Was in Puebla for the Festival Mundial de Coros. We ended up sharing three to a room, so things were a bit more cramped than I would have liked. However, the room was perfectly adequate for two people (which it was intended for). It had a big window with okay curtains (you do have to know how to arrange them)....

First, the curtains are not wide enough to cover the window so, everybody can see you inside and all the light from outside dont let you sleep well. Then, the sheets and the pillows are the worse ever! (And I have stayed...

I been here for a week due a tournament, the hotel is average I would say a 2-3 stars, service is polite, friendly staff, english speakers, food is fair enough, do not expect something special but the regular. Pool is small but nice, has a lot of security for the hotel access, little noisy if you are in the top...

Access to this hotel is controlled. The driveway is monitored at all times, and at night, gates block access. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; towels and courtesy items [i.e., soap, shampoo, other toiletries] are abundant. The on-site restaurant serves food that is of average quality and somewhat overpriced. Length of wait for room...

I first stayed at this hotel in May 2010. Back then it seemed like a decent deal, nothing special, but a relative bargain at 475 pesos/night for a newish room and a decent location (a short walk from Juarez where there are lots of restaurants). I am not sure what changed, probably the management, but when we stayed here again...
