Club Nena - All Inclusive seems to have a divisive reputation among its guests. While the hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms are consistently commended, the overall atmosphere falls short due to management shortcomings and drab decor. Guests have mixed feelings about the service, praising the staff's friendliness but pointing out communication barriers and a lack of diversity in bar offerings. Although the variety of pools and daily activities are a plus, visitors feel the hotel doesn't offer good value, citing additional costs for services, unvaried food options, and poor food quality.

Cons:
1. Old-fashioned keys (not plastic cards) of rooms that fit to another ones! Don't think I realized it trying to open another rooms one by one. It was my mistake, I was very tired and opened the room in front of mine at the very first day. I was very surprised because I thought it was my room. Since then I used a latch every time being in the room.
2. There's no card with "Don't disturb/Clean up"! I did it on my own) Rooms cleaning happens every time me and my child having a nap. I asked another clients, it seems noone room has these cards( for the hotel it's so easy to buy them! Ridiculous!
3. Because of the point 1 (regular key instead of plastic ones) if you leave the room nothing works (especially fridge), so no wonder your water is always warm. And yeah, only one key for a family.
4. Restaurant is better. It has a lot of tasty meals. But it has some drawbacks. Some plates have broken edges, some tableware is not clean enough and yeah it's a complicated quest to find cutleries. Restaurant starts working at 7, but at the bar where you can get (and only there) bottles of water, there were no personnel even at about 7:30. Some meals are cooking in real time (great!), But the queue to them is really long, it may take 10 minutes wait. The same is about Turkish coffee not far from the main restaurant.
5. Animation is typical, not bad at least. Animators do their best but we became boring watching the same program day by day.
6. Cleaning is ok, but still not excellent. Sand on the floor wasn't clean. The mirror hasn't been washed, the dust is on the same place. But water in the fridge restore always.
Pros:
I'd love to notice more pros, because I'm happy spending time with my family after the hard year. Nonetheless, territory is good. There are some good pools and a waterpark. Kids have a lot of fun in the pools with slides. Especially I appreciate awning above one of the kids pool.

And some additional information:
Sea is great, but the shore is heugh. It's usually red flag (sometimes yellow and red) there.

In sum, I won't get back here, but the price isn't too much for it too.

We arrived at the hotel with mixed feelings, but as it later came unnecessary 🙂 Room was very clean and tidy, air conditioning working all the time (when 32°C outside), room service very helpful if you want them to make beds or change papers or towels. We were also surprised with plate of fruits and cans of coke when we came back to our room after swimming all day in the sea 👍 Food is decent, everyone can eat what they want - no matter if you are vegetarian or not. Restaurant is tidy, you can also sit outside with partially view at the sea. Big plus for aquapark, you don’t see them very often at the hotels. If you pay visit here go to water slides here, a lot of fun. Highly recommend if you want with low cost spend high quality vacation. Guest relation is perfect, we were treat very cheerful and very good. The staff was very polite and ask if we need anything, especially mr Nafi is making good work. Cheers for mr Nafi 👍

The hotel buildings and the entire infrastructure are located in a beautiful, well-kept garden with wonderful Mediterranean plants. The room (type DZX1) was spacious and clean (towels changed daily, the floor was washed, the bed was made, the fridge was stocked with bottled mineral water - also available in bars and restaurants). The air conditioning worked ok. The swimming pools (large with animations and a slightly smaller one - quiet, relaxing) and the beach were wonderful (it's a good idea to take water shoes), plus a nice aqua park, beach towels exchanged for a card issued at check-in. Animations from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 to 5 p.m., a mini disco at 9 p.m., and an evening show in the amphitheater at 9:30 p.m. There is a large selection of food in the main restaurant - everyone will find something for themselves. The dishes were fresh and tasty. There are also pool bars offering snacks such as pizza, hamburgers, spaghetti, fries and nuggets, as well as drinks (juices, cola, sprite, etc., ayran, beer, vodka, drinks). Coffee is available from vending machines and a special coffee bar where they fry cookies in the style of our donuts. In several places, ladies make delicious gozemle pancakes. Near the hotel there are typical Turkish bazaars where you can haggle and one air-conditioned LYRA Park, where all goods offered have price tags and you pay at the cash registers (prices cannot be haggled here). Maybe the hotel does not deserve 5 stars, because there are no shiny marbles, crystal chandeliers and splendor, but we felt good, comfortable and homely there. The organization of the trip by TUI was perfect.

Terrible hotel. It's not worth half that money, and three stars tops.
First of all, we had nine nights. The first 3 days in the room were not cleaned at all, the bed was not changed, I went to swear - cleaned as it happened, replaced the bed with towels, and then for the legs in 9 nights once replaced, and again only need to swear. The garbage was lying around, the toilet, the washbasin was never washed. They don't do wet cleaning either, they don't vacuum, they just sweep with a broom. The food is terrible, everything is not delicious, if even on the grill it is without salt at all. Fruits are very few oranges, apple, watermelon, in 9 days once there were apricots. The staff is angry, not friendly. I'm with a baby for 4 months and with an 8-year-old, without a husband were, we were given a room on the 2nd floor, asked to replace, I can't carry a pram up the steps, said no rooms available, I found 3 rooms available, they said pay money. The Spruce Operator's Vacation Package replaced the room, although the reservation stated 1 floor. No one gave the lost nipple to the chains named on the beach.

At the bar, almost all cocktails are paid for, no ice cream. Coke and sprite only at the bar, no access. Drinking water only on the bar , in the dining room you can pour into a cup, you cannot take it with you in a bottle or sealed cup. In the cafeteria like a maximum security colony, a little kid was shirtless because he was lost on the beach, not allowed in. Even an apple can't be taken out of the dining room there are caretakers and rude answers.

There were days when there were no shows, and if there was, it was just hotel employees dancing. This horror has never been anything in nine days except dancing that I could dance myself. There's no disco in the hotel.

There was a celebration, usually hotels have a special menu, and here the first 10 people were given cocktails and that's it, the menu is regular. Don't give any more, and whoever came in first had nice hotels, my kid wanted one too, but we went in about 15, and we didn't get .

The staff doesn't speak Russian.

The plus side is the sea.

We have just returned from an enjoyable holiday at Club Nena. We have stayed in better hotels previously in Turkey, however given the price we paid and the facilities available it would be unfair to be to critical as the saying goes “you get what you pay for”. If your ideal holiday is to spend it in the company of other Brits, then this is not the hotel for you, as at a push there will only be about 10 or 15 percent fellow Brits here. The pools, water park and beach are excellent. The staff were very friendly and polite at all times, and a small issue we had with a power cut in the room was resolved in 5 minutes following a report to reception. The animation team were great and worked hard to ensure everyone had a good time. We had one of the cheaper rooms near the relax pool, which was compact to put it mildly, and unfortunately no kettle is provided in the room. You also have to pay extra for the safe 2 euro a day. The food was OK and you could always find something you liked, but it did seem that unlike some other hotels we have stayed in previously when some items run out here, that was it. I also failed to understand why butter was offered at breakfast, but not at lunch or dinner. The pool bar was excellent and the staff here were great during the day and at night 👋. Whilst on the subject of Bars after 9.30pm the only place to get an alcoholic drink is at the pool bar, again this is not something we have witnessed before in other Turkey Hotels, there is also no 24 hour bar, and nothing in or near the main reception that serves alcohol after 6pm. The reception area is huge, but the area is quite dark, and not utilised to it’s full potential given the vast area it covers. I suspect like many hotels Club Nena is still finding it’s feet after Covid, and whilst there are improvements to be made, we had a lovely time, and would consider returning here again in the future.

We returned today 10/6/23 after a 7 night stay. The hotel was advertised as 5 star the bedroom was very basic and far from 5 stars more like 2. I have stayed in Turkey before in Istanbul and Marmaris where I could not find any fault with the hotels or staff. Sadly this hotel has made me feel compelled to warn others not to waste their money and go elsewhere. The staff were not friendly there was no hello no smiles just blank faces. The food was awful, daily it was the same old salads and boiled veg, hardly any fruit and burnt chicken wings was the most they could rustle up It was not 5 star standards! The soft drinks were watered down as in the juice was more squash, if you wanted fresh juice you had to pay for it. The a la carte restaurants were not open, the entertainment was great if you were 3 years old but not so great for anyone else. All in all it was a really bad experience we could not wait to come home. Don't waste your money and avoid at all costs.

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel, and to tell the truth, I was very worried about vacationing in this resort. But we passed it (2 adults + 2 children 12,14 years old). I rate the resort as great, everything was great, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, bed linen was changed after 3 days, bottled water was added to the minibar daily. The staff is extremely helpful, always smiling, always without any problems.
In other words, accommodation is the maximum satisfaction for me.
The environment is beautiful, everything is close, super maintained.
The water park with water slides is great, the children went crazy, maximum satisfaction.
Pools clean, everything perfect.
Alcohol at the pool bar, but we had no problems with that. Beer and soft drinks in all bars in the resort.
The beach was great, they cleaned and tidied nonstop, they also guarded it. Great access to the sea. We had waves all week, so swimming in the sea was difficult, but it was possible. We enjoyed jumping into the sea from the jetty the most.
Food - I don't know what to write here. There was an incredible amount of food, always. There were still fruits and cakes. Some of the cakes were too sweet for me, but that's probably the case with them, I don't know. Some were great though. Various species varied. There was always fruit, melons were excellent. You could choose your breakfast, there were hams, eggs, sometimes scrambled eggs, sausages, something like leche, semolina porridge (excellent), jams, cereals, excellent pastries. However, what we saw was the problem, lunches and dinners were still the same meals, maybe a few changes, but basically still the same. Although there is a lot of food, always at least 7-8 types of meat, fish, but always in the same way and for us very spicy and peppery. So, after 3 days, I went to eat only in the children's corner, where there was food for children - although the meat was tasteless, but better than the over-seasoned ones.... The fish was still only baked and therefore drier for me and baked in oil, i.e. greasy . I missed plain natural chicken, slices of pork, beef was only about 2x in 8 days. Basically, the biggest problem for me was the food, which I'm sorry about, because otherwise it was great there.

A decent hotel, clean, very pretty. No concerns with the food, although some of it is not to our taste, that's to be expected in a different country. It does get a little repetitive, but being here for 2 weeks that's also expected, no you wont find bacon and sausage.

First week or so, no concerns over getting sun beds by either pool, much busier second week and if you're not on one by 9ish you probably won't get one. Got on the water slides, no issues. Beach is lovely. There are free cocktails, albeit not your normal cocktails, which you do have to buy, but there are free ones. Food served all day in one place or another. Shisha bar on site. Lyra Park shopping centre a stonesthrow away. Closest bar/restaurant is 15 mins walk away, which has sports, as the hotel does not.

Entertainment going on throughout the day by the entertainment team. Some of it is not very good. And there isn't clear information on evening entertainment. It is all very confusing and not well planned out. But some shows were good, every instruction/ conversation is given in 5 different languages and the main entertainer is really, really boring.

Went on a few excursions, which were fun. The full day boat trip to the market and waterfalls is not what they sell you. You go on a trip in a boat, out to sea, back in, stop on a beach, then have food there and are able to swim. Then get put back onto a bus and taken to the waterfall/ Market. Side old town is lovely and well worth a visit. Buggy/quad riding is also fun.

We are currently staying in this hotel! Before that, we stayed in many hotels of different levels and was in an advertisement for five-star hotels.
The hotel does not even meet 4 star standards.
Pros:
- there are children's pools and slides on the beach
- very friendly staff in the restaurant
That's where the positives end.
Minuses:
- The family room in the photo looks nice, in real life the second room is a closet with a small window. You can't sit on the balcony in the evening, because... the neighboring balcony is one and a half meters from yours))))
- KETTLE!!! Are you seriously? In a five star hotel there is no kettle in the room!!!! People with small children will understand how they need boiling water in their room to prepare food. We had to run from our room to the restaurant for boiling water.
- Air conditioners are a different matter. They work exactly when you are not in the room and at 5 pm they are turned off. The rooms are incredibly stuffy and it is simply impossible to sleep at night. The child constantly wakes up and cries
- The food leaves much to be desired. There’s not much to choose from in the main restaurant, their local dishes are not to everyone’s taste, but the grill, firstly, is the same almost every day, they don’t try to surprise you with anything, and secondly, it’s so fried that it’s almost burnt . And keep in mind that if you don’t come to the opening, you won’t get a lot of things
-Bar. Yes, it’s scary to approach him. The stench is incredible. After trying it once, I had to go to the store for drinks. And by the way, don’t forget your glasses, the dishes are very dirty

This was my 7th visit in Turkey with my family and by far the worst. Where should I even start-maybe with our first impression when we got here- it was 11:30 pm and we were travelling at this point almost all day, we were exhausted and hungry. We asked where we can eat they pointed us the restaurant that is open for late dinner. We walk inside and we instantly feel the heat, AC was off, it was dark and unwelcoming. They had one soup and some leftovers from the dinner, no staff, nobody to ask anything, the machine for the water was off(we had to drink warm water because of that). At one point a person from the staff came and turned almost all the lights off and dissapeared and we had to eat in almost full darkness. The agency that we booked with, after multiple questions where are we going to be accomodated never gave us a solid answer and of course we got accomodated in the hotel part of this resort. The majority of it is consisting of villas. If you are in the hotel prepare for the worst. There is no AC in the hallways, there is no AC in the elevator and the bathrooms of the rooms i can't compare with anything else but Saunas. In the room itself the AC turns off when you leave the room and you open the balcony door which is standard, the problem was that the room is so hot when you come.back to it and the AC so weak even after working all night when you go to the bathroom and come back to the room you can barely feel it. The food is absolutely not 5 star hotel quality, as i said I have been here 7 times I know what 5 stars is. There is barely any variety in the main courses, and deserts, everything looks cheap, recycled and something that they are trying to save money from. The only exception was the Turkish night where there was a little more variety. The beach is very rocky and uncomfortable on the feet you definetly need water shoes for this place(we end up buying for ourselves it costs 13 euro). The sea had big waves almost the whole time and was not pleasant to swim in, its mother nature I understand but its a good warning for people coming at the end of August here. And I will end up with the staff and Management of the place. The staff looks unhappy and miserable, only few people from everybody that we encountered was pleasant, the Animation team is super weak-we were here for 7 days we did not speak with anybody, because they just don't engage people. And the worst of all is the Management of this place which since I work in a hotel I can fully blame for this whole situation. They are the ones making the poor employees miserable and unhappy, they are the ones that turn off the AC in every possible place of this resort to save money where outside the temperatures are 36-38/39 ° daily, and they are the ones that despite all of our efforts( including speaking with our representative about it) to adress our problem with the AC in the room just totaly ignored us this whole time did not even had the decency to come and speak with us, kept hiding in the office and made us feel like we don't matter despite the fact that we payed 120 euro per night to be here. All in all from professional and human point of view I am extremely dissapointed from this place, I will never come again and will do my due diligence to tell as many people as I can to do the same.
