We were blown away by our experience at this all inclusive resort. Typically 'all inclusive' service and food is 'all average'. Not the case at Paradisus. Our service from Dafni at the Concierge desk was so pleasant. She assisted in arranging tours and making dinner reservations on premises. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were very helpful and always smiling. Indeed, we felt appreciated!! We will make every attempt to revisit Paradisus in the future.

Hotel's Favorite
Let's start with how magical this town is. San Jose has the best Sunset I've ever seen, and its people are as warm as the sunset itself. We stay at Paradisus for 7 days starting New Year's eve with a wonderful party at the beach with amazing food and great music ending the night with fireworks. The hotel is perfect for families, great amenities and the restaurants are really good, the beach is small but perfect because you can just relax and enjoy the views with some humpback whales passing by while you marveled with the sunrise. The service here is what it makes this hotel exceptional. Starting with the family concierge, ours was Abraham Vargas and he was very friendly, diligent and worked on details for us to have the best experience. The service at the restaurants was as great as the food was. We were so fortunate to have Mr. Mario, Edith, Julissa and Mrs. Maria at Naos always taken care of my family, explaining their food and traditions always welcoming us with an smile. Miss Lidia at Mole made the discovery of the traditional Mexican food a marvelous experience. Every single person here works hard to provide their guests a remarkable stay. The hotel has impeccable rooms, well located in the middle of San Lucas and San Jose. They offer in place some agencies if you want to plan any excursions. High quality drinks at the many bars and an incredible plus here is Gastro Bar. Gastro Bar is a restaurant owned by Martin Berasategui an Spanish chef who holds 12 Michellin stars, this restaurant is a must. I will definitely come back here no doubts. I love Los Cabos and Paradisus Cabo Real is the one to blame.

This is a beautiful resort, although smaller than many of the other Melia propeties. We never had any trouble getting a table at any of the restaurants. Since this is a smaller resort, it's best if you either don't have kids or your kids are small, as the tweens/teens may get bored. There really isn't much happening at night here on the resort, so if you're looking for nightlife you'd have to leave the property. They do have a swimmable beach here, although when we were there it was pretty rough, even my not so small husband was getting pushed around a bit. We did not let our youngest in the water without being held by one of us. The service and food were fantastic, there is only one pool on outside of the adults only side, but it has a zero entry point which was nice for our youngest to play in. There is also a swim up bar located in the main pool which was always pretty full but had quick service. Our stay at this resort convinced us to book another stay at a different property that had a little more for the kids.

We celebrated my birthday at the Paradisus and could not have had a better time! What a beautiful and delicious experience! Everything at this lovely hotel is first class! The meals are healthy and fresh, the drinks are high quality, the pool is magnificent and the beach is swimmable. The staff is very friendly, efficient, well trained, accommodating and speak English. We had a lovely ocean view suite. Bottled water is refreshed everyday along with beer and soft drinks. You can have virtually anything you want at any time. Guacamole and cervezas with a little fish cerviche on the beach for lunch? Of course! You can make make reservations at a number of restaurants for dinner or enjoy the buffet. Bathrooms are spacious and immaculate with full amenities. Pack your bathing suits, a beach cover up, a cute dress for dinner and relax!

We stayed at Paradisus for 4 nights and it was not long enough. The grounds are beautiful, everything is spotless. The rooms are well appointed and despite what I read they did not look tired or worn. We stayed in room 3230 and while it was listed as Garden View we did have a nice partial ocean view. The resort has a very open spa like feel to it with glass walls to maximize the view. There were two conferences going on when we were there which was actually great because those folks were busy all day leaving lots of space at the pools and restaurants. We opted for Royal Service which was between $120-$240 per night per room ($240 we were quoted for a swim out room) I think it was worth it, the Adult Only pool was very quiet and relaxing and Boris was on top of all of our food and beverage needs ! The Royal Service Lounge has top shelf alcohol such as Grey Goose Vodka and I can tell you this resort does NOT water down any alcohol at all, I definitely noticed a difference from other All Inclusives! The Royal Service Lounge is also and excellent place to whale watch. We saw so many whales it was really cool. I will not say anything good or bad about our Butler .... the only time we heard from him was when we were checking out as I assume he was looking for a tip. I did see many attentive Butlers, we just were not fortunate enough to have one. We ate at La Palapa for breakfast, lunch and dinner all were very good. Mole and Tokimeku were good as well. If you got ot Tokimeku do the cooking table, hands down the best fried rice I have ever had. I'm sure there are a ton of things I am leaving out, but overall very good experience if you are looking to relax. If you are looking for nightly entertainment and a loud resort this probably isn't the place for you. The Staff was all very friendly, the grounds are very well maintained. This is a beautiful resort.
