We really appreciated the modern-minimalist room decor. It's location was walking distance to most of the historic center's attractions - restaurants, bars, zocalo, and artisan shops/stands. The hotel's rooms seem very clean (with the exception of some hair we found on the bathroom floor when we checked in, which we were too tired to complain about). There are restaurants on... More

We have finally found an heaven of peace in the not so quiet city of Puebla! Think church's bells ringing every hour and musical/dancing events... The rooms are BIG, and VERY quiet. PLUS I must recommend the amazing chile en Nogada, one of the best I have ever had. Will come back!

Hotel Casareyna is well worth considering, but I cannot say it is 100% perfect. to be honest it seldom is. The good: 1- Location near a good number of attractions, coffee shops and restaurants. 2- Clean and beautiful spacious rooms. 3- All Egyptian cotton linens. 4- Amazing architecture combining an old textile plant with modern contemporary style. 5 - Very... I stayed at the hotel for just one night and it was incredible. I booked online without knowing the great service and great quality the hotel had. From the architecture (Legorreta architects) to the restaurant and the room there's quality and good taste. Great for a couple's getaway or if you're traveling on business like myself, I don't think it's... More

Loved the location, decor, spacious settings, restaurant, linens, the bathroom & accessories. Could only use better water pressure...that's it! Amazing price for what you get...a true value. Everything was wonderful!

We came yesterday to Casa Reyna from other boutique Hotel, because we like to try other kind of nice hotels in our trips. They have great rooms with a confortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, but our first day and night has been a nightmare. First we have to called at 12:30 am, because air conditioner was not working well,... More

Thank you very much for you review! It help us to continue improving everyday! The air conditioner of your room was replaced for a new one, it was new, but it wasn't working properly so we used the guarantee. It is working perfectly now. About the truck working on the patio, we were instaling the patio roof cover for 3... More

The expectations started off normal but at the time of check in all the way through check out all the expectations were over exceeded and more. The room was very warming and comfortable the staff was extremely helpful will all my requests. Too much to say, only that you have to experience it yourself.... Highly recommended.

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Puebla. It has amazing rooms, service and it has a great location. The center of the city is at walking distance. Also, the restaurant is highly reccomended (especially for breakfasts). I highly reccomend this hotel, especially for families and couples.

The Casareyna Hotel was our second choice because our first choice was sold out. Nonetheless, we were thrilled that we ended up at the Casareyna Hotel. First of all, the architecture is amazing - the core of the hotel is a set of 16th-century houses. Our rooms were spacious and of high quality construction. The Casareyna had the feel of... More

I stayed for one night at CasaReyna on a weekend trip to Puebla. The price of a spacious, comfortable stylish room with a king bed was extremely reasonable and purchased via TripAdviser. The hotel is central, a pleasant 10 minutes walk to the Zocalo and other attractions. The hotel itself is charming; very stylish and in a modern hacienda style... More
