We visited the Banyan Tree for a week for our recent wedding anniversary and we couldn’t fault it. Very warm welcome which continued throughout our stay there was nothing the staff couldn’t do to help and went out of their way to make it a wonderful experience Had a couples massage at the spa which was wonderful and so relaxing. Loved the attention to detail. Everyone is made to feel special. Food is lovely and cocktails delicious. Big thank you to the pool bar staff, O, J, Pang and Tiffy and an extra special thank you to Kwang the restaurant Manager for looking after us (and especially me as I’m coeliac. She made sure everything I was given to eat was safe.) Service was amazing and we loved our stay. Would certainly recommend and one day hope to return.

We stayed in Banyan Tree Phuket for 4 nights, and we absolutely loved the property! Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with bright smiles and the grand lobby. The cold and sweet welcome drink, along with the cold wet towel was definitely a great treat in the heat. Check-in was done quickly, and soon we were escorted to our Villa via buggy. We loved how spacious the Villa was! We stayed in the Signature 2 bedroom Villa, and there was more than enough space for the 4 of us to lounge around. Thankfully we had a private pool in the Villa, and we could swim anytime cause we were unfortunately there during the monsoon season. The floats provided by the team did perked up our stay a little! We loved the breakfast spread and variety daily! There was also complimentary spa massage during the breakfast session, that was definitely the highlight of the stay! We also loved how there were complimentary bikes on the resort and we could explore the resort via bikes! We also participated in the resort activities - yoga and activities during our stay. It was definitely a great way to unwind during our holiday. Thank you to the concierge team for buggy-ing us around the resort 24/7! Definitely isn’t an easy feat but they are always so ready on call. Special mention to Kik, the security guard who always welcomed us at the lobby! He was always so welcoming, and knew our Villa number after our second day. He was always anticipating our needs - whether we needed our car or buggy, he was always ready to help! Thank you for delighting our stay Kik, he’s definitely a true gem in Banyan Tree Phuket. Would definitely love to be back when the weather’s a bit better, and to fully experience and explore the entire property! 10/10 will recommend! I love to stay around the Bang Tao/Laguna area as there aren’t many tourists, and there are always so many food and massages nearby!…

This has been the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in, nothing is too much trouble, facilities amazing. We had a free upgrade to the most spectacular Villa and we were utterly spoilt. Extremely friendly staff who always seem one step ahead. Worth also having a massage, fantastic Would 100 percent come here again

Really the best Thai food my family has had! The food is authentic and delicious with great portions at an affordable price. The service is also fantastic, Kwang is hospitable and she checks in with her customers to see if the food is okay. Always a great experience here! ◡̈

A magical moment!!! The hotel is magnificent, the villas are beautiful and the staff is just incredible. We should have stayed longer ! You can walk to the beach or use the bicycles free of charge, even the boat shuttle! Restaurants are really great !

I had an amazing stay at the Banyan Tree thanks to the staff. Our Consierge was Takky, she provided us with outstanding service and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to do everything we wanted to. She checked in with us daily to help us make plans for activities and excursions as well as plans for dinners. I have never had a hotel staff as attentive as the staff at the Banyan Tree. Nissy helped us plan our excursions, Nissy was very attentive and great at helping us find out more about Phuket and what to expect on our excursions. The staff helped us find amazing drivers who would take us from place to place and in the meantime provide amazing recommendations and information about the city. I am hoping to come back and would recommend everyone to stay here for their Phuket trip!…

Restaurant service could be better. The room furniture seemed a bit old can be renewed soon. But overall we had great time. Everybody is kind, helpful. I would recommend it to others The spa prices was too high compared to what is available in phuket. If you decrease the spa prices, you could generate more revenue
