I found this to be one of the best hotels so far in Mexico. It's clean, comfortable and has a free breakfast. Everything works and has good wifi free. The beds are comfortable and have decent linen and towels which seems to be rare in Mexico. The bedrooms facing the street are noisy but since I always earplugs it was... More

The hotel is very well located, a few blocks from Ave Hidalgo. The staff is very friendly. As we arrive we asked for a recomendation to have lunch. The front desk lady phoned to the place and made reservations for us. The hotel also arranged a tour to "la Quemada" (don't miss it!) When we leave we asked for a... More

I did not have any expectations about this place, but it delivered nicely! Pros: -Location is good. -Rooms were great, modern and everything you would expect. -Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us advise about places to eat, cabs to take and their cost, hairdressing place for my girlfriend, etc. Cons: -Parking lot is far way, a few... More

There are a ouple of good hings about this hotel: the balcony to relax in the night and the location (you park the car and from the Hotel you can walk to the center and all he city). For the rest, be carefull the breakfast is not Continental like they say because you will have only a small type of... More

The tried to make us pay more than what the rate of the room was. The lady had a terrible attitude, telling us that she was going to take the money we had already paid without letting us stay in the hotel, when we finally got the room it was horribly noisy. The room was nicely decorated and confortable, but... More

Location is excellent, you have all the sights and places to dine in Zacatecas within walking distance. The hotel is modern and well kept and laid. My only problem was that my room, the cheaper one I think, is situated right in the lobby area, dark and noisy, but clean and confortable. Good wifi. Ask for another room, I didn´t... More

Hotel is very nice. if you have a lot of luggage, get some help to haul it up the stairs. it's worth paying the taxi driver a little extra. lol. I stayed one night at this hotel while visiting Zacatecas for the first time. It is walking distance to most sites. THis is a family own restaurant. We were greeted by a nice older lady. She was very friendly. She called restaurants for us to see if they had availability, gave us directions to locations. We booked a double bed... More

We went to Zacatecas and spent a couple of nights at the hotel. Extremely friendly people, both day and night. Everybody willing to help. One of what I would call a warm hotel. Location is the best. In the heart of the city. The first night on friday was awesome. We all slept like a baby. The second night was... More
