Went there twice, it's the perfect place for couples or families. Very nice area, and the Mas itself is just beautiful. Breakfast is exceptional. The hosts are lovely. There are all sorts of animals, the dogs are super nice :-) I love the place and will be back as soon as possible.

I recognize those rare few folks who put 150% into their undertaking REGARDLESS of profit or cost. They don't even reflect on such...their whole focus is to make their endeavor the VERY BEST it can be. This is the reason d'etre of Mas la Jaina. Truly. And they don't stop...they just keep on and on making it better and better and better. It's ALREADY phenomenal and yet we observed them working and planning industriously to add "more" and "better". Ingrid and Johannes level of commitment to excellent is simply mind-boggling...absolutely OVER-THE-TOP! We were so inspired by the calibre of the aesthetics, the delicious meals, the small touches everywhere that we are motivated to attempt to create something similar (much smaller) on our own Tennessee farm. The formula? Spare no expense, dream BIG, and go after that dream with unceasing zeal. Mas la Jaina reflects these amazing and so sweet and gentle folk did EXACTLY that. Bravo! Simply no comparison to any place we've ever stayed. We're going back! Btw, if you are vegan (which we are) you will be on Cloud Nine. If you are not...you will enjoy all they offer just as much...trust me!

We adored our hosts and the warm, cozy atmosphere. Our daughter is an animal lover and very much enjoyed morning trips to visit the many chickens, donkeys, lamas, cats and dogs. Yet, this retreat is not only good for children. The adults in our party very much appreciated the spa and relaxing sitting areas around the property. Finally, the vegetarian breakfast provided is first rate, highlighted by a remarkable fruit salad presentation each morning.

Mas la Jaina, tucked into a lovely provencal setting, is an exceptional place to unwind from the stresses of the world. The rooms here are spacious and nicely decorated, and well-appointed with slippers, toiletries, and other little luxuries. Some of our favorite aspects from our two stays include eating incredible meals and sipping rosé on the umbrella-shaded terrace overlooking lush surrounding gardens, natural pools, and water features. On our wintertime visit, we made good use of the indoor pool, infrared sauna, and workout room. Next time, we hope to try out the petanque court! We love animals, and meeting the resident donkeys, llamas, and chickens was also a highlight. The real stars of the Mas La Jaina experience, however, are Ingrid and Johan, the nicest and most accommodating hosts you'll ever meet. Besides the lovely vegan meals they prepared for us on each visit, they took time to share stories about their fascinating lives in France and beyond. We can't wait to return to this little bit of paradise in the Var.

Mas la Jaina is unique and charming: Ingrid and Johan made us feel very welcome throughout our stay and we will definitely return. Our suite, Bon Repos, was very comfortable and we loved the delicious breakfasts. Meeting the friendly animals and swimming in the outdoor pool were particular highlights for us. This really is a special place!

We are staying here now and the place is every bit as good as the reviews say it is. Everything from the joyful, homely and helpful hospitality from Ingrid and Johan to the relaxing, hillside valley views and chilled out music policy make this place a joy to stay in and a great place to restore your natural vitality. Nestled into the apex of the valley here, the nature comes right to your doorstep and the natural pool is clean and refreshing way to recover from an afternoon sipping wine from the ice bucket on the ample sun decks and loungers. The lamas are the icing on an already well iced cake! We love it. You will too.

BEAUTIFUL and very relaxing place! The hosts Ingrid and Johan are lovely and very friendly. We can see that Mas La Jaina is build with the heart. It is a real paradise for people who like animals and nature! Perfect place for a family stays as there are so many animals which can be a great adventure for children but a perfect place as well for a romantic stay around beautiful flowers, lavenders and different kind of threes and all of that around a beautiful natural pool with a fountain. The rooms are big, even we can say studios as it is so spacious and very clean with nice linens and towels. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast is big, delicious and healthy. I definitely recommend this AMAZING place! For sure we will go back as soon as we can.

Ingrid and Johan are incredibly welcoming and you feel you are really being 'looked after' from the moment you arrive. Their location is their cremation and they are justifiably proud of it - quite unique and large enough to find a quiet spot if that is what you want at the same time as younger people are enjoying the pool/s. A wonderful place and one to revisit!

Lovely hosts Ingrid and Johan make you feel very welcome in their wonderful home. Lovely decorated rooms, very comfortable with everything you possibly need. Very good bed. There’s a wellness area with an inside pool and sauna. You can book massages as well. Outside is a beautiful terrace with a view to the large pond and nature swimming pool. Lovely big garden with different corners to relax. We will certainly come back again.
