Stayed here for one week. The location was perfect for our needs. Across the street from a Walmart and an OXXO for snacks and bottled water, etc. All of the staff was incredible. My room happened to be on the top floor so I had a decent view---of the neighborhood nearby---and the city and hillside afar off. I only ate breakfast there and it was delicious. I purposed to tip well and regardless, the gentlemen in the dining hall took care of us. Even bringing out my own plate of "meatless eggs" on the days when the eggs were mixed with meat. I quite enjoyed the piano man who also played during breakfast hours. I still don't know why he had floppy disks lined up on his keyboard, but, it doesn't matter. It was enjoyable. Walking distance to chain restaurants, local restaurants, food trucks, banks, and the shopping mall. I will plan to stay here on my next trip to Morelia.…
We had an unexpected stay in Morelia while our car was being repaired. The room was comfortable and clean. I slept great. Very good Wi-Fi signal. The restaurant is also decent. Walmart is across the street if needed and a cab ride to the centro is inexpensive. I'd like to thank the staff for a great stay and helping us out in a pinch.
Wanted to stay downtown but everything was full. This place is 10 minutes away by a 50 peso taxi or take a 7 peso combi. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Morelia is a big city and there is a lot to see. The aquaduct is nice to look at. Lots of churches and several museums. Plaza Armas is spectacular at night. Just to walk around and see the performers and the churches all lit up.
This is considered a great little hotel It is located on one of the most important avenues of the city, ideal for holiday stays. The staff is very friendly and willing to guide you On the outside it looks smaller than it really is. It is well worth staying here for price and quality. The rooms are small and do not have a pool but Morelia is too large to be within a hotel. It is only 15 minutes from the historic center of Morelia
Great service, great location, super clean, no wifi during the 8 nights we stayed... it's very important on this days that you have wifi available... we reported the problem since day one and nothing happened... everything else is good,
We spent two nights at this Hotel/Motel. The King room (not suite) was kinda small, no refrigerator and we had to ask that plastic chairs be replaced. Bed was comfy, one window opened enough to get fresh air. Service was way above normal. The front desk got us a great guide to see historic Morelia. His name is: Miguel Ángel Rubio Martínez AVEC Viajes Morelia Av. Rooms where nice and cozy, but my favorite part was the food, specially the bread. There is free wifi, and you can bring your ethernet cable for faster internet. It was very clean and friendly. Walmart is just across the street in case you forgot anything!
We really enjoyed this hotel, it was for one night only while we were on the road. The internet was great, breakfast wonderful, price very reasonable. I did get an internet rate and noticed that the rack rate was much more. Quiet, nicely laid out, free parking. Near restaurants and grocery stores.
My husband and I booked a double room and stayed just for one night, as we went to the City of Morelia to attend a wedding but time enough to appreciate the whole building. We arrived before noon and our room was ready. The hotel is located in a very busy street but as soon as you´re in your room you don´t hear the noise from the many autos passing by. The color of the bedroom as well as the furniture and linen are very warm. It is clean and neat. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have breakfast -buffet style- at 50% of the price for non customers, $80.00 MXN pesos this is USD $8. approx. per person. The price for the room is quite acceptable, we paid USD$75. The weather was a little bit chilly but the hotel has central heating so no problem. If you trael by car as we did, they have a good number of parking places. Nearby you have all amenities. Service was excellent.…
over priced hotel. "free internet" is really free but never work.... The beds are "orthopedics" and the more hard ones that I saw in my life , I was forced to buy a inflatable bed in walmart to sleep for a week. The restaurant is empty because the prices are in the clouds. In the nights, the "senoritas" are running all the night from one room to another, making all kind of noise. The laundry is very slow and of little quality. You need persecute the employees to get a regular service .... Never, never take a reservation in this hotel, but of course if you wish to be in hell, do it!!!!
