This hotel was booked for us by Adventures Within Reach as our hotel for the first and last night of our Costa Rica trip. We were in Room 101 both nights. This room is easy to get to. It looks right out on pool. We arrived on United at 2:10pm and were picked up by CR Reps. This was also...

Staff were all lovely and the restaurant was excellent. The room on the ground floor was very basic and smelled damp. We had noise all night until 11 due to some form of function in the nearby room behind reception. Glad that our flight delay meant we only stayed one night not two. Towels were small and thin, bathroom was...

We stayed at the hotel when we landed at San Jose and the night before we left. Clean rooms and decent hotel. Ask for a room not on the ground floor by the road. It was quite noisy. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. We left early in the morning for the airport and they had a packed breakfast...

We stayed at this hotel twice, first when we landed in Costa Rica, and then on our way back home. Decent hotel, clean rooms. Very friendly staff during both our stays. The restaurant attached to the hotel Jurgens had very good food.

This is a good hotel. It's not part of a bug chain which is nice because it has that unique feel about it. Yes it's quite expensive and it's only frequented by foreigners which probably speaks a thousand words. The rooms are nice but beware that it's a little noisy because being in town it's quite close to the train...

What a welcome site, the Hotel Jade was after our six-hour drive from the Caribbean Coast to San Jose. Pillows piled on comfy beds, made with high-thread count sheets; a lovely pool in a beautifully maintained courtyard; a courteous and knowledgeable staff; and a four-star restaurant worthy of its designation. Because the hotel had mistakenly booked us for our first...

I have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with the service and general ambiance of this quaint hotel. It is very conveniently located for my needs. I will be staying there again in February 2017.

My husband and I stayed at Jade boutique hotel for one night during our honeymoon in Costa Rica, and had a lovely time! The hotel was decorated nicely and everything was very clean! The pool area was very well maintained and breakfast was ok! When we arrived we were helped to our room and greeted with a bottle of wine!...

Was advised to stay there since the hotel is close by our offices. Apart from that, there is no reason to stay in this hotel. Got issue with the airport system, the whole hotel electricity went down for many hours...breakfast is decent though.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to a mall, and many restaurants. The hotels restaurant is amazing, the food is very , very good! I was extremely impressed with the restaurant. And the staff is of the best I've seen anywhere, they are always making you feel welcomed and taking care of. The rooms are clean , the pool is...
