Rooms and hotel picures don't match the real degradation of the whole place. It seems to be no maintenance for the last 5 years. The pier is totally broken and there were some mattress in the restaurant area. My room 15 has an old broken chair in the varanda and the bathroom with no water. Also very dark room, with... More

This was a last minute booking. With 4 rooms for myself and Khmer Family. The rooms were good and clean, although the airconditioning needs repair. The host and staff were very friendly and supportive going out of their way to ensure that we had a good couple of nights. The hotel has recently been taken over and its new owner... More

This hotel is currently being refurbished (March 2016) it is in a poor town so one of the best hotels there. It is clean and friendly and near the shops/restaurants so well placed. It is on the sea front but there is no beach. It does have a pool which is average but very few seats and only two sun... More

This is a budget Hotel. It is not 4 or 5 star. The rooms are large but need a little bit TLC. The Hotel location is good and easy to find. I found the reception staff super helpful and friendly. But, at the time of our visit the Restaurant was under renovation. However, Cafe Laurent is just a shot walk... More

We stay in koh Kong a fair amount to visit family and always stay here. It's a little run down but still one of the better central hotels here. We have heard there is a new owner taking over soon so expect some improvements in the near future. Everything from the room to breakfast is comfortable and ok.

The service is not that good. The staff can cater more about the guests needs. Breakfast has limited choice. Rooms can be better designed, Also not a convenient location. the scenery is good but cannot compensate.

We have spent 2 nights here on part of a tour and I will be strongly suggesting to our company that they never use this hotel again. If we were travelling independently we would have not checked in . We had to move from our first room as the toilet was blocked. There were problems with the water pump so... More

My fiancee and I booked a room and were shown to a 'cupboard' of a room infested with ants. When we asked to move rooms we were told there were none available (for the 2 nights we stayed we did not see one single other person in this hotel). We asked for the manager, who was not available, we asked... More

It is hard to review a place when we didn't actually stay there. I am a professional tour operator in Cambodia. After riding motorcycles through 6 hours of torrential rain and wind we arrived, checked in, and found out there was no hot water. A trip downstairs to the front office only to be laughed at by staff who thought... More

Stayed here for a couple of days whilst exploring the Cardamon Mountains on dirt bikes. Generally well kept, clean and tidy. Staff really happy and helpful. Good TV and wifi in rooms (and coffee facilities). It did have cockroaches in bathroom on arrival but this is Asia after all! It's in the midst of things so easy to get food/shopping/hire... More
