We were very pleased with the great service that we received from all the personnel members at the hotel, the rooms were very clean, spacious with everything that you need. A few of us had the room on the second floor and the others had their room on the first floor and both were clean and quiet during the night....

Characteristic Mexican style hotel in a very beautiful area of the old town in Puebla. We had a very nice hotel room on the second floor facing towards a quiet street. In the weekends there were also markets here. There were a lot of opportunities to shop locally produced Mexican products in the area. The hotel also has a nice...

Don't trust the pictures. This hotel is run down and our room was the size of a closet and utterly lacking in any kind of charm. The pictures on the hotel site made the rooms look nice and capacious. But our rooms (2) were nothing like the photos on their site. Ours were maybe 10 ft sq or 3 M2....

Stay here for a week at the beginning of May. When I arrived the hotel was empty. Summary: Location and pictures on internet, were good, nice old building but needs major cleaning and maintenance. Maintenance Issues: was not clean, had lots of mosquitos in room, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, sparse furniture, the one wardrobe smelled rank, drain in...

I had a balcony room on the corner. It was 2 or 3 blocks from the Zocalo, Perfect location. Local food is a must. Don't be afraid of the great food offered in this city. I could hear music and people enjoying the night. Everything you need to see there is nearby the hotel. It was clean and spacious. The...

I arrived in Puebla on a Friday evening in December, having made my reservation in advance on the internet. They seemed surprised that anyone was arriving and didn't seem to have any record of my arrival. They gave me a room which was simple as there were no other guests. The room was fine. Hot water was not available when we...

I stayed here for one night on a trip to Puebla. The hotel is very central and well located. The building is beautiful and The front desk staff were very nice. My disappointment was that for 800 pesos per night I expected a little more sleep and indeed I was able to get a much better room with b/f for...

Hotel is in a perfect location. A couple of minutes from the Zocalo in the lovely colonial part of Puebla. At weekends there is a great street market where you can pick up lovely ceramics and hand made jewellery. Hotel looked great when we arrived but I was a bit disappointed with the room. It's very bare and basic with...

We spent one night here and whilst it didn't make a huge impression on us, there was nothing majorly wrong with our stay. The building is quite lovely, and the central courtyard is a very pleasant place to sit and have breakfast. Our room was spacious and the shower was great. It was one of the cheaper rooms but online...

This is a very pretty, colonial hotel in a terrific location. It is just a couple of blocks from the zocolo and we were there on the weekend when street markets surrounded it. I highly recommend going on a weekend if possible as the markets were interesting; some original crafts, antiques as well as the usual items. The room was...
