Congratulations to general management. I regularly visit the beach club, and I noticed the Music Mix is better and less loud at the Beach, this is super nice thank you thank you so much for this detail that makes my day at the Hotel a delicious and perfect day !
March 20, 2022 - 2 year old child grabbed light bulb at floor level in main pool area and was electrocuted. Mother pulled child away and was also electrocuted. Child had severe electrocution burns on palm of her hand. Even after the electrocution occurred, the breaker never tripped and the light was still illuminated. Hotel staff did nothing to correct safety hazard and more guests are at risk of being electrocuted in the pool area. General manager and maintenance person used chicken wire to elevate the still broken and hazardous light. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU MAY DIE! VERY UNSAFE HOTEL and zero emergency response procedures.
We had Christmas dinner here. It was such a disappointment. Menu is awful. I have never sent food back ever in my life. I walked my bowl of shrimp pasta back to the waiter and explained that it was inedible. The sauce tasted like it was just the water that the pasta had been cooked in. Absolutely no flavor. Three of us had ordered it and we all agreed that it was a total disaster. The waiter was very nice and handled the situation in a friendly, professional way. 15 minutes later, a new bowl of shrimp pasta arrived and it was delicious. It is really too bad that the chef had not taken the time to prepare this dish in this manner to begin with. We live here and used to love going to the beach club for dinner. With the new steak menu they have lost us. We won't be back.
We came down for a wedding down the beach from the hotel. It was perfectly located close to all the great places we ate (cafe ole, pineapple, tuk tuk!!) and spent all of our time at the beach in the wonderful chairs provided to us by the hotel. They had servers serving drinks on the beach, by the pool and the swim up bar overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Will come back for a longer stay next time!!
They turned this into a steak-only place. Everything on the menu is slabs of steak except one spaghetti dish for $35. The median price is about $50 a steak, going up to $150. The ambiance is metal patio tables without table clothes and water served in a plastic bottles. It’s embarrassing to be offered such a menu when you are with friends. There was no one there on a Thursday night. We didn’t eat. It was miserable.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service! Clean and well taken care of. Rooms were spacious and updated, balcony with the hot tub overlooking the oven was spectacular! The food was delicious and plentiful. The “American breakfast “ that was complimentary with our room came with coffee, array of juices to pick from, sweet bread and toast, eggs with bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, Chiquitas and beans. We loved the regular pool that overlooked the ocean and spent a lot of time in the separate swim up bar pool too! Mexico’s “best kept secret”!
The only beach without bladderwrack!!!! Our only day by the beach and swimming IN THE SEA!!!! It was a Puerto Aventuras miracle and I will always be grateful for it. Super clean pool area, not crowded at all. Small beach area but incredibly clean, totally loved it! I will certainly come back. You should come too. Puerto Aventuras is great for anything you want: fine dining, open cafes, great hotels and friendly people left and right.
This might just be my favorite hotel in the world! The location is fantastic! It is situated right in the gorgeous Fatima Bay and there is a relatively healthy reef just off shore. We spend hours there every time we go to Puerto Aventuras, and it’s only about 100 yards from the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool, beach, rooms, and restaurant are all amazing! They all work to make this an inviting place to unwind and relax. We especially love the restaurant for its views and cooling breezes. It is one of the only, if not the only, restaurants overlooking the ocean in the whole town. And we also appreciate the palapas and lounge chairs on the beach. We spent many a happy hour enjoying the view, the hotel WiFi has service on the beach so we could read a book, play games, etc on our devices. The rooms are bright and airy (though the bathroom’s lack as much privacy as I’d like.) They have quality bath products and enough of them. But what really sets PA Beach Club apart are the employees! From reception, to concierge, to waiters, to cleaning staff - all are fantastic and ready to help if you need anything. I wish I could remember more of their names so I can only tell you a few...Elmer, a beach waiter; Angie, front desk; Sarah and Yvette from concierge. All in all a great vacation at a great place!!…
We have had numerous, wonderful experiences staying at PA Beach Club & Hotel which was formerly the Omni Puerto Aventuras many times over the years! We booked our week long stay with 14 friends & family in tow for our 25th wedding vow renewal on the hotel’s beach almost a year before the Omni ceased managing the property. At first I was very anxious about the change but Sara Bermudez the Reception Manager and Event Planner for PA Beach Club was absolutely amazing!! She was very responsive and attentive and I admit I can be demanding and have very high service expectations. Other than some confusion with 4 of our rooms when we checked in everything went off as planned. The beach setting, flowers, alter, Shaman and Mayan ceremony Sara coordinated exceeded our expectations!! I would highly recommend this location for an intimate wedding ceremony. We did miss some of the Omni staff, especially Sol & Dani! We were very happy to see Miguel, Angelique & Clemente are still at the hotel. Make sure to try the beach bar for lunch on a day Clemente is working, he makes delicious nachos, tacos, chicken sandwiches, really everything on the grill menu!! The nachos are definitely big enough for two to share. Our entire group, ranging from 16 to 70 years old thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the PA Beach Club & Hotel! We received excellent service from Juan, Armando and Miguel whether we hung out at the beach or rented the Thai beds. We cannot wait to return!!…
We are now regulars at the new beach club. Pool and beach service is always superb with a special mention for our friend Armando who is always helpful and always smiling. Also now there are some great special offers such as the Tuesday pasta night, served family style, pasta for up to four people plus a bottle of wine for 590 pesos.
