I booked this hotel , because of the easiness of my short trip from Tlaxcala. We came late at around 10:30pm, and at the reception, people were so nice to us considering our busy day. They provided all the info and accommodation that we needed considering our needs, 2 adults and 3 children. I would definitely come back here. Congratulations for the great staff that you have.

take a room opposite side to highway... the reduction of noise is priceless. cars and trucks in mexico can obviously be extremely loud :-) . AC works fine... it is powerful and also a bit loud, can wake you up at night.

If you are passing through Puebla and don't want to miss seeing Popocatepetl, ask for a volcano view room and you won't! This is also a very nice relaxing place to stay. It can be tricky to get to, especially at rush hour, so use your google-maps or gps.

I have been going to Puebla since 2006. I have stayed at several hotels, some of which were expensive, some of which were not expensive. What satisfies me is that rare combination in the hotel industry, i.e., price, location, facilities, and, above all, service. Not too many of the hotels I have stayed at offer a 4 or 5 star experience in all those categories. But the Fiesta Inn Finsa most certainly does. Let me explain.
Pricing is competitive. I think that $60 per night (including taxes) for a room for 2 is good value.
The location is industrial-suburban, meaning that the hotel is about 10 km from the historic downtown. This works for me because the family which I visit lives about 15 km west of the hotel and the shopping & restaurants which I like are 5 km to the east.
The facilities are well-maintained and spotless. The only negative comment I have is that the place looks a bit dated now. You won't find USB ports available in your room the way you will in more modern establishments. On the other hand, the WiFi was excellent. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast for $11. The chefs will prepare eggs any way you want, and you have a choice of dozens of hot and cold dishes as well.
The staff at this Fiesta Inn couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. The front desk staff had my room saved for my very late arrival (2:30 a.m.). Even in the middle of the night the front desk employee was courteous. Check in was speedy. The room had a view of Popocatpetl as I had requested. The doorman took care of the car for me.
The Fiesta Inn Finsa offers a good mix of economical pricing and excellent service. That combination is increasingly difficult to find in today's hospitality industry.

Went here on business and it was fantastic. Room service and food was 5 star worthy all around. Excellent maid and cleaning services- hotel grounds and lobby exceptionally clean and neat. Fantastic view of the volcano from my room. Definitely an experience to remember!

Hotel is in general good. Is clean, room was very comfortable, not too big but enough space to rest pretty good after a work day. Room was pretty quiet and I was able to have a good sleep, bed was soft and pillows as well soft, clean service did a great job. Room service is good, the breakfast is pretty good, and the staff at the restaurant is amazing! Check In / out was fast.
Gym is well equipped, not a bunch of equipment but enough to keep you on shape and working out during your trip.
The only one thing I feel disappointed is that they did not charge my Fiesta Rewards points about the consumption food at the hotel, with that I will be upgraded to next level, and I really feel very very disappointed about that, because I sent an email to the manager and she did not follow up this small aspect, but for me is important. Just take care, and make sure they charge your points, all of them if you are part of a rewards program.

Good breakfast was included, staff was friendly and helpful, nice rooms. I liked this place. Of course, I was there for a special event including the youth orchestra and choir, Espranza Azteca, but they made the kids feel really special with a party at the end of their stay.
