This was our first tented safari experience and luckily for us, there were only a few other guests there. So we had an intimate experience at the camp. Our tent was very comfortable, the staff were polite and attentive . Even though it was a fixed menu, the food was delicious and we were walked to our tent at night by Masai guards. Although the camp is located outside one of the main gates, we could still hear the animals at night near the camp and the camp was so still and beautiful.

We stayed for three nights at Enkorok Mara Camp between Oct 18, 2021 and Oct 21, 2021. From the moment we entered, we were impressed by their service, which started with a friendly briefing. The tent was comfortable with attached bathroom. Hot water and electricity was available 24x7 in the room. The staff escorted us from the room to the dining area and back in the late evening, which made us feel safer. Wifi was available in the restaurant and reception area We had great vegetarian meals during our stay. We also loved their packed picnic lunch boxes which they provided our safari operator for our full day game drives. The portions were substantial and we had hearty meals for lunch! The camp is conveniently located about a couple of kilometers from the Olalaimutiek gate for the Masai Mara, which meant that we did not spend a lot of valuable time driving to and from the reserve and the camp. Overall, we loved everything about the camp and we would love to return again in the future!

I was at the Enkorok Mara Camp for 2x nights. From my arrival there to my departure the staff was so helpful, dedicated and friendly! I have stayed at many lodges and Camps in Africa, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations. An example: on the second evening it was raining and I knew that I had to walk more than 100m to the dinner area. Without having said or mentioned anything, a staff member stood in front of my tent with an umbrella, ready to accompany me to dinner. Amazing. Thank you very much to all staff at the Enkorok Mara Camp, especially Milton and the ever attentive Masai.

Enkorok Mara Camp is a camp located very near one of the gates from the Masai Mara Reserve. The tents are very nice and comfortable (bathrooms could be improved, but they are ok for a tent). Food is actually very good and local and service is friendly. Maasai will accompany you every night back to your tent :) Regarding wifi, that is only possible in your the common areas/restaurant but that does not bother at all.
