely beautiful property in the hills of Emilia Romagna with stunning views and incredible landscapes. My husband and I spent four nights at the Podere Prasiano cassetta in September, the blue-shuttered house was beautifully and lovingly restored and furnished by Emanuela and Massimo. (including handpainted Italian linens on the beds.) Emanuela was a perfect and generous host who dropped off delicious homemade treats each day. The house was also fully stocked with organic fruit and juices, cheese, eggs from the farm, yogurt and everything we needed for breakfast, snacks and even a light supper. Every evening we would sit outside with a glass of wine on the beautifully landscaped terrace and enjoy the ever-changing sunsets over the hills and valleys. Such a perfect way to unwind after our travels through northern Italy. Truly a magical place!

This property has an incredible hilltop setting in the hills south of Modena. Our family of five stayed in the larger of the two houses available to rent. The house and surrounding gardens were pristine. Emanuela and Massimo were incredibly friendly, helpful and informative and spoiled us with homemade baking and preserves from their garden. It was our favourite of all the places we stayed during our vacation.

Our family had our reunion at Podere Prasiano in August for a week and had a delightful experience. The house was spacious and comfortable, with lovely bedrooms and baths. The farm is situated on a hillside with a fantastic view of hills and valleys in the distance. The beautifully designed infinity pool is a special feature and around it are a variety of different areas to sit and relax. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and lovingly tended. We simply enjoyed the beautiful nature of the podere. Our hostess was gracious and supplied us with a wealth of “treats” to have during the week and our breakfasts were stocked with local and organic products that were delicious. Podere Prasiano is a beautiful setting from which to enjoy all that Emilia Romagna has to offer. We hope to make a return visit!

My wife and I had an amazing stay and experience. Podere Prasiano takes agriturismo to the next level with their dedication to their land, food, and wine. If you’re looking to connect with nature in addition to having a relaxing vacation then look no further! They also have a lovely dog and cat if you’re an animal lover!

Absolutely stunning property and top notch hospitality! The food was delicious - all locally sourced, fresh and organic. We enjoyed a wine tasting with their sommelier and tried a preview of the Nero di Festa, produced with Festazio grapes (they are the only vineyard with this grape variety). Very cool experience. My husband and I had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to go back!

The setting of this agriturismo is spectacular and the hosts are friendly and generous. Our multi-generational family group of 10 had plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and outdoor seating. Beds were super comfortable and property was very clean. We especially appreciated the local recommendations and wonderful fresh products and food provided by the hosts. ....The week went by way too quickly!

My family stayed there in august 2022. We were my parents, my sisters family and my brothers family. We loved everything about the place, the rooms were clean and tidy, enough room for a family of 5. The pool area was lovely, the view breathtaking and the hospitality from Emanulea excellent. Recommend it for a big fa ily for a summer holiday
