My wife and I came here for my birthday. Weather was great so that was a start. Used points for my room and my upgrade due to status and paid a little extra to do the plunge pool. It was a nice view and a nice opportunity to get in a pool from a lounger without having to go anywhere. The ONLY negative was on both sides there were smokers and we got their exhale. Not a fan of that but I realize it happens. I wish there was a no smoking section. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly. Shout out to Maritza in the main bar, she was excellent. And to Esteban at the pool who helped us get our place and gave us a lay of the land and was friendly as could be. And also to Eduardo at the beach side bar for the happy hour. All of them should get a raise. Great people representing Hilton. The food was good. Room was clean and taken care of. The pomegranate margarita is nice. One pool side bartender didn’t really know how to make a chocolate martini but that’s the only bad drink we had. Otherwise they were all as to be expected. The lobby gift shop was outrageous in price but typical I guess. You can access the ocean here. A lot of places in Cabo you cannot but you can here. At the lunches and dinners food sometimes take a while but we have experienced that here before in Cabo at two other resorts so not sure if that’s a pandemic staffing thing or just the way it is. The fitness center had some decent equipment in it and great views while you ride a bike or whatever.

As a global citizen, my family and I travelled around the world for the last 20 years! In that capacity, we have seen many hotels and resorts! Sometimes good and other times bad! This time around, we have been blessed with another great experience at the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort! This was our 4th time over the last 5 years and again the property and especially the staff has amazed us again! Since the last time, the management has expanded the resort with beautiful new beach cabanas and swimming pools! In this Covid period, the hygiene and access to sanitizers was perfect! Never felt unsafe. My biggest shout out goes to the local staff! From the room cleaners to the kitchen staff, the waiters in the restaurants to the beach servers - all of them did an EXCEPTIONAL job to make us feel like VIP's! Their every day friendly greetings, speedy service and excellent explanations on anything we asked for is unbelievable. I am not saying this lightly but this resort is one of the best relaxing friendly and top notch hotel we visited! Also a BIG shoot out to EDUARDO - Our beach/dinner server that we have the privilege to know since our first time we arrived! He is an amazing young man/father that makes you feel like family to you! He goes beyond his normal duties and gives you and your family a customer experience that is amazing! Don't have his last name but I am sure the Hilton Management knows who i refer to! THANK YOU Eduardo!! And thank you the whole Hilton Staff!!!! We will back!

We went to Hilton Los Cabos Beach and Golf Resort for our honeymoon - Views, Beach, Pool, are great. HOWEVER, as soon as we arrived we planned and scheduled wake up calls, and asked for a few more hangers to our room - no wake up calls were made. Hangers were never delivered. The food was very expensive for NOT being great at all with small portions - I could have made way better - we went into town a lot more because of this. (When we specifically chose this hotel to be away from town for a quiet honeymoon) Wish we booked closer to town because of the food. The COVID customer service great. Hotel booking activities for us was great. No microwaves in rooms which was disappointing and questionable for the price of the retreat. Gorgeous hotel 100%, food and some customer service was very disappointing.

This is one the most beautiful resorts I've had the pleasure of experiencing. The pools are amazing, the white sand beach is incredible, the spa is excellent, the food/drinks are delicious, and the staff is world-class. We stayed in the plunge pool room (#1031) and it's worth every penny. The water of the room's plunge pool is always warmer than the resort's pools because of its smaller size, and the view to the ocean/beach is unbeatable -- we even got to see some whales swimming by while on our pool! I'd also like to give a special shout-out to Benita. Her customer service is amazing, and she always made our breakfasts very enjoyable. We especially appreciated how she was able to deliver on some of our special breakfast requests. A++!
