The location of the Hotel is amazing! near the cathedral with a wonderful view, I've been there with my girlfriend and I don't hesitate to recommend the place, to stay there and have a good time. I'm from Germany, I was there for holidays, during new year, the personal service is good, the employees speaks fluent english (good for me),... More

this hotel is obviously about to go bust. it probably started with good intentions but has since lost its way. the suites are strangely appointed. mine had very little natural light, poor ventilation and bad drains. the concept was odd - two levels - downstairs living area and bedroom upstairs. mixture of baroque and rustic styles in decoration that just... First of all i want to say i was there last september and I really had a great business trip in this hidden gem. I read some reviews before coming and decided to come because of the great location and I found out it has the most beautiful view of the cathedral and main plaza. I was personally greeted by... First of all, I want to say that I really stay at the "Casa the los dulces sueños hotel" but its the same chain...so be careful. When we arrive they didint want to respect our reservation..so we have to wait like 10 minutes till they arrange everything...the first day we didint have hot water....so we have to wait till they... We got to the hotel and they did not have our reservation. Luckily we had our confirmation printed out and could show proof of our reservation. They still did not want to give us a room. They had no more rooms of the size we reserved but they had larger rooms. They finally agreed to move the man in a... More

I chose the Suites San Miguel solely for their aircon/heaters because I need a heated room in the winter (even the Virrey de Mendoza doesn't have heat). It worked excellently, and that was what I was paying for. Otherwise, it is very nice and comfortable, but too expensive for what you get, unless you have tons of money and don't... More

Something is amiss. As with earlier reviews, we are the only ones in the hotel. We are in room 501, and in general, it is a nice well apointed room. However, while it does provide a great view of the plaza and cathedral across the street, it is EXTREMELY noisy. Dont believe it when they tell you the wooden shutters... More

We just returned from 2 nights in suite #501, it's their most expensive, a firm King bed overlooking the Cathedral in the center of Morelia. Great location and we plan on staying here again. We found this hidden gem on our last trip to Morelia. We were the only guests both nights. They have 8 suites, with all the modern... More
