This hotel is relatively close to the Monarch Butterfly Reserve. The hotel staff was lovely. They arranged for a driver to pick me up in Mexico City and bring me to the hotel, as well as taking me to the park where the butterflies are.

It is, we have a petting zoo, guided walks to the caves and waterfalls, and a crafts room for the little ones.

Heating is not necessary since we are in a canyon with sub-tropical climate, we are about 40 km away from the Reserve.
