This hotel is located very close to the zocalo and local shops including a pharmacy which we had cause to use. The staff were very helpful when my husband needed urgent medical attention, calling an ambulance which arrived in reasonable time. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast service was excellent.

Nice room in a fantastic location. Beautiful view from the window. Clean and well maintained. The only drawback I can think of is the bathroom was a bit small. The parking is valet only. Great lobby with a nice restaurant, located right on the plaza so plenty to do and see right outside the door. If I find myself returning...

We did not stay at the hotel but we ate at the restaurant. The service and food was fabulous. We really enjoy the view from the hotel looking out to the plaza. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable.

This hotel is located right on the main square close to the Parian Market and all the attractions of the main part of town. Clean and comfortable with a very cute balcony looking out on to the Zocalo. It was a little noisy with the passing traffic but have stayed in much worse in Mexico.

This is a no frills hotel on the main plaza. Balcony rooms can be noisy due to traffic. Easy access to restaurants, convenience stores and other activities on the plaza such as the Palacio Municipal, the Cathedral and the Turibus.

The bed feels like concrete. Floors are all tiled making it very cold overnight. Breakfast buffet leaves something to be desired. But the location can't be beaten - right in the town centre. Lots of food and tourist locations close by.

An unbeatable location on the cathedral square in the heart of Puebla, but otherwise pretty average place. Our room was somewhat small and crowded, and street noise beginning around 6am was a problem (our room overlooked the street rather than the zocalo). Breakfast pretty average. Staff very courteous and helpful. Not expensive.

The hotel's position right in the main square turns this place into a real tourist-trap; and most of the people leave after the first night, once they realize that there are a lot of better, nicer, cheaper and better attended hotels just around the corner, and without all the noise of this place. The rooms are small, old and smelly;...

Stayed at this hotel and I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The toilet was actually sanitized before my arrival and there was actually a strip of paper (like a seal) stating the same. I didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food here. Also we left quite early in the morning...
