Great value for the money. Staff was super courteous and friendly. Hotel made us feel safe and welcomed. Food was and had plenty of options. Adult beverages were also on point. Hotel room had enough accommodations for our family of 3
Staff was very attentive and friendly. Poolside tacos are a must. Room was clean and refrigerator stocked daily. Adult pool party was a great way to start the trip. Definitely recommend the swim up rooms.
Great location, great staff, very friendly people. Was expecting higher quality food (eg Italian restaurant was dissapointing. In terms of the scene, very US focussed, dressing code at night is being ignored. If you look for more Mexico setting, look further.
outdated rooms, very poor food quality, was sick from seafood options twice. Staff is friendly, main pool is great, i do recommend to splurge and get a cabana beach was nearly unusable.. overall i recommend staying elsewhere
Staff were outstanding! Clean and well kept. Food was good for an all inclusive. Lots of restaurant options. The only bummer was that the beach was unswimmable- which most are in Cabo. Great experience. Would definitely stay again!
Great experience overall!!! Everything was very clean. The staff was wonderful, courteous and attentive to our requests. Restaurants were amazing. Food diversity was phenomenal. Itzumy was a great sushi chef. The viva Mexico show was filled with great talent, very entertaining. Housekeeping was superb and the concierge (Gonzalo) I believe… was very nice in helping us find my daughters lost frog (we did not find it by the way).
You’ll be taken care of the moment you step foot on the property. Food was delicious and drinks were phenomenal. The service here really made our trip unforgettable. Don’t forget to tip the staff for all their hard work!
The property didn’t feel new. Would not recommend a standard room as they all have connecting rooms with little sound barrier. Upgrading is the way to go. The food is very mediocre and not great. The service wait time felt extended, with some breakfasts taking 45 mins to receive food. Would rather go off property to eat.
We were so excited for our trip and were sooo disappointed. Service was terrible. Food was below average and most restaurants here. 2 restaurants listed on the website were closed down. the bathrooms around the hotel - some were clean but some were sooooooo bad! it was a crazy hot humid week and the AC was not working in the non-open air restaurants. The service in the restaurants and by the pool was horrible. The kids club - the ladies were not nice...my kids refused to go back. The shuttle dirver - he failed to come pick us up even though we booked an exact time etc because the valet told us they could pick us up! when we complained they said oh well. the coffee house was the only semi cool place you could sit. the ladies that worked there really tried to help but the guys that worked there were soooooo slow and terrible. Hyatt Ziva was NOT a good experience for our family.…
Staff were all very friendly, warm and helpful. Dinner at restaurants however was lackluster, though service was good they lack the quality and are a poor representation of the cuisines they imitate. Buffet selection was expansive, and probably your best bet for a quick filling meal, but closed at dinner. Pools were generally clean, pool activities well coordinated by the activities staff. Overall a great place, but do yourself a favor and venture out to nearby restaurants like Mara and many others a short walk away.
