This is the third time we have been to Siladen Resort & Spa (2015,2019,2024) and it is always the same enchantment. From the airport, we are totally taken care of by a smiling and caring team, although this year baggage problems with the airline have wasted them a lot of time. Fortunately the Resort is equipped with a small shop where we were able to buy some clothes, swimsuits and toiletries while waiting for our bags, which arrived two days later at the airport and which the hotel went to collect in Manado. Then the whole stay will be in tune and the only thing we will have to worry about will be to make the most of this enchanting place constantly perfected. Managers Ana and Miguel are always so charming and it rubs off on the staff who do not know what to do to give you personalized help and please you. Hearing waiters and dive guides call you, almost without mistake, by your first name from the second day is something that blows our minds. The common areas and garden, swimming pool, bungalows, restaurant, bar, spa, meeting and yoga area and diving center are maintained, refined, efficient or an unusual level of luxury. Every day, gardeners sweep the fallen leaves during the night and maintain the plantations, while the pool is regularly cleaned. Generally speaking, a small army, visible or not, is activating to make everything perfect and we thank them for that. Breakfasts are a treat to start the day, lunch and dinner are taken either at the restaurant or on the beach with your feet in the sand in buffet form when the weather is nice. The cuisine is a mix of western dishes and Indonesian flavors, so everyone can find something to delight in. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and prepared twice a day by very discreet and efficient staff. A first time in the morning while we went diving to make the bed and open the curtains, all including a daily deposit of small chocolates. A second time while we are at the restaurant for supper to close the curtains and deploy the mosquito nets (mosquito nets almost absent during our stay) As for diving, the centre includes a remote compressor room to avoid acoustic genes, a room where equipment put to dry after rinsing is stored, a meeting place where scheduled dives are organized and noted the day after. To complete everything, a photo room allows to prepare are material and debrief photos of the day. The boats are spacious and fast, the equipment is brought there in the morning according to the outings of each by a staff, again with little care. Everything is done to bring maximum comfort and safety. OK! I can go on and on, as the daily amenities help to make your stay at Siladen Resort & Spa an enchanted break. So when we return to our latitudes, only one question prevails: When are we going back?

The beach long, white where you can walk in complete tranquility without meeting anyone. The sea is splendid, after all it is a protected marine park with a coral reef accessible even to those who are not expert swimmers. And what a coral reef, very rich, where you can see any type of fish, coral, turtles and so on just by snorkeling. The island is subject to tides but despite this, access to the sea is permitted from a pier near the resort.
Rooms We had a beach villa facing the sea, splendid, spacious, tastefully furnished, a beautiful outdoor patio where you can relax in a hammock or sofa armchairs with also a comfortable Jacuzzi. The strong point is the fact that you can enter the water by taking a few steps from the bed.
The restaurant From breakfast to dinner the meals have always been excellent. Every preparation made on the spot, nothing pre-packaged. From croissants to bread all homemade, always varied lunch and dinner, both meat and fish and veg.m choices with preparations that are not obvious but very creative and a different theme for each dinner. Dinner is on the beach.
The diving Definitely deserves the awards won, professional, attentive, top equipment. The Managers Lea and Leo instil security, tranquility and above all stand out for their professionalism, so much so that they took my totally fasting husband into the water, to say the least, for aquatic activities. The other instructors and guides were also top, every trip we took was a unique experience.
The staff Strong point of the Resort, very kind, always with a smile, ready to satisfy any request by addressing you by your name.
The Spa Large, varied massage menu, professional and technically trained girls. Excellent value for money
Two separate mentions: Ana and Miguel, the managers of the facility, friendly and professional, on the other hand the level of the resort is high also thanks to them. Attention to the environment and the marine park. Plastic free resort, you have a personalized water bottle, water dispenser in the rooms, absence of plastic everywhere.
Finally the Owner, Daniele, everything began and evolved thanks to him. Compliments!!!!!!

Located on the small island of Siladen in the middle of the Bunaken UW National Park, the luxurious resort offers both a pleasant stay for non-divers and a sensational underwater world for UW photographers and turtle lovers. At the end of October 2023, we stayed for 8 days in a seafront villa with a jacuzzi and its own beach, which offers very generous space and is very well equipped. The excellent cuisine of the restaurant goes to great lengths, starting with a varied breakfast, lunch and dinner, which are mostly served as a buffet directly on the beach or in the restaurant when the weather is bad. The varied dishes are very tastefully and beautifully presented. The staff was very attentive and courteous. All wishes are fulfilled almost immediately and reliably. The diving center is very well organized and well equipped. The maintenance of the infrastructure is exemplary. Photographers enjoy the large air-conditioned camera room. The equipment is looked after and reliably washed by the diving guides, so you basically don't have to worry about anything. Personal requests for specific diving spots, night dives, etc. are implemented without any ifs and buts. My special thanks go to Rando for his tireless search for interesting photo subjects and Ana, the best host you could wish for. In my opinion the best resort in the area

An impeccable, pleasant place, with friendly people who attend to you very well all the time, from the time you check in to the goodbye greeting.
Beautiful rooms, which combine a certain luxury with many amenities with the rusticity demanded by the place, so that constructions and nature do not fight, but dialogue harmoniously.
Excellent food service, always served somewhere as pleasant, be it the circular breakfast site as the beach itself, when you have lunch or dinner meters from the sea, looking at the water and feeling its whisper.
A staff dedicated to the absolutely friendly and Pro dive sector, which makes you feel comfortable, whether you are the best diver or a neophyte. Such a friendly and friendly spa staff!
It is located on a small island of the same name, with a sea floor rich in corals and small fish and sea creatures, ideal for snorkeling.
A team, from the maximum manager of the place, a Portuguese girl, who speaks very good Spanish, through the staff of the reception, to the boys and girls of the restaurant or the cleaning service, to which more pleasant and friendly.
I could continue writing dozens of pages about this place, which I chose to give myself for my 60th birthday, and for which I congratulate myself: it costs dearly, of course, but it is worth it.

Around twenty bungalows under the shade of majestic trees in a very well maintained park on the edge of a beautiful clean beach. A superb swimming pool surrounded by beautiful wooden buildings: bar, shop and restaurant. That's it for the visual. We have just spent a few days in this Resort at the end of the world. We were very warmly welcomed and surrounded by Anna (who speaks excellent French) and her entire team who took great care of us. The diving center team is just as impeccable: several boats go out every day for divers and snorkelers of all levels who they take to the sites of Bunaken Island right next door. We have never visited the same site and were dazzled by the diversity of corals, thousands of fish, majestic turtles and magnificent drop-offs! A special thank you to Stenly who accompanied us on each snorkeling trip and helped us discover all these beauties! Above all, don't forget the chef of the Yonki kitchen who concocts different and succulent dishes every day from starter to dessert: meals that we took on the beach with our feet in the sand and facing the sea! We will return with the greatest pleasure to this little paradise at the end of the world! Thank you all and good luck

We had a fantastic time at Siladen in March / April on an underwater photography course. We learnt a lot on the course, and our dive guide was great. He spotted the most smallest critters for us. We did not have one bad dive.
All of the dive boats were spacious and clean. We were provided with towels daily and our equipment was set up each morning, and after each tank change, and also cleaned at the end of the day.
We shared a two bedroom beach bungalow with a friend and it was very spacious. We were not on top of each other by any means. It was clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did a good job everyday.
There was a wide variety of food available and they were able to cater to my dietary needs.
Everyone that we met at Siladen were friendly and welcoming. I think everyone had remembered our names by the end of the first day!
We would love to go back again one day.

Since 2003, Siladen Resort & Spa has established itself as a true institution in terms of diving resorts, not only in the Manado region but also throughout the rest of Indonesia. It was time to go take a look, just to understand why so many divers come back again and again... And we were not disappointed!!
First of all, Siladen Island is located in the heart of Bunaken National Park. Its small size, its easily accessible drop-offs, its beaches and its tiny village make it a little paradise on earth.
Ideally located on a beautiful white sand beach, the Siladen Resort & Spa is indeed a very beautiful address, with very pleasant and spacious villas, faultless service, a very beautiful environment and above all, a very good restaurant to delight everyone. gourmets!
- Accommodation: We were in the Luxury villa, located on the beach, with its private jacuzzi, its large terrace, its living room and its beautiful bedroom. Happiness... The Garden and Beach Villas, all built in wood, spacious and equipped with a beautiful terrace and a bathroom with outdoor shower. It's beautifully decorated, well designed (and maintained) and perfectly equipped.
- The table: Buffet style.... Don't plan to come back with fewer kilos! Everything is here to delight your eyes and your taste buds. Particular attention is paid to freshness, variety and originality, both for breakfast and for other meals. It's fine, it's tasty, in short, it's almost indecently delicious. We want to taste everything... Depending on the weather, meals are taken by the beach, in the shade of the trees or in the open restaurant, overlooking the beach and the swimming pool.
- The diving center: Lea, Leo and their team offer you a great welcome, spacious and super functional premises, guided dives (1 guide for 2 divers) on Bunaken, Siladen and even Bangka, comfortable and fast fiber boats of glass, impeccable service and flawless security. Lea can even give you freediving lessons. For snorkelers, the house reef can easily be reached from the village pontoon, located 5 minutes on foot.
- The Spa: large choice of massages, treatments and a caring team, very professional and the setting is very pleasant.
- The staff: adorable and terribly efficient. Here, we call you immediately by your first name and we quickly know your preferences, to provide you with an ultra-personalized service, always with a smile.
- Ana & Miguel: the conductors of this enchanting score. Despite the ton of work they have to do to make everything work "like clockwork", they both remain very available and will do their utmost to make you feel "at home". Hyper professional, passionate and above all adorable, they are the centerpiece of the success of this superb Resort of only 26 villas. Another huge thank you to both of you for this wonderful stay!
- In conclusion: we have been organizing diving trips for our clients for more than 30 years. Among the addresses in which we had the chance to stay, the Siladen Resort & Spa undoubtedly remains one of the most beautiful! We can only recommend, again and again...

We stayed at Siladen Resort last month and it was an amazing experience. The resort is on a gorgeous beach on Siladen Island in N. Sulawesi, with well appointed spacious bungalows. I recommend the beach view or luxury villas. The food was delicious and mostly served with a beautiful buffet. The sfaff, pool, and spa were all excellent. What really set this place apart for us, was the way they treated snorkelers. They had a locker for us, took care of our gear, and had excursions just for snorkelers. That is hard to find at a "dive resort". The reefs are very healthy and colorful, and the water is warm and clear. Did I mention fantastic sunsets over the nearby volcano island! It really was exceptional, and I highly recommend Siladen Resort!

Our group of 6 arrived by boat from a resort in Lembeh - diving along the way (we all highly recommend this!!!).
We were all welcomed on the beach and taken to check in. Our bags arrived before we did and were already in our rooms. The Resort is tastefully decorated and you can tell immediately that they pay attention to the smallest details.
The lobby, and bar area overlook a beautiful pool with waterfall which was wonderful. The dining room was beautiful and the food was some of the very best we had on our month long trip. Every staff person in the dining room knew our names and could not have been kinder or more helpful.
We shared a beach house with another couple called Cempaka which was huge. We each had a very spacious bed and bathroom and a shared living room, deck and beach access. The views were wonderful. The room was immaculate and kept clean and well supplied. Hot and cold filtered water, a small fridge and coffee & tea was also in the room. There is plenty of space for drying clothes and a rack was provided for each couple.
The reefs here are beautiful and the dive masters/guides will do their very best to find the critters you most want to see, so don't hesitate to let them know. Boats and staff on board were all very kind and helpful. Leah and Leo run the dive operation and make sure all is well.
Thank you to everyone who goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you could want for your stay here. And a special thank you to Ana & Miguel who pay attention to the details. It shows in so many ways here.
Kind regards, Dawn Rezak

I LOVE this place. Everything was perfect, my idea of heaven. The villas are clean and lovely with a wonderful, large outdoor shower. Beds were made up each morning; in the evening there was turn down and mosquito nets were set up. There is a beautiful pool and a long sandy beachfront with options for sunbathing or relaxing out of the sun. The food was excellent, very high quality. Buffets included a wide variety of delicious options, all cooked to perfection and well-presented. Entertainment accompanied several of the dinner meals where we dined on the beach – one was a performance by staff and their families, another was a talented band that came in from nearby Manado along with dancing on the beach. Part of what made Siladen such a great experience were the staff. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. In addition to the house staff who were so attentive and helpful, the dive center staff were excellent. They attended to our equipment and accompanied us on our snorkels, happy to point out creatures we would have missed on our own. The snorkeling around Bunaken National Marine Park was fabulous. The variety of sea life, colors and vibrancy of the reefs was something I’ve never seen before. In addition to our snorkel tours, there was access to the house reef, paddleboards and kayaks. I hope I can come back to Siladen on another snorkel trip, or just to relax and enjoy.
