What a shame, this hotel is newish but looking tired. It needs a lick of paint & some plants & furniture in the communal areas. The kettle cord is so short to boil it, it needs to be placed on the floor. Within several hundred yards there are only 5 or 6 basic bars come restaurants. Staying here was an...

This hotel (The Koh Kong Bay Hotel) was completely misrepresented on this and Agoda.com websites and should be removed as the hotel resembles a derelict building. When I arrived at the hotel I was shocked at the condition of the building and the grounds and, by the attitude of the staff, who, are obviously used with guests refusing to stay...

Having read other reviews on this hotel I was a little worried about my booking here. However I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We were arriving from the Thai border at Ban Hat Lek so we contacted the hotel first and asked if they could send someone to collect us. They sorted it all out and when we arrived...

A very tired looking place. Has great potential or maybe was once better. At 33 dollars a night it is expensive for what you get....compared to other options. Some of our rooms had to be vacated due to odours from the drains. Good location. Close to food options.

Although the staff was warm, helpful, and friendly, the hotel looks like it has not had any recent maintenance. The room and grounds pictures do not match the website. Thin towels, rundown bathroom/shower, no bedside reading lamps, harsh lighting, and only ONE person per room may have free hotel breakfast in a horrible, dirty glassed-enclosed eating area/storage facility facing the...

Very good stay and in the city center where is close to restaurants. My kids like swimming in cute pool at the bay. The price of food is reasonable. It was romantic and peaceful hotel. The rooms is designed attractively. It is attached to the park where you can do jogging or morning walk.

The pictures on the website are deceiving and not representative of the actual situation. The hotel is not maintained. We stayed here with our kids (6 and 9) for a couple of nights. The connecting room was not very clean. Hairs in the bathroom, the doors were dirty. The restaurant at the hotel was dirty: dirty matrasses stacked against the...

Rooms and hotel picures don't match the real degradation of the whole place. It seems to be no maintenance for the last 5 years. The pier is totally broken and there were some mattress in the restaurant area. My room 15 has an old broken chair in the varanda and the bathroom with no water. Also very dark room, with...

This was a last minute booking. With 4 rooms for myself and Khmer Family. The rooms were good and clean, although the airconditioning needs repair. The host and staff were very friendly and supportive going out of their way to ensure that we had a good couple of nights. The hotel has recently been taken over and its new owner...

This hotel is currently being refurbished (March 2016) it is in a poor town so one of the best hotels there. It is clean and friendly and near the shops/restaurants so well placed. It is on the sea front but there is no beach. It does have a pool which is average but very few seats and only two sun...
