This is obviously an exquisite 5 star resort traveled by travelers who understand luxury travel ….heck there is no name on the front when you drive up, how exclusive is that? But what really makes this a world class property is not it’s phenomenal cuisine or it’s unbelievable panoramas….. it’s the team of incredibly well drilled smart sharp attentive staff that makes this unquestionable one of the greatest resorts in the world! I traveled with my family and we were all together in a beautiful penthouse suite that was hosted by the Great Luis Enrique Esparza. Enrique was our guide through paradise. His family oriented culturally enriching service was by far the best I have ever experienced in all my travels! Enrique anticipated my family‘s needs including both my six month old and three year old grandsons! He greeted us each morning with breakfast and each evening to escort us to dinner. I had emailed with him in advance to arrange all of our reservations excursions and bookings and provisions for the children. Everything was flawless and so well presented with great passion and professionalism. Personalized service from one of the top end concierges in the entire hotel industry. It’s the people like Enrique that will bring us back. This was truly a paradise treat.B…
Incredible. Highest level of service. A beautiful property staffed by truly professional, genuine, wonderful people. The food is incredible, rooms are gorgeous, and everything is taken care of. A truly luxurious experience, worth every penny.
As everyone states....this place is amazing. The best beach, great food, incredible service. I've stayed at nearly all the luxury resorts in Cabo and this is the best I have found. But there are 3 things that could use improvement. 1. The prices for wine are insane. Example: a lovely bottle of Flowers Pinot Noir at the grocery store is around $40-45. At LVP it's $400. 2. I was shocked to see they allow guests to "save" pool loungers first thing in the morning and then disappear. It's rude to other guests ready to use the pool. It's tacky....this isn't the Orlando Sheraton. Let's class it up a bit and not allow this. 3. Cigars were being smoked at the beach lounge. Disgusting. The smell and smoke literally floods the pool area disturbing nearly all pool guests. Resort should be non smoking all around. Would be great to see these things worked on. Still a fabulous resort and I will return.…
If I could rate this property higher than 5 stars, I would. I have never experienced the level of service we received from this hotel. We just returned from the most perfect family vacation. We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view suite and it was ideal for my husband and I, as well as our 20 year old daughter and her friend. Plenty of privacy for everyone. We planned the trip to celebrate my daughter's birthday (early). I booked here because i wanted a resort that felt like authentic Mexico. I wanted to wake up in my suite and know where exactly in the world I was and Las Ventanas delivered. Our butler Paulina was AMAZING. She assisted in planning our excursions, making dining reservations and had many helpful recommendations and suggestions. More importantly though, she was so NICE, kind, thorough, caring. She added so much to our experience. Christian at the pool was also top notch, as were all of the staff there. We were almost reluctant to get up to adjust a towel because they would see and come running to help. The service was unmatched and so friendly. The margaritas were delicious, the fruit and popsicles by the pool were much appreciated and the Mexican breakfast was top notch. We had a private beach dinner which was perfect, beautiful and the small personal touches (like decoration in the sand) made it so special. Our waiter Rodrigo was exceptional and worth a mention. To be honest, the property was beautiful, the food was amazing, but the PEOPLE made this the best vacation we've had in a very long time. I can't wait to return and would not hesitate recommending this or other Rosewood properties.…
This is a review to recommend the pool staff at this hotel . Tanveer was very attentive and was excellent in looking after us around the pool always helping abc making sure we were ok . The service he provided was extremely excellent - I would always recommend this hotel because of this visit 13-17th June
I wanted to give this review 5 stars, I’ll get to that in a minute. I’m going to break it down into 3 areas; Accommodations, Service, Restaurants Accommodations: 5 STARS! Oceanview Signature Villa was Amazing! We had a 2 bedroom Oceanview ( Signature Villa 11). The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the amenities, the beauty. Just WOW! We came as a family of 5 (3 teenagers), and it was just perfect. After lounging by the beach/resort pools, it was nice to come back to the comfort of the villa and relax in our own infinity pool that overlooked the golf course and the beach in the distance. Everything was just absolutely amazing. Top to bottom. My advice for anyone considering, and I will request this next time is to move closer towards the beach. You will hear a combination of the noisy main highway and the sounds of the ocean. Wish it was just the Ocean, but it was still spectacular Service: 100 STARS! This is really where they stand out. Oscar was our family’s villa host for our time. He was absolutely amazing and took care of us from start to finish. Made us homemade breakfasts in the Villa every morning, and was just always there when we needed him. Checked on us throughout the day and made sure we had everything we needed. On day 1 after asking for a sun umbrella at the pool twice and 30 minutes had gone by, I texted Oscar. He was right on it, and helped push the pool folks to get us an umbrella. He made everything easy for us. Please give him some recognition, and if you stay in the Villa’s request Oscar. Restaurants: 3 STARS (because of 1 restaurant), but I will rate each one Sea Grill: 5 Stars- amazing location, food, service Dinner on the Beach (Bohemian Dinner): 5 Stars- Amazing set-up for Date night, food was amazing, and just overall service and attentiveness La Taqueria: 5 stars. Great Service Great Food Ceviche Bar: 5 Stars. Great Mezcal Drinks- amazing Ceviche Alebrije: 5 Star. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE!! Amazing food, servers, and Ocean views. Arbol: 0 stars- This was the biggest downer of our trip and I expressed it with Oscar. We made dinner reservations 5 months ago for the water table at 8:30pm. They have 2 seatings 5:30 and 8:30pm. We chose 8:30pm because of the ambiance. This was our “Big” dinner out as a family. Getting dressed up, family photos, and was to be a special dinner night. When we arrived at 8:30pm the table was still occupied, so they asked up to wait while the couple finished up. We were ok with that. 8:45pm – table still occupied, so we ordered a few drinks. Kids played on their phones. 9:00pm- table still occupied, we are still sitting outside the restaurant waiting. Wife asks if they can let the couple know that the 8:30pm reservation is waiting- but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Made her feel like we weren’t valued. 9:15pm (45 minutes of waiting)- they ask us if we want a normal inside table. We are irritated/upset/hungry so we take it. When we sit at the table, no one comes by for 10 minutes. Wife stands up and grabs the nearest person that works there and asks if we could get some water and that we want to order. I don’t even know if the guy she grabbed was our waiter or not… we order, frazzled, don’t know what the specials are- etc. just feeling rushed to order since we are now so late. 9:30pm the couple leaves the water table, they ask to move us.. We move… We get our food.. everyone is irritated/upset on how the night turned out. Manager apologizes, they bring us some dessert with a sparkler at the end. Appreciated, but the mood was set. We send kids back to Villa and decide to go to the SpeakEasy to have some fun. We get turned away, no room. Another sign to just go back to the Villa and sleep. Point: Make sure everyone knows the reservation timing, especially for those "special" tables. We waited Months to eat there, and feel like we were short changed, and experienced complete chaos…. We missed the fireworks, missed most of the band that plays. Overall, outside the 1 night of the bad experience at Arbol- It was still an amazing stay, and we would definitely return , probably skip Arbol and go right to Alebrije.…
I have wanted to visit Las Ventanas for YEARS. Not sure why I waited so long. Our trip could not have been any better. Great suite, great service (shout out to Alina, Pedro, and Samuel), amazing food, fireworks, speakeasy, and the resort was better than I could have imagined. I will be back next year.
Just returned from our 2nd trip to Las Ventanas. If you're searching the internet for top hotels in Cabo and trying to compare them, let me save you some time, this is the best. Side note - we made the mistake of leaving the property to have lunch at Montage.....there is no comparison....it's a dump.
Beautiful property, amazing location, word class service and excellent food. They also do a fantastic job of catering to your every need and personalizing your holiday. Attention to detail is top notch. Love the different pool options and spa is amazing!
The people are what makes this place magical. They all are so attentive and caring. They treat the guests with love and kindness. Even the groundskeepers as you walk around the property are quick with a smile and a greeting. They truly want to get to know you and want to appreciate you. Just a marvelous place. But the people are what makes Las Ventanas Al Paraiso a true paradise and the most outstanding resort in Los Cabos. Thank you Lizbeth, Yudiel, Carlos, Cesar, Alexandra, Francisco (chef), Stephania and everyone that we had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with. See you all again soon.
