All the staff it's friendly, and the location is the best! In the central part of the city and at night time has an amazing view to the cathedral of Puebla also it's in front of one of the most popular street stands for the locals in Puebla!

Ropa de cama sucia con pelos. habitaciones sucias y miserables nada atractivo a querer hacer su estancia aquí. Stayed in a double as part of a tour so cannot comment on the price. The hotel is in an old colonial Spanish house near the Catedral and Zocalo so a great location. However that is about all I can say that... More

Great location, half of block from downtown, you can walk everywhere to know very well the place, good rooms, clean and renewed, small details that management should consider like a oxidized lamp and hole at the wall covered with a tape, there is no parking so it will be though if you are visiting by car, good service attention and... I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Had reached late in the night and for some reason the person at reception insisted that I didn't have reservation despite my showing him the email with confirmation letter. Which was sorted out after an hour but in the meanwhile he showed me rooms to choose. The hotel is clean and very... More

Rooms we had reserved were not ready when we arrived at 3 pm. Clean and comfortable small room with a nice bathroom. But the hallways were dark, dirty, and run down. My room number was written with ball point pen on the wall outside the door, and there were construction supplies everywhere. Sound carries tremendously through the open hallways, and... More

I stayed in this hotel for one night as part of a group tour, although I had my own room. The steps were pretty steep to the second floor (there was no lift) so I was given a room ion the ground floor n the garage area (!) with cars parked outside my room. The hotel is obviously old, and... More

Hotel is in a great location, but is pretty basic- I can live with that. BUT I got over 250 bedbug bites and spent the next week or so itching like mad and worried about carrying them around. Several months later I still have pink marks on me. It was definitely bedbugs because I saw one. We emailed the hotel... More

We were staying in Puebla for one night on our way through Mexico. We chose this Hotel because of its close location to the Zocalo. We got an ok deal for it online (but still could have been cheaper) and check-in went fast. The front desk staff was just average ... they could be friendlier. We got our room on... More

This hotel is literally 50m away from the main plaza. Other reviews say that it is noisy (yes, it is, but that's what you get from being in the centre of town), and that it has small rooms (we might have been lucky, but our 'double' room had 2 double beds, a huge bathroom, and plenty of space). It was... More

“Staying downstairs in the garage area is necessary if the steep steps are a problem but it is a little weird.”

“You can pay lots more for a studio with windows, that may face the street (5 Pte). I was happy with my rear room up high (#404); it had a bathroom skylight and (for me) decent lighting....better than the hostales I stayed at in GDL. Expect few to no frills, and be pleasantly surprised if you get one/some.”
