Do not book this suit. We were evicted from here after staying only 4 days of a 14 day holiday. The receptionist accused us of an alledge incident & called the police. The police reviewed the video & stated the incident didn't happen. The obnoxious owner refused us entry to our room for the night & threw us out onto the street, with no refund. Definitely not recommended.

Nice big rooms with kitchen that has everything you need. The furniture could do with a remodel but nothing tragic. Nice bathroom, very clean. Price is great and it feels very safe. Would definitely stay again :)

I stayed here solo for 5 nights in Febuary 2022. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Zocalo on a street that looks a bit sketchy at first, but is not unsafe. The hotel is close to the hustle-bustle of Centro Historico, but the neighborhood has more of a residential feel. There is an OXXO convenience store next door, a mom-and-pop grocery store across the street, and bakeries, shops, and eateries nearby that are a bit cheaper than those right in the heart of Centro Historico. There is no elevator in the hotel. The hallways are bright and gleaming white, and the tiled floors are spotlessly clean. The kitchen in my room was modern, but only had basic utensils: one pot, one skillet, one very dull knife. Coffee cups were super small, only about 5 ounces. If you plan on cooking, you need to bring or purchase salt, pepper, seasonings, cooking oil, napkins, and dishwashing liquid. The sofa was very old and worn, and is in the kitchen, which was a little odd. I didn't use it. There's also a TV in the kitchen. Even though I was traveling solo, I booked a room with 2 beds because it was slightly bigger than a single room. I took the bed that was by the window. The other bed was only about 8 inches (20 cm) from the closet, making it difficult to get things in and out of it. My room faced the street, but I heard almost no street noise, probably because the shutters were padded with foam insulation. I also didn't hear noise from other guests, but that may have been because the hotel seemed half empty. I liked that the room windows opened, which enabled me to get fresh air in the mornings. Wifi was iffy, and dropped the connection several times. Okay for browsing, but not if you need to work online. There are outlets by the head of the bed to charge your electronics., as well as elsewhere in the room. There was a full-length mirror in the room, but in order to look in it I had to move the padded bench that was at the foot of the bed out of the way. The bathroom is very small, with little space for cosmetics and toiletries. The shower had a small plastic disk covering the drain because the drain had a terrible stench emanating from it. However, I didn't notice the disk my first morning, and flooded the bathroom because the shower floor is flush with the bathroom floor. I took cold showers my first two mornings. I ran the water for several minutes, but it never warmed up. Then I read a review on another website that said you have to turn on the water in the bathroom sink, let it get hot, and THEN turn on the shower. It worked, but that should have been explained at check-in. The rooftop terrace is lovely, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The gym is very minimal, just a broken treadmill, exercise bike, and a weight machine. One odd thing was that fixtures in the room were too tall. I'm 5'2" (1.57 m), which is only a couple inches shorter than average. Yet the kitchen counter and bathroom sink hit me at just below chest level, the microwave was way above my head, and the bed was so high I practically had to hurl myself into it. The mattress was comfortably firm, but had a plastic mattress cover that was crinkly and uncomfortable. Staff at the hotel speak English fluently, and are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Housekeeping was good as well. I liked the staff and liked having a microwave and fridge. Overall though, I think the bad slightly outweighed the good, and the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers.…

We had a lovely stay in Suites La Concordia during our visit to Puebla in February. The location was great, right in the Historic Centre of Puebla, close to many nice local restaurants and near all the attractions. Our apartment (suite) was very comfortable, clean and with plenty of storage space. The bed was great, we slept really well in it. The bathroom even had a shower with hydromassage! We also appreciated having our own kitchen, being able to use the kettle and the microwave was nice. There’s also a lovely rooftop, perfect for relaxing. Very friendly staff, too. We can recommend Suites La Concordia to everyone visiting Puebla. Great stay!

I stayed here for three weeks in February while studying at the Spanish Institut of Puebla. The staff are fantastic, very responsive and helpful, young and used to working with adult students of Spanish! My room was very comfortable and quiet, amazing given its location in the center of the historic district and on a bus route. That said, I moved from a room facing that street to a side-facing room, which was significantly better. There's a beautiful deck on top of the building for morning coffee, which I enjoyed. One thing to note: I would purchase a few kitchen items for a longer stay if you plan to use the kitchenette. The coffee-maker and its cups were too small for even one person. The kitchen had no basic supplies (salt, pepper, oil), which I guess is normal, but it meant shopping for all of that.…

I've stayed at the suites on many occasions and I am very satisfied. it is very clean, all the staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel is really well situated in the historic center of Puebla. Really close to many attractions and the zocolo (town square).Rooms have all ameneties, well equipped kitchenette, good bathrooms. Will be returning again this year.

A highly recommended place, located a few steps from the civic center and the cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. The rooms have everything you need for your stay, including kitchen-dining room. Nobody bothers and the employees are always attentive and helpful.

We always enjoy visiting Puebla. Hotels have been hit and miss, but our stay at Suites La Concordia was outstanding. The room was clean and well equipped, comfortable bed (rare in Mexico), friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed el día de los muertos celebrations in Puebla. Would hope to visit again.
