We have just got back from an amazing holiday at this hotel.
It’s difficult where to start as there is many great things.
Let’s start with the one negative, the air con isn’t the greatest. I’m not sure if it’s across the hotel, or just in the rooms in block 4000. If you like a cool room to go for some rest from the heat, you may struggle. The air con also stops working totally from around 1am - 5am, blows out hot air. This is my only negative feedback.
The positives.
The food choice is fantastic!!! Every night you can find a HUGE selection of food. Every meal time there was plenty to pick from. Each evening the food was different and delicious. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. The team behind the food do a fantastic job!! The staff in the food halls are great, attentive and polite. We didn’t find any of the staff rude, we did however find some of the guests were rude which the staff shouldn’t have to deal with. It might be worth putting signs up stating that the staff don’t have to tolerate being spoken too in a bad way, and if they are they have the right to refuse serving them.
The hotel itself is very clean, the grounds are tended too all day, the pools and the areas around them are clean, and continuously being kept clean. The beach is lovely, the sea was choppy most days, but this just adds to the fun.
There are many cats/kittens around the hotel which are fed by the staff. Can we give extra food to the kittens down by the block of rooms 4000, there were some very fresh kittens that may need a little extra support/love/food.

I travelled with my family (2 adults + 2 children of 1 & 6), arrived at 1 am and the process of the checking in was quite quick (we used private transport so only one family was in front of us but on their way to the room). Receptionist asked if we weren't hungry (but we weren't) so we were escorted to our villa. We stayed in Select Villa for 10 nights and had fabulous time. The team at Select area couldn't do more to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. Always smiling and our kids loved them. Big thanks belong to Necmettin and Muharrem who looked after us whether it was at meal times or by the pool keeping us hydrated bringing drinks, snacks/ ice creams, made our kids (and us) smile. The restaurant at Select was kept in the high standard, always clean, high chair for our daughter was also cleaned and sanitized (which is very often forgotten in some other hotels). Food was delicious, it worked in style of a la carte, food chosen from the menu and served at the table. Our 6 year old is fussy eater but always had what to choose and enjoyed it. Even our 1 year old enjoyed the food there. Villas were cleaned every day, maid service was great, towels changed, fridge refilled.
Touch free sanitizers were all over the place for guests to use.
The pools and water park were clean, served all ages. No problems with the sun beds, there were plenty (might be due to the fact of reduced number of guests).
Beach was nice and clean too, the team from Select brought ice creams to the beach which was very welcome.
Entertainment was fab too, great shows in the evening, game and lunapark.
The only downside was that a la carte restaurants (Chinese and Mexican) were fully booked for next 10 days when we asked at our first day! We complained to our tour operator who complained to the Manager of the hotel but nothing has been done even if he said he'd look into it and will try to fit us in. It was disappointing (especially knowing that some guests were 3x per their stay so Management should seriously look into it and limit bookings per stay so all guests will have a chance) but because the service at Select villas was that great, we weren't bothered by it too much longer.
We will return but only to the Select Villa.

The hotel and the grounds are spotless the staff work really hard. Breakfast had a wide selection of food all which was lovely. Big queues the later you go and finding a table sometimes tricky. Lunch was ok but we tended to eat at the beach bar for lunch and were never disappointed. Dinner had something for everyone and all the dishes were immediately replaced so they never had queues. It says dinner finished at 9.30pm but they start taking the food away at 9.00pm so keep that in mind. Hard to get a seat as it gets really busy. Rooms were lovely. We had twin beds downstairs and a double room upstairs both with their own bathroom and mini fridge. Cleaner came every day but when they saw my teenagers still in bed they never cleaned upstairs even although we were out of the room by 9am every morning. Think it only got cleaned 3 or 4 times during the 2 weeks we were there. It wouldn’t have been an issue it you had access to a brush to sweep up the sand but there were no cleaning items in the rooms. Same happened with the complimentary drinks they only put one bottle of water in the room and nothing upstairs. Think the bed was changed twice in the 2 weeks. Pool area was spotless. Plenty of drinks available and all inclusive covered cocktails which was lovely. Evening entertainment was good, again something for everyone. It finished around 10.30/11pm then the disco from midnight until 2am. Slides were great fun. Plenty of pools available. Beach was a bit rocky just before you enter the sea but if you wear beach/water sports shoes you feel a thing. All staff were lovely and good at their jobs. A few shops were on the premises but don’t use the market shop, they make up the prices depending on your nationality and how much money they think you have. Nothing got scanned on our purchases it was made up in their heads. Such a rip off so stay away. There are a couple of markets at the top of the road from the hotel entrance so best going there!

We had 11 nights holiday at the beginning of August. From the beginning we have troubles with the reception. Despite we booked for Selected Villas they gave us a normal hotel room with a terrible smoking smell. We refused to take it so they gave us another room which unfortunately had only 2 single beds and a sofa. We were 3 adults and a child. They opened the sofa and added a single sofa bed for my child so imagine how crowded we felt and how uncomfortable has been sleeping in a hard sofa for 11 nights.. The reception is useless and definitely should be avoid as you will lose only time and they don’t solve any problem. Rooms were cleaned and honestly the maids were working hard all the day. The swimming pools were good especially the water park but the water haven’t been cleaned once during the time we were there. Food was below average, little choices and grumpy staff with no English or just pretending to not understand you. Very disappointed, not only with the little choices but bcs of Covid we have to queue all the times and been served by the staff who served small portions as we weren’t allowed to take food by ourselves. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, prepare for a 3 star at the best.

Just got back from a 10 day stay. I visited with me wife to be and 3 year old daughter.
From a Covid point, all was well, although I'm not one particular anxious or bothered about the whole thing, but for those who are, we had to walk through a disinfecting spray machine and a temperature checo aqk via the cameras when we arrived. The Covid secure practices have been put in place and mostly all staff wear masks and adhere to their own policies, although plenty of guests aren't bothered and don't follow any of the practises, but it was nice to get away from it all to be honest.
The facilities of the hotel are pretty much faultless, the aqua park in particular my daughter loved. There's a few bars dotting about, all have a huge choice of drinks, I wasn't a big fan of the set up of the canteen. It felt a bit like a school set up, didn't feel very 5 star, even if it does look nice. Maybe it's just us being picky.
This is just my opinion but I can imagine many other guests would like this too. A sports bar would be handy, there's nothing close to the hotel at all and if you want to watch Premier League football for example, you have to travel to Side which is 20 mins away in the car. I thought the Tashan Cafe would be good to have screens for exactly that.
Food is ok, it got quite repetitive and by the end of stay I couldn't face eating it again and my daughter didnt like much of the food.
Not a great selection and for me really lets the place down. A la carte was a set menu and not great either.
Rooms are lovely, no issues at all. WiFi, comfortable beds, cleaned every day, minibar restocked. No complaints whatsoever.
Entertainment team are great, there was plenty going on. Kids disco at 8.30pm which the kids love, and different main entertainment.
I would probably visit again, as the staff and facilities mostly are fantastic, it's just the choice of food that let it down 1 star.

Ok, so we’ve stayed here for two consecutive years and have just booked a third.
When me and my partner visited in 2018, no complaints everything was perfect.
In 2019 when we visited with our son this time there were some issues HOWEVER, these didn’t spoil our holiday below are some pros and cons:
Pros:
Entertainment for kids is outstanding Water park/pool facilities are brilliant Entertainment team are incredible and brilliant with children Cleanliness of the hotel Food & drink was ok a wide selection of food
This hotel is lovely, it has plenty to do always something happening.
Cons:
The service at reception is terrible, they’re rude and couldn’t care less about the English.
We arrived late 11.30pm and didn’t get in our room until 1pm they just took forever, we was then put in the wrong room miles away from anything right at the bottom near the water park/zoo. After 3 days we eventually got moved into the right room in the actual hotel which we paid extra for.
This is our only real complaint regarding this hotel, don’t believe all the negative reviews and go and try it for yourself, we would not of booked for a third year if it was terrible.

We just arrived back from a week all inclusive here, a family of 4, mum, dad, 5 year old and 4 year old.
The hotel has all the ingredients of a good resort but lacks the cleanliness expected from a "5* Resort".
The flies on your food in the main dining restaurant are really off putting. There is nothing to deter them either. Hundreds of flies sitting on the buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner. They need those fly lamps around the restaurant and lots of those sticky fly traps around the food to decrease the issue.
The food itself was not great. If you like beef heart and turkey, you are fine, that and most things will be on the menu every day! The kids selection was extremely poor and low quality. Low quality chicken nuggets and onions rings every day. There were some pastas but the variation very limited. I've never seen so little mince on in bolognaise sauce either.
They do not clean the sun beds or sponge toppers at all. Lots of the plastic beds have mould on them. Top resorts will spray / jet wash these all every day.
Expect explicit lyric music everywhere in the hotel. All the pool side music (including the kids areas) is not censored so you will hear plenty of F bombs throughout your day in the pool. Even the music before the 8:30-9pm kids entertainment is not censored and plenty of expletives' can be heard. This is a very simple fix and I'm surprised they have not sorted this before now.
The stairs to EVERY water slide were filthy. It seems they do not clean the steps at all and you will see lots sold dirt in the corners of every step. The snake slide and elephant slide in one of the kids pools are especially bad.
The kids show itself is exactly the same every night. 1 guy with 2 girls getting kids to dance with them to the exact same play list for 20 minutes. The kids don't seem to mind but for adults it's a bit pain staking.
I was torn between a 2 or 3 star and settled for a 2 star. Mainly because expectations are high for what it costs and if you label yourself as 5* and fall on basic cleaning, it's kind of unforgiveable. The facility has all the bones of a good resort, but if they just focused on the above they could easily make things a lot better for guests.

We went in the Easter break, we booked through the hotel directly and it worked out cheaper and we're very accommodating. It was very quiet on our first 3 days so we basically had the run of the site without queues for anything. The food was great with a great selection, even if you're not an adventurous eater, there is plenty to choose from. The staff went above and beyond from the site maintenance, to the chefs, to the bar and waiting staff and the entertainment team, they all make you feel included. A huge thanks to all of the team. The beach and play areas were great for adults and kids respectively, The mini zoo was good, our highlight was the aquapark, it was great for the kids, the slides were a great way to acimatise to the main pool which was cold but you get used to it and is a great way to cool down from lounging by the pool, the cocktails and games filled the day nicely with a trip to the freezer for a well needed ice-cream. The accommodation was great, we had the club duplex that had everything we needed, a few Moore English channels would have been great whilst getting ready and the WiFi was a struggle in some parts of the rooms but to be honest, we weren't there for the TV and WiFi. A big thank you and hope to come over to stay again!

We have just got home from an amazing week spent at this hotel. We had a slight issue with disabled access to the initial room for our son but nothing was too much trouble for the hotel. They had people round to the room within minutes to sort everything out for us. While that was going on the general manager arranged for the restaurant to be opened so we could get food out with the normal meal times.
We stayed in the select rooms and we literally couldn’t fault it. The private pool was stunning and the water was just the right temperature. The waiting staff ensured we didn’t have an empty glass for long both at the poolside and in the restaurant. Muharram and Necmettin were outstanding hosts. They looked after us all week and nothing was too much trouble. Seriously whatever your paying these guys it’s not enough for the outstanding job they do.
Finally I’ve read all the complaints about the food and the rude staff. I simply can’t believe that this is the same hotel people are talking about. For a change we sometimes ate in the buffet restaurant and snack bar and the food in both these places was very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming and all this combined let to a great relaxing holiday for us

Just came back from our 2 week holiday. From upon arrival we felt welcomed even considering the fact that it was early hours of the morning, was a really nice welcoming atmosphere. Also got the chance to go to the food buffet late night which was a bonus for us who needed a light snack before getting some much needed rest.
The rooms were cleaned daily which was exceptional, nice fresh bedding, fresh towels and the rooms always smelt lovely afterwards. The mini fridge was topped up daily and was free which was a massive bonus to us. The cleanliness of the overall environment was fantastic, always gardeners and cleaners out everyday. Also had the chance to get clean towels from poolside everyday which is a fantastic bonus.
The food choice was lovely always fresh daily, loved the freshly made omelettes were delicious every morning, the breakfasts options were amazing considering it’s only breakfast time. Lunch time beach bar was amazing so good to grab a quick snack or a light snack while out at the pool or beachside. Main meal time was a little busy but what do you expect for a busy resort, always good food options, always something different each night, the choice of desserts and cakes were amazing and tasted good also. The al a carte Mexican and Chinese were delicious and for 10 euros per room what more could you want, never left there hungry which was great, 7 courses couldn’t go wrong.
The staff were always helpful and nothing was of much bother for them and was always friendly and polite, always put on some fantastic entertainment at night always something different.
The overall resort is amazing always something for everyone from daily activities, to spa for relax time or a waterpark for those who want more fun. There was a hairdressers on site as well as a few smaller shops (be expected to pay a little more but that’s what you expect). Wasn’t to sure on the mini zoo however I know the animals get looked after on a daily and checked on especially with the heat we had. Would definitely come back again and maybe have a select villa next time for a little more.

Ours wasn't removed. We flew late at night, we had to be out the room by 12 but had use of all the facilities until we left, there are showers you can use also. Everything you need.
