Nice clean small hotel in a great location. Water and candies in the room and breakfast in the courtyard. Very friendly staff. The beds are wood and make noise when you move around on them otherwise very comfortable rooms.

I have stayed at the hotel many times over the years and love each of the 16 rooms. All are different and have great character. The only slightly bad thing is room 1 is next to the kitchen, but I can sleep through anything so it never bothers me. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very central, walkable location, close to the cathedral and lots of restaurants. Two beautiful leafy courtyards filled with antiques and comfy seating. Helpful staff. Some difficulty getting replies when booking over email, but that’s been common with hotels in Mexico. I negotiated a discount for the room and so breakfast was not included. I requested a second-floor room towards the...

A real gem to stay in. Located round the corner from the palacio municipal. Cheap and breakfast is available. We had a huge lovely room overlooking the main courtyard. There are lots of antiques everywhere and the staff are friendly and offer good advice on tours for example. Just a couple of minutes walk from the centre. Wifi is also...

Great location in a charming building, five minutes' walk from cathedral. Very nice people working there. On the downside, some rooms are dark and very noisy, especially the ones near the patio. Lots of mosquitos too due to porous, old window frames.

We just got back to Mexico City after a couple of weeks in magical Michoacan. Rumors of danger and discontent are totally unfortunate and unfounded so far as fabulous Morelia and the Patcuaro área are concerned. MUST GO to these amazing spots! We went to several hotels recommended here on TA, did a walk through and walk out... and just...

This find was a real treasure hidden only 2.5 blocks from the main square in Morelia. It has plenty of rooms filled with all sorts of antiques (The name is the house of the antiquarian). I have stayed in several of the rooms over the last 3 years and they have all been comfortable and clean. Hot water is always...
