Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
My family and I had a fantastic stay at this family run property. The cave rooms were perfectly decorated and very comfortable. The service was excellent and I was able to communicate directly with the property owner and/or a family member whenever we needed anything. This was very comforting while traveling overseas. The hotel also operates a tour company for all of the local attractions, including balloon rides, dinner shows, city tours, atvs, etc.. Our drivers and guides were great! We will be back for a summer trip next time!

Lovely establishment set up in original caves at nevsehir.
Hamim the owner is very helpful chap. He organises tours etc at reasonable price.
The pool is small but nice specially for kids.
Rooms are comfortable but dimly lit. There isnt much around the hotel and be careful venturing out too much. We got chased by stray dogs on our little outing.
Breakfast is lovely. Dinner is served hot and is reasonably priced.
We could not do ballon flight unfortunately as a few days previous got cancelled and it was super exxy. Book it well ahead of time if you are wanting to do one.
Our room was three flights of stairs and carrying bags is a little hard so maybe pack smaller bags if possible.

Stayed here with my partner and we were greeted right away with such warm hospitality by Mr Cenip. It is a 10-15 minute drive from the main tourist town of Goreme but Mr Cenip provided transport at a very reasonable fare. The owner Mr Hami is also very helpful and can organise day tours. The hotel itself felt more like a Bed & Breakfast. Rooms are exactly as pictured. Rooms are also beautiful and bed is very comfortable to sleep on, with temperatures in the cave staying pleasant all day and night. Overall, I'm very happy we stayed away from the crowded city and were able to enjoy this tranquil place.

The prices for activities given on the website actually turned out to be twice as high. The website stated €35 for a camel trip. I paid €70 plus taxi. Same for the Red Tour. The price on the website is €40 including guide, museum entry and lunch. I paid 50€ for transport, not including anything. No card payment possible. I also booked transportation from the airport and checked three times if they remembered. In fact, I was left alone at 3 a.m. with no information on how to get to the hotel. The swimming pool was often privately booked and no information was provided. I couldn't use it 2/3 times. There was a leaking radiator in the room and leaks from the shower. No heating at 7 degrees outside. It was cold.

The staff is very nice and helpful and I and my boyfriend felt very welcome at this place. I especially liked chilling zones outside of the rooms where you can sit and sip a coffee or tea that is always available for the guests. Breakfast was just superb and I totally recommend to go for it here! Since there are not many restaurants around the area, we were going to this place also for dinners. One thing that could be managed better at the place is drinking water in the restaurant at any meal, including breakfast. It is just not available by default. You can ask for paid bottled water, but big bottles are not always available. You get some small ones to your room, such as half a liter per person per day, but in general, I had a feeling that this is up to the guests to do their shopping and manage it on their own.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days with my partner and we were very satisfied. The rooms and common areas are very charming and always very clean. Very abundant and varied breakfast. The hotel is located a little far from the center and I recommend renting a car to get around better.
The thing that deserves a special mention is really the kindness and helpfulness of the owner. Always smiling and kind, ready to help you with anything you need, he really makes you feel at home!!! There is the possibility of booking a car through their structure, booking the various organized tours of the valleys, or a hot air balloon ride (unique experience highly recommended). Get advice and help and you won't regret it. It is rare to find such hospitable and generous people. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Cappadocia!!!

Very charming and authentic cavehouse. Very nice owner who speaks good English. Centrally located close to all main attractions. We loved the cavepool- which was not too hot. It’s not so big as it looks in the pictures but nice. Breakfast was very good with a salad, fresh bread, cakes and omelette.

It’s the perfect hub for sightseeing and even skiing in Kayseri. All places except ski are within 15-20 minutes. All the friendly staff at the hotel, including Mr. Hami, support you to make the most of your vacation. It''s a complete family hotel for couples or families looking to spend a few days in Hittite times, adorned with authentic design garden jargon. You can get help with a balloon tour, ATM, pool, jacuzzi, day tours, and more. Mr. Hami, thank you very much and your team! I'll see you again...

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff is amazing. The hotel has arrangements with tour companies and tour guides. They arrange everything and I thought the prices were quite reasonable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and have collected some timeless memories. It is rare to find a place where one can explore and rejuvenate at the same time. The owner is fantastic and the workers are all cheerful and helpful. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. It was perhaps the best stay I have had at any hotel EVER. Thank you Hami!
