It just gets better and better. Front desk reception did us a couple of favors for the asking. Valet parking, though can be slow. For 700 pesos for a king, fan, WIFI and cable TV, two blocks from the zócalo and 5 from Los Sapos, how can you go wrong. Yes the rooms are small, but otherwise can't be beat.... More

I recently stayed here for a business trip, the best feature of the hotel is its location, it's just in the heart of the city and within walking distance to the Expo Center. However, our room faced the main street and we could hear everything. The beds were also very hard, and the room had no air conditioner, just a... More

It's a budget hotel, centrally located (near the zocalo). The room is simple, clean, practical. The price does not include breakfast, but there is a restaurant in the hotel (we have not tested it). I found the hotel very noisy: we could hear people talking in the hallway and in other rooms late at night.

This visit to Puebla was to pick up friends arriving by bus from the Mexico City airport. The rooms are small, but very clean and well equipped. I had a double and my friends' room had two singles. For 510 pesos a night, or under $40 USD, you can't get a better deal given the location, perks, and quality of... More

We spent one night in this hotel on our way to Oaxaca. The hotel is well located near the centre of the city. There is a restaurant in the hotel and several interesting restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The way the hotel is constructed allows sound to travel and we found it quite noisy in the evening.... More

I've extended my stay here from a night to a week, after looking around numerous other hotels and not finding a better one for even twice the price (under $US50). I'm travelling solo so the room size is fine, the place is spotless, the wifi is fast and reliable,l ocation excellent, the service helpful. There is plenty of hanging and... More

The location and service cannot be beat, the value is there, and there are flat screen tvs, wifi and fans in every room. Those are the best points. We have stayed here several times, and will return, although we did check out other nearby hotels this visit, to see if we could find something better, at a reasonable price. We... More

We were on a tour and we were dropped off in front and all of the luggage was brought in for us. The lobby staff processed all of us quickly and we were off to our rooms. The room is clean ready for us. It is an old classic hotel and the bed was very comfortable for me. It looks... More

This hotel was recommended to me by the hosts of the B & B in Oaxaca where I stayed with a couple of friends subsequently in our Mexico trip. It was described as clean, with small rooms and great location, and that's what we were looking for, nothing fancy. And for under $50 USD it was perfect. It was a... More

the hotel is right by the Zocalo so it is centrally located. it has a nice lobby and a nice staff who can speak english. The room way smelly, there is no AC and the windows only open a tiny bit. The water had to run for 20 min. to get 5 min. worth of hot water and then it... More
