Was first happy when I arrived, considering that the place was very nice for the price I paid, the restaurant serves good food and there's a little pool that's well heated. Here is the problem, I've never stayed in such a noisy hotel. Music from the restaurant, the 3 same horrible soundtracks playing auto from 9am to 11pm would resonate in my room, I could hear people eating, talking, at all time during the opening hours. There is absolutely no isolation, if someone slams a door 300m away you will hear it like it's your own. Toilets, showers, children, not a single moment of calm except between midnight to 6am. I remember asking for a quiet room and remember as well receiving a positive answer to that question. On the last day I was told I wouldn't be served food in the hotel because all the restaurants in puebla were closing at 8pm. They refused to bring me ANY kind of food to my room. What I did was to have a walk outside, only to figure out that many restaurants were still open. I was not warned about this issue and was totally caught off guard. Last point, you may want to remove the extremely cheap Smith machine (red thing) from the gym since it's completely broken and dangerous for anybody using it (check the screws!), also it is definitely not a suitable piece of equipment for a hotel.

We visited Casareyna with the main intention of having the chiles in nogada and decided to stay for one night. The room was absolutely beautiful with very high ceilings a great bathtub, all with very well cared details. We loved the running track at the rooftop even if it was pretty short, it has a great view of the city and the vulcans. We had a memorable dinner with a perfect chile en nogada. We found only two flaws. The noise coming from the restaurant in the main terrace is too much (I understand that the restaurant is temporarily there) and it can be disturbing and two, on the day of our check out, we had breakfast at the restaurant and the service was really poor, it was slow and messy.

I really had to travel to Puebla after several months of coronavirus forced brake. I trusted Casareyna and it was the best choice ever. Casareyna really took care of me and I felt safe at every facility, both restaurant and hotel. My room was perfectly sanitized, neat, there are sanitizing gel dispenser all over the place, temperature check protocol for all visitors, sanitizing rugs and ozone treatment for all rooms. Service was outstanding and pool area is just perfect and beautiful.

I went to Casareyna hotel the 1st day of september 2020, after 5 months of not traveling at all. I had to because of business and I got very pleased with all the details taken care by this hotel. You'll find an alcohol automated gel dispenser all over the place, sanitizing rugs, temperature check, rooms are just neat and super clean, they really made me felt safe and secure. Service is as warm as always and food is a must. All servers were both face mask and face full cover. Great place to stay at!

During many years, I have experienced that most "Boutique" Hotels only improvise on many things such as service, amenities, decoration... and do not provide the finest touch to make a difference from a business class hotel. Here it is clearly an exception. We felt pampered at all times. The front desk, the restaurant, all the patios, the pool, the spa and of course the rooms are focused on your enjoyment, real rest and making your trip an unforgettable experience.
