We stayed at the El Delfin Blanco mini resort, which is AMAZING, but loved the restaurant at La Marina Inn!!! Delicious, fresh seafood and steak - cooked to perfection! Guacamole and other side dishes are just fabulous. Not to mention their Happy Hour 1 to 6 pm - beer AND flavoured margaritas (mango, strawberry, coconut). Pure paradise. Service is warm... More

Very nice boutiqe hotel. Clean and quaint with nice rooms, nice pool and great restaurant. Great location for marina and beach. Restaurant is spectacular for food and drink. Works well for family get together and the price is right too.

I stayed here about 15 years ago and it was remote. Now there is a paved road / bridge all the way from San Jose. You still need a rental car. There is a local bus for 12P that runs into town. It used to be a quaint ole hotel, Baja style. Still is, but everything is very dated. I... More

Great hotel that is made even better by the owners George "Doc" and Joanne Armstrong. Rooms are large and clean, walk in shower with great water pressure, top notch chefs in the kitchen and close to the fishing docks. An A+ experience.

Small, Quiet, Quaint and Relaxing. Fishing Right across the street. We could roll out of bed and be on the boats. Old Mexican charm with Bar and Restaurant on property. Excellent food and drinks. They cooked our fish for us. Wonderful!!

I wanted a place near the fishing and were we could relax. Never been that far south into Mexico and with a just 18 yo son, didn't want to spend the night drinking and then try to fish the next day. Found LaMarina from a local tour operator. It was everything I needed. We stayed in the Penthouse, but the... More

Do you want to go fishing on the Sea of Cortez in Baja Sur, Mexico? I have been going down there for 40+years and although nothing is like it was in the "old days", this place is great. What makes it so good for us fishermen is the food, the drinks..fresh squeezed orange juice...cold beer and a 2 for 1... More

We stayed here 2 nights and fished on a panga from the marina. I will admit first impression was kind of meh. Boyfriend who is typically okay with anything seemed to be considering looking for something else when we first arrived. Room appeared rough at first glance but a/c worked great, an absolute necessity in Cabo in June. Shower water... More

La Marina Inn is right on La Playita one of the local spots for shore fishing and for Pangas in the the Cabo del San Jose Area. We didn't stay here but the prices looked really reasonable. We stopped in here for breakfast and the staff was really friendly and the food was decent. The owner George is a nice... More

La Marina is small, but set in a fun and safe environment. The food was wonderful and great people we met even better. A hotel built right across the street but the owner doesn't care because he said he's protected from hurricanes. The beach is a quick walk where you can safely swim. We'll be back.
