My husband and I came for our Honeymoon 8/30-9/6 and it was the best vacation we've ever had. It was beyond relaxing and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Due to COVID, the hotel was at a ~30% capacity and it was amazing. The resort did everything to make sure we felt as safe was possible. Our room was extremely clean and we felt safe the entire time. The staff went above and beyond to keep everything perfectly clean and sanitized. There is hand sanitizer in the rooms, at the restaurants, virtual menus etc. I am gluten free and by the second day the entire staff knew and made accommodations for me. We have never felt so accommodated. We will definitely be back. It is a GORGEOUS property. We only left the resort once and we immediately regretted it. (Flora Farms = overrated) The daily breakfast included was outstanding. We ate on our balcony every morning overlooking the ocean and finished each day with a dip in the balcony jacuzzi. Our butler(s) were amazing. They found Nike sneakers for me in town after I forgot mine for the gym and delivered them to me...POOLSIDE. Have you ever heard of anything so amazing?! 10/10 This place is as relaxing as it gets and absolutely unbelievable. BOOK IT. You will not regret it!

We were lucky to spend our honeymoon at this resort and the entire space is top notch. But the best part is the staff who really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Gabriela and our concierge team took care of anything we needed with a quick text. They responded immediately and were so helpful. The pool butler system is also insane with people helping to move umbrellas to give you shade. Carlos Lopez worked so hard basically taking care of everyone at the pool in 90 degree weather. We are so grateful for him! At some other places in Cabo the staff asked us to write reviews and mention them by name - not the case here. The staff is just really hard working and in a league of their own.

I'm going to begin at the end. We're leaving the hotel after a five day stay to go to the airport, and had just pulled out toward the front gate, when we're met there by security who had our driver turn around and go back. Waiting there back at the hotel was our butler Concepcion, who had our teenage son's wallet, that he had accidentally forgot in the room all of ten minutes before. Wow! That about sums up the quality of service at LVP. Flawless. With our butler, pool staff, servers at the restaurants, anyone and everyone on the property. Our three bedroom residence was beautiful with an outdoor spa overlooking the resort and ocean. Food at the restaurants and by the pool, while very expensive, was excellent. The seabass in agave leaves at Sea Grill and any of the tacos by the pool were some of the best we've ever had. The resort's many pools are perfect. The Oasis pool and lazy river are not currently in use, as a stage for the musicians which usually play at La Botica are set up over the water. The resort grounds are beautifully manicured. The resort is beyond cautious about coronavirus, and keep in mind pretty much everything is outside. We had a great stay making beautiful memories as a family, and look forward to returning soon!

I have been to Mexico MANY times in the past, but only on cruises, where I only had the day in each port. For my first official long visit to Mexico, I wanted to stay at a top resort. A friend suggested Las Ventanas, and it turned out to be a perfect getaway! This hotel is beyond anything you can imagine, where anything you need is possible. I had arranged a car pick up from the airport through the hotel. It was a seamless process, in which one gentleman met me outside baggage claim, held my bags and passed me off to the driver, who whisked me to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver passed me off to my butler, who then had my luggage taken and offered to give me a tour of the property - all while a local band played welcome music! This hotel is absolutely gorgeous - beautifully set right on the sea. And in this time of Covid, the hotel is really well-sanitized - temperature check until arrival, all staff wore masks, sanitizer was readily-available. I only wish more guests had worn masks. It seemed as if a lot of guests were from Trump-voting states. I had a room that had a pool / sea view, which was less like a room, and more like a villa (I found out why this was costing me $800/night!) The room was stunningly decorated in a southwest / Mexican - style (think high-end Santa Fe). The bathroom was spacious with separate spaces for the sinks, tub, shower and toilet. Linens were soft and fluffy and the bed provided a restful sleep. My butlers (yes, two) were fantastic! Nothing was too much for them. I did have to end up sneaking out of my room in the mornings through the back entrance, though, to avoid their overbearing nature (more on this later). The hotel has a gym (which requires a reservation during these Covid times), food venue, a band with a wonderful singer which is set on a platform over a pool area, a lot of pool space (including an adults-only pool), and plentiful loungers and umbrellas (oh! and gentlemen who will move the umbrellas for you anytime to make sure you stay in shade). There are even buttons at the loungers to summon food orders. My only complaint is the fact that this hotel allowed smoking in the adults-only pool. The area was ruined a few times by inconsiderate smokers. The staff were afraid to approach these people and we had to endure the smells. This property is incredibly special. You will feel far-removed from life in this bubble of elegance. As much as I loved this hotel, I probably would not stay here again. Why you may ask? First of all, paying $4,000 for 4 nights is a bit excessive. It's something I would do again for a special occasion, but not on a regular basis. Also, the butler staff were a bit overwhelming for me. Every time I would open my door, they would appear, follow me around, talk to me on the way to the lobby, etc. Is this a complaint? Not at all. They did exactly as they were supposed to. But, for me, I am more comfortable at a hotel where I'm not so waited-on hand-and-foot. Just my personal preference. I would and will recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone! It is a spectacular escape set right on the shores of the Sea of Cortez. The nights were spectacular (I'm sorry I missed the two nights of fireworks), and the days were luxurious. This ranks right at the top of my favorite hotels list.

Absolutely fantastic service in every way--room, luggage, concierge, restaurants. The pool and swim-up bars are a treat. The food is outstanding if fully priced. Our babysitter was delightful. We booked the cheapest room using Amex Fine Hotels and got upgraded to a suite with a lovely ocean view and easy access to the pool. The tequila bar was phenomenal.
