We booked a pool + dinner daypass for €55 per person.
We were informed of pool access from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. then the opening of the restaurant with shows from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
In fact, we were kicked out of the pool, without any explanation, at 5 p.m. We wandered around the camp, without explanation we went to ask reception what was going on. We are then informed that the swimming pool is privatized and that the buffet does not start until 8 p.m. Decent buffet.
At 9:30 p.m., contrary to what had been announced, everything was over.
The evening ends 1.5 hours earlier than planned, even though we had booked a return taxi at 11 p.m. So we find ourselves waiting.
Finally, don't expect a calm and posh place but rather a French shisha bar atmosphere.

We spent 2 nights at the Bedouin for New Year's Eve and were disappointed. So yes the setting is pleasant, the lists are pretty, the swimming pools are also heated but very slow service at the restaurant, the dishes were cold for New Year's Eve, it was poorly organized, we were still waiting for the entry which we came to take our dessert order, we paid too much for the services, the New Year's Eve menu announced quite a few starters but we only had one of the starters. We were told a breakfast at 7 a.m. the next day, we had to take the plane early and at 7:20 a.m. it was closed, the reception also closed for check out. The lodge was pretty but there were screws in the bathroom that protruded at the height of the children's heads, the water from the shower flowed onto the floor at the entrance to the lodge, cobwebs around the light fixtures and many more

We stayed one night in this luxury tent camp with my wife and 9 month old daughter.
So we’re not going to hide according to the point of view there are some very good things and others much less good...
Les +: the place is very nice very well decorated, the camp has all modern comforts.
There are 3 beautiful pools, 2 with music and a quieter one rather for families
Breakfast is very hearty
The -:
The music at the 2 pools is much too loud in the afternoon
The finishes of the tent leave something to be desired (the door did not close well, no door sill which lets air in)
The quality of service was quite variable, we came across some very nice people and others unhelpful (we asked to lower a blind because of the sun at the restaurant, we are told that it is not possible, we ask for a chair for the baby we are told that it is not possible because they are at the pool... 50 meters from the...)
The food in the restaurant in the evening was very simple and really nothing exceptional, fortunately the show was catching up a bit
In short, it is a nice but fabricated place for tourists and ideal for Instagrammers who want to make videos by the pool.
Then you have to know why we go, quite honestly places like this in our time you have to think a little further, it is a real ecological disaster between the water of the pools, the air conditioning in the tent etc...

This is a unique and wonderful "glamping" site that has the extras without being too over-the-top. The food is terrific and yes - do the camel ride at sunset, even if you've done one before.
The location isn't too far from Marrakech and it provides shuttles to and from for a reasonable fee.

This was probably one of the worst experiences on holiday in 30 years. It is diffcult to know where to start. Visits seem to be often be packaged with a camel ride or quad biking (each with additional significsnt individual costs) but sticking to the Le Bedouin itself thr website promises peace and tranquility to distress and relax. Exactly the opposite. The road journey to it is over a broken poorly maintained road/dirt track so somewhat uncomfortable but we could let that pass for the supposedly amazing experience that we were anticipating and paid for. There is no Moroccan culture or desert experience. The 'meal' at 55 Euros person was a cold tastleless buffet with very limited choices (and nearly empty dishes) in a open structure (not a tent) with 'music' so loud you not hear or talk to anyone at the table and led us to leave as soon as possible. Drinks are overpriced extras. Essentially it appeared to be l some form of desert rave with many dressed or undressed accordingly. If that is your thing then go for it but for me; my wife and my daughters it was a hard pass. Spend your time and money at one of the many other fine establishments Marrakech has to offer.

Run away !!! SCAM!!! If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you!
After spending €45 per person for a pool day, we arrived at a private pool party and listened to loud music all day. Despite numerous customer complaints, the staff did nothing to mute the sound or at least reduce it. It was unbearable, impossible to rest on your deckchair with this “disco”.
After complaining to the manager, he assured us that the sound would end after lunch, it only stopped at 6 p.m. when we were leaving!
PS: the cocktails at 120 dirhams are really not good and take more than 20 minutes to arrive.
Very slow service, so you will have understood.
In short, this is clearly not a place that I recommend despite the many positive reviews. I even recommend that you avoid it!!

I wanted to inform you that we are very dissatisfied with our reservation at Bédoin…
First of all, despite a reservation made the day before, no one warned us of a privatization of half of the site which spoiled our day because of the omnipresent nightclub sound. Impossible to hear each other in a place that we imagined to be calm!!!! From 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.! Hell!! (supporting video)
From their great generosity they offered mineral water!!!
Cocktails cost 120 dirhams, after having offered them free!! And worse!!!
Slow service, disgusting sanitation, not the level to be listed at home!
We are very disappointed, a scam!

I came here two years ago. The Bedouin was a relaxing, quiet, beautiful site and the meal exceptional. There was only one pool. I wanted to take my family there 48 hours ago. The site has lost all its authenticity, 3 swimming pools, housing that has grown like mushrooms, music to the bottom of rapper, no more classes, black deckchairs in row waiting only for the customers of a municipal swimming pool .. . Big disappointment.
Despite our preference for the 3rd pool which had to be "quiet", we were all housed at the same sign question music.
We had wished for dinner. We stayed close to the reception, without anyone directing us to the restaurant on the other side of the camp. Non-existent staff - 55 eur for a self, it is exaggerated- Pros, nice restaurant and good atmosphere because belly dancing, fire-breathing.... It is sure, profit is the strength of this camp, at the expense of an exceptional site, high quality. I will not come back again and will not advertise in this way. Come only in the evening possibly.

Not professional at all, 7€ for a Crown!
They arranged an air-conditioned transfer with 33 degrees in the desert!
To apologize for what happened they had to offer us a drink, but then they denied us, bad!!
We were a group of 9 women, too bad because we had taken the buggy ride, the exclusive tent for dinner etc, so we did not spend cheaply on everything.
You can't take pictures with a desert background because there are huts that take away the view, swimming pool with plastic deckchairs.
We are sorry for some very good collaborators, such as the buggy boys and the
Fire eater.
Bad manager, and receptionists.

Unfortunately my experience was bad,
The food wasn’t delicious even the cocktails was very weak and untasted, anyway the bellboy was rude he said the service is for 50€ cause he picked my luggage and I realized that was scamming! And I’ve never imagine myself inside a bad reception like there the receptionist wasn’t responsible and he didn’t give me any reflection for my questions and that wasn’t respectful at all.
I don’t recommend this place to anybody !
