I haven't been there for a few years, but it was one of my regular hotels in Zacatecas, along with the Meson de Merced,a block away. I have been there many times over many years, and they always had room for several vehicles at a place nearby, and they also keep room for about 4-6 vehicles short term parking in front of the building and across the street. Although it doesn't look like they can accommodate it, I never had a problem with parking (if you are accustomed to parking in Mexico).
So my information is quite dated, but since it seems no one else is answering the question, and the fact that the situation never changed for well over a decade, I hope this is better than nothing.
