Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Safari adventure. We stayed at Pumba and our tent was neat and clean. Solar power provided hot shower en suite. The shower could use a little more pressure and the washroom could use more hooks to hang clothes/towels —but not a big deal. We are partial to having a well lit space and most of the places we stayed at, including this one, have this dim yellow lights —maybe it has something to do with not attracting insects, i am not sure. We used our own flashlights when needed. We appreciate the electric outlets by the bed to charge our devices— and the great effort to have my charger returned to me when i unfortunately forgot it. Love the bright stars at night. Love the food and the pleasant greetings from the Staff, especially Titus. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this camp :) Thank you Milton.…

Nice camp just outside the gate of the Masai Mara. Very nicely equipped tents, good food and great service. The tents were more like a hotel room with a private bathroom. We had an issue with no hot water one morning otherwise everything was great.

I was part of a group of 7 and this was the last accommodation on safari in Kenya We where told that we are to be upgraded from accommodation previously noted but to us this camp was a downgrade to what we had been staying in and 2.5 hours drive from main animal viewing ( a loss of 5 hours per day) so not happy. Having said that the tent had seen better days and must be padlocked when unattended. Stayed here two nights for my stay hit and miss with hot water more often not cold water . Dinner was at 7.30 but be quick as empty trays seldom refilled and limited choice. Breakfast much the same as juice bottle not refilled from day before and was empty. Again very attentive personal and was lucky to have a server who spoke very good english. If you pay for any drinks in $US change will be given in Kenya shilling which was XXX as last days in Kenya and one cannot tell me they did not have change in $US anyway Porters meant to walk you to main tent for evening meals but lucky to find one but I wasnt eaten so that is the main thing. Not very well lit to walk back to tent of a night so take head lamp or hand torch. A large pool for relaxing if one has the time with coffee, tea biscuits provided after your safari Beds have nets and are comfortable Personally not my choice …

We had the best time. Accommodation are well serviced and cleaned. Wanted to disconnect from a busy town life. Their tented camps and the view, oh the view brought my expectations into life. The food is great, friendly staff we were served by Titus very friendly lad. Their Chef Bennerd aka" Black Coffee" was very and always ready to assist, recommend and talk about his work of fruitsart during buffet. Will be nice if they offered bottled water. The water that they left in the jug tasted funny. I'll definitely love go back. I highly recommend Enkorok Mara

My husband and I travelled with my mother and stayed 3 nights. We had booked a family tent through a local tour provider (2 tents with an adjoining lounge-type area) - however on arrival we were taken to a triple room (3 beds in 1 tent). After waiting for about half an hour while they contacted our travel agent, we were given an additional room to use. This was a room (not a tent) next to the massage room near the pool. It seemed to be partially renovated - working bathroom however the toilet seat was not attached, with paint debris on the floor. There was just a bed in the room. No other amenities were offered so we had to request some hot water, tea, a table, etc. (in other words, all the amenities that come with a booked tent). Although staff complied with our requests, unfortunately we did feel as if we had brought inconvenience to the staff as we had to ask for everything that should've been provided. It was a shame as we were all looking forward to staying in a tent, however at least we had a bed and bathroom to use in the end. Water was not replenished daily so we brought our jugs to reception each day to get more water. Food was great and well cooked. The tent we did have was spacious and comfortable. Basic bathroom which did the job. Hot water was unpredictable but definitely sufficient for a quick shower. Was lovely sitting outside on the front deck, observing the goats, cattle, and birds that freely roamed. Accommodation is nestled amongst local Masai villages, giving us a glimpse into local life each day as we drove to/from Masai Mara. …

Very friendly welcome from Faith. She brought us a warm cloth and cool drink on arrival. Explained the hotel and how it worked. Titus greeted us each morning with his smile and greet personality. Plenty of good food. Tents were nice and very clean.

We stayed three nights at The Enkorok Mara Camp on a fantastic trip to the Maasai Mara. The camp is situated about 5 minutes from the entrance to the Maasai Mara and is surrounded by small Masai villages. It is clean, safe and the staff are all friendly and very welcoming. The tented accommodation is quite basic but has all the necessary facilities. We had issues with hot water which was hit and miss whether we had any (even after leaving it running for ten mins as they suggested). There are seated verandas outside the tent - sadly ours didn’t over look anything other than a bush, and didn’t really make an appealing place to sit - the camp doesn’t really have much or a scenic outlook. At night we had the hope of hearing the wildlife instead all we heard was barking dogs every night all night. The food area and bars are great with plenty of choices and seating areas! The drinks and cocktails are reasonably priced and the selection of food should suit most people. The service was smiley, happy to help and always cheerful! The staff member Nicholas was a joy and a credit to the place Overall I wouldn’t not stay there again but I’m certain there are better options.…

We stayed for 2 nights for a safari. The welcome from the young members of staff was warm and friendly. Titus served us well. The resort was clean, but a little tired. There was a good choice of food and plenty of it. Hots drinks with the evening meal would have been nice (and cold milk to go with tea and coffee!) Overall, the accommodation served its purpose.
