We visited from the caravan site next door where we were staying. The venue was pleasant but there was a lot to be desired about the organisation and the food. The method of ordering was shambolic. The food was quite ordinary but at quite high prices. There were others who seemed disappointed whilst we were there. I got the impression... More

Three of us visited with a small dog on Thursday for lunch so had to sit in the bar area to eat, no problem there. We ordered at the bar and admittedly didn’t have too long to wait to be served but they were so quite. The waitress pushed a plate in front of my husband without a word when... More

Called in by chance for lunch with my octogenarian parents on route to visit Moreton church and was delighted by the friendly welcome, lovely surroundings and extensive menu. Both the food and drink were excellent and I would strongly recommend the Frampton Arms to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Dorset.

Spent the weekend here. Very friendly , couldn't do enough for us . Room was very comfortable, very clean and a lovely touch leaving the chocolates for us. Breakfast was good. Restaurant food was fabulous, more than plenty. Would highly recommend.

We popped in here randomly, having been driving through Moreton Ford in my 4x4. I had the Aberdeen Angus burger, my wife a Brie, ham and cranberry baguette and my son had sausage and chips. I can honestly say not only was this the best pub lunch we have ever had, but by far and away the best burger I've... More

Friendly staff and dog friendly. Food was limited choice and standard pub grub. Choice of beer was good with three ales on tap. Good prices and atmosphere. Local to campsite which is ideal. B&B is also available.

Happened upon this hostelry as part of a large cohort attending a retirement bash for a schoolmaster. Good range of ales ( I noticed the ever present Doombar) and a very nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking and a rather useful railway station close by just in case you come by train and take the Milk train home.. The eats laid... More

Called on spec, was very busy for a Thursday evening but was seated immediately, staff were very friendly, food was usual pub type food, but freshly cooked and would call again if in the area. As it is near a few caravan parks, might be a good idea to book a table.
