I visited the hotel after 8 months and noticed positive changes. Not that it needed improvements but it show someone at the backend it looking at feedbacks from customers and working on them. Good work.

Awesome checking done by Mr.Amit Singh( Duty Manager) , starting from checking to checkout service was very good. Everything was good only thing is that the room washroom require a maintenance ,the washroom should be more clean,under the WC area was not clean proper.

I booked from booking.com @ 9344.75( including GST ) including Dinner and Breakfast and I reached by evening on 04th Oct to property. They don't have any booking details I made from Booking.com and after showing the Booking Id, they got a printout and they insisted on changing room saying the room I booked is not available and have room with separate beads. They allotted a room @11200 per night where painting works are going on and room stinks. we were driving back to Surat and was so tired to go for a different hotel. Dinner which was included in package is not even having a starter and we just had a small quantity of green peas rice and some sort of chicken gravy which was totally disappointing. the staffs don t even know if dinner is included in my package and came to me stopping at lift to ask if Dinner is included as if we Cheated them by not paying for the worst dinner I had. We didn't wait for the breakfast to get more disappointed and never ever suggest this hotel to anybody. And also don't book from booking.com, as they may disregard your booking. I felt as if I was looted bluntly. When I asked the valet parking assistant about getting my car cleaned, he quoted rs.500 which shows how the Hotel and the staffs are. Food... Never ever try.

I had visited this place with family for family function and would love to be here. There banquet was very nice for family functions even food was great all the staff at restaurant banquet reception roof top were poliet . Definitely recommend this hotel for functions

Please avoid this place. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in when traveling in India. The staff are rude . Sitting at the rooftop bar which is open space, some Indian couples were smoking hookah and cigarettes and we were not allowed to smoke. When trying to order food the waiter completely ignored me only after calling him a few times he came over rolling his eyes. We ordered a margarita pizza and some other small things and they brought us a Mexican pizza. When we advised it’s the wrong pizza they said it’s still tasty and we should still try it. We said no as it’s not what we had ordered. So after a discussion about that they took it back and brought out the correct one. The next day we wanted to enjoy the pool again we were met with rudeness. We were told pool is only open until 4 and no smoking there until 4. Also there was no drinks servers at Al at the pool. So after some time we went back to the room and had a look at the menu so it said “around the clock food” which to me means this is available 24/7 . So we wanted to order some soup and called the restaurant and they said they only take food orders from 7pm… absolute ridiculous… also when we arrived we asked for a shuttle which never showed up at the airport so we had to take a taxi and when I mentioned this upon checkin there was no explanation or even an apology. The place is Rat infested. There were some on the rooftop restaurant as well as the balcony flower pots…

It wasn’t a pleasant stay in this hotel. Very lousy rooms. Room didn’t have the basic amenities had to call Multiple times to get a small thing. When requested for towels the housekeeping staff replied they are running out of towels. Front desk staff was very sluggish. Many times there were no one at the reception. Morning hours the girls at reception were talking too loudly may be fighting among themselves. The guy at the reception was taking my check in and all of a sudden started to attend other guest and made me wait for 5-10 mins. It doesn’t seems like a 4 star hotel rather a lodge. One thing I must highlight Swapnil from restaurant along with the girl there were really prompt and hospitality. I really appreciate their prompt response.

Charges are too high and the Receptionist needs to be more professional, Language skills and understanding skills should be better. (Guys Didn't know his name Fat Guy but he was on night shift was good too) but the one who was on the morning shift guy needs to be more professional and Amit (Assistant Manager ) needs to be more informative. Roof Top Restaurant is good but you have to wait very long even you had taken a booking to prior. And Nachos is too expensive but very less quantity hardly we got 5-6 pieces which is not sufficient for even one person i have uploaded the photos below.

roughly 25 KMS and uber will charge around ₹500-₹550
They gave us 24 hours checkout period , the time we checked in . It was night when we checked in , might be around 11 PM and they said we could checkout until next day 11 PM .
