This hotel is well located in the center of town. It has lots of hot water and CNN in English. Our room looks out onto a tiny plaza. We had a little problem with security box but reception sent someone up immediately. Beds are on the hard side and the included breakfast buffet is good. I would give it a... More

Hotels Mesons are usually centrally located, good three star hotels and this was no exception. Built around a four story central courtyard this hotel also has an indoor pool, a gym, bar and restaurant. The only reason to go to the restaurant is for the breakfast, which is included in the room price, otherwise forget eating in the hotel. The... More

Very pleased with our selection, walking distance to most of the attractions, the staff was very polite and helpful, free American breakfast, (coffee, o.j., fresh fruit and choice of eggs), the price was right for the location.

Stayed a week in Dec 2015 as part of a large group. Location is excellent close to center of town, Quality and tourist shopping, many churches, the silver mine, and many varied restaurants It is easy to get excellent hamburgers for the equivalent of $2 USD. Or a first class steak for $20 USD. Ask for room 411, as it... More

I can honestly say I have nothing particularly good or bad to say about this place. Great price. It's conveniently located and clean. Bed and bathroom not great. Service friendly, not exceptional. A bit loud outside the room at night. If I had to stay here again I would, but I've seen other places walking around Zacatecas I would check... More

This is a moderately upscale hotel. They have an indoor pool that wasn't heated so we didn't use it. During December, it is cold in Zacatecas. The elevation is 8100'. We had a very nice room, but the heat didn't work very well. Bring pajamas in the winter!! The best part is that it is so centrally located that you... More

Before staying here I visited five other hotels to check the rooms. I was visiting with my mom and I wanted to be extra sure that she would be safe and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. They suggested we stayed in room 410 or 411 since they had a balcony with a great sight of the city. Breakfast was OK,... More

An excellent price/quality ratio. Including parking and a full american breakfast, this is very good value. The room (201) was spacious and had all the amenities required. We had a problem with the TV but that was fixed really quickly. There was plenty of hot water. The situation is excellent although a little far from the Zocalo. Around the hotel,... More

My partner & I stayed here for a visit to Zacatecas. Rate seemed reasonable. Hotel looked nice when we arrived, welcomed by the front desk, looked promising. Once we got to the room, things started to change. Awful hard bed, dirty linens with hair and stains. A/C did not work, bathroom was old & needed updating. Furniture was falling apart.... More

They really have no internet, even kicked my smart phone off repeatedly. The shower backed up when using it. The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor and the doors did not open on reception floor on to occasions, I thought we were stuck! It is on a nice location for walking in the historic district and the... More
