A good selection of TV channels and a perfectly working internet male up 90% of the reason why I chose to stay in a hotel. This hotel is an exception, in that on TV there are only very few ordinary national channels and the internet is quite weak and unreliable. But I still keep staying at this hotel every time... More

Rooms were clean, hot water worked, wi-fi as well, terrace with some pots of plants and flowers with view over the cathedral. The only problem is that we could hear everything that occurred in the hall and there were awkward windows in the bathroom... the design was quite shallow and not very practical. I think a good exctraction system could... More

This hotel is right across the street from the main square and church in puebla. You cannot ask for a better location. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and price is great. I highly recommend this hotel. There are no real amenities, but you are in Puebla and should be out exploring the wonderful city. When you get back, there... More

We planned on visiting Puebla between Christmas and New Years when things are really busy so I made reservations six months in advance. I corresponded with the hotel manager via email because we could not confirm an online reservation from the US. She told us what we needed to do to make sure the reservation was not cancelled in the... More

Can not fault this hotel. Rooms are extremely clean and tidy. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and speak English. Roof has a fabulous view towards the Cathedral. Centrally located within walking distance to everything you need. There is noise from the festival in the square but happy to live with that over a holiday season. Try Tony's Tacos on the... More

This hotel is not worth your vacation dollars and can ruin your trip. They do not take on line payments and evidently have a drop dead rule to be there by 2 pm or they cancel your room . We have numerous emails to the Hotel Manager during the past few weeks detailing our arrival time and payment plans. We... More

This a gem of a hotel in a magical Mexican city! very basic, but clean with very helpful staff. The only downside is the noise from the main square during a festival, but that would not stop me from staying there again. Perfect location for exploring the city. Suitable for singles, couples, families. mostly Mexican tourists staying there.

This hotel was recommended by a family member who travels to Puebla often. It was just as the reviews reported: clean, nicely maintained, courteous staff and fabulous location to the Zocalo. It was within a short walk of shops and restaurants with tables and umbrellas for doing nothing but eat and watch. Because it was September (independence month from Spain),... More

Superb hotel located in the city center of Puebla. On top of the great location, the hotel has superb beds, clean and friendly staff that were always willing to help you and accommodate wherever requests you have. Is less than a minute walk to the main plaza and you can literally look at the Puebla's cathedral from the hotel entrance.... More

Hotel Santiago is an immaculate, smoke free hotel situated in Puebla's historic centre. Our room was airy and spacious near the rooftop patio that overlooked the cathedral and part of the zocalo. Very reasonable rates, excellent housekeeping and reception staff.
