Zoetry is an incredible get-away experience, a perfect place to relax. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We spent many hours at the pool, chatting with Juan, the bar manager and Omar, the resort's activities coordinator. The steak nachos were a favorite, and Maria and the poolside team were the best. The dining experience was top-notch. Food is made to order, with the beachside Saltwater restaurant specializing in seafood and the other restaurant serving up steak and traditional Mexican food. Chef Eric, Reimundo, Miguel and the Salwater staff treated us very well. The rooms were spacious and modern, with balconies featuring a beautiful resort and ocean view. Everything was perfect. The only downside of Zoetry was that we had to leave. I will no longer need to look at places to stay in Cabo - this is it. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Cabo.

We enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of our stay at Zoetry. We would like to extend some special Shout Outs to Eric at the Salt Water Restaurant, Christian at the Salt Water Restaurant and another Christian at the Arroyo Restaurant. Service and food were outstanding. Love the fact that the menus are changed every few days. We would also like to recognize Maurice for his attention to our needs, as well as to Aldo Luvianos Bastidos and Ivan for ensuring that our stay was a pleasurable one. Our heartfelt thanks to each of these courteous and caring individuals.

Zoetry is a 10/10 resort and my family and I will be staying here again on our next trip to Cabo. The resort itself is beautiful with great view of the beach, but the service we received throughout our stay is what makes us want to come back. Everyone we interacted with went above & beyond. Check in/out: Check in was seamless followed by a tour of the grounds, room, & services from Eduardo & Armando. We appreciated the instruction & had all questions answered up front. Staff helped with luggage & transportation for checkout. Food: There are 2 restaurants - both good & food is served a la carte. We ate most meals at the Saltwater restaurant right on the beach. We were seated right away every time and food was served fresh. The staff here was so friendly and attentive. Eric, Reimundo & Miguel took good care of us & made every meal enjoyable. Pool: This was a personal favorite. The entire pool staff was super attentive & fun! Juan made the best drinks at the pool bar & Maria checked in on us often outside of the bar area. Activities: Daily activities like salsa dancing & tequila tasting were hosted by Omar. He was fun and offered recommendations for things to do in the area which led us to a cool brewery in San Jose (Baja Brewing). Thanks for your hospitality, Omar! In-room services: We took advantage of the 24/7 room service for early breakfast & late dinner which was convenient. The laundry service was also great & returned clothes pressed and folded by the next day.

We discovered Zoetry to be a lovely small resort with beautiful views and a very friendly and competent staff. Shout out to Fabian, our buildings steward, excellent service and only a text away. Our favorite spot was the restaurant by the beach, seaside. There was never wait for a table even with our group of eight. The ocean was our backdrop, and the food was excellent. Several evenings live music was present We found ourselves eating breakfast there as well. Too good to be true, maybe. There are a few minor issues, initially at check in while paying the amenities fee were told American Express was not accepted. Unusual since that is what we paid the initial booking with. But after a more knowledgeable person took over the computer it was sorted out. Another item: It was our understanding that staying at zoetry included using the amenities at the neighboring dreams resort a 1/4 mile walk down the beach. That is true, but only after 3 pm with a pass and a dinner reservation. The Amr representative claimed they were not allowed due to Covid restrictions. We are quite pleased with our stay and hope to return in 2 years.

This place deserves 12 stars out of 10!! We came to Cabo to celebrate my grandma for mother's day and she was smiling from ear to ear the entire time. It was perfect in EVERY single way...from the beautiful view of the ocean to the intricate delicious food to the lovely people who worked there. When we arrived at the property, we were welcomed like family by everyone and they treated us like lifelong friends. Armando was one of the staff members at the front lobby who greeted us with a smile every time we encountered him and went above and beyond to help us. He greeted us with cold towels and champagne when we arrived and made sure all of our needs were met. He was really funny, very easy to talk to, and always remembered our names! Always willing to answer any of our questions and took such great care of us when we arrived and departed! It was a pleasure to have him as our friend throughout our stay. Mauricio was another worker who stood out to us during our visit! He also greeted our family at the lobby when we arrived and was so warm and welcoming. Throughout our stay, my grandma couldn't walk more than a couple of steps because of health issues, and Mauricio was always there to transport us from one section of the property to the next. He was so so quick and attentive when he picked us up in the Uber (golf cart) and was on time during our departure on our last day. We will definitely be missing his hospitality and hope to come back soon. Israel was so incredibly accommodating at the Saltwater restaurant :) He was detail oriented and made our dining experience a 20/10. He immediately memorized our names from our first encounter and always had the BEST food recommendations and would tell us the daily "specials". Israel has a heart of gold that was clearly evident from day one. He made sure to give all of the credit to the chef, Alejandro, and introduced us to the rest of the staff, including Rebecca, who also made our dining experience so so lovely. Israel, thank you so much for always checking in on us and making sure that our hearts and tummies were at their happiest. Every single bite food that I tasted was spectacular. The "pescado zarandeado" stood out to me the most. It tasted like HEAVEN. I left with a heart of gratitude for Israel and the staff at saltwater. Yesenia also deserves so much recognition. She was the nurse who took our covid tests before we left and she extended her shift for a couple of minutes in order to squeeze my family and I in for the test. She was so sweet and made the process so fast and easy. She relieved a lot of stress off our shoulders :) Thank you so much to every single staff member, including the ones that I did not name! Everyone was so attentive and welcoming and make you feel like family. We will definitely be visiting again!!

This place deserves a 5 ⭐... except for the food. Sooo very chill and relaxing at this resort, but the food was very hit and miss, more miss than hit. Loved the peacefulness and very friendly and attentive staff. Ate at both restaurants and the best meal by far was at the seafood restaurant. Other than that, room service was our best food option, and even that lacked seasoning. Don't stay here because of the food, but because of the high end service, alcohol choices, excellent room service and amenities. 3 pools to choose from that were virtually empty all day. Pools are open 24 hrs, but the pool bar closes at 5 every day. DO NOT go near the ocean please!! Very dangerous!!!😳 Make sure to ask for Israel, Omar or Armando for anything you need. Enjoy!!

We have traveled to Cabo many times during our marriage but this was by far the best trip. Zoetry was so peaceful and relaxing. The food was spectacular and the staff was friendly and helpful. We plan on coming back here every anniversary it was such a great trip

Came to Cabo to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday with 5 other ladies. It was a first time visit for all of us. All I can say is: WOW. The property, first and foremost, is stunning. The views of the beautiful blue ocean offset by the purple and pink flowers and palm trees was a sight for these very sore New Englander eyes. Our rooms were so comfortable (the beds & the pillows, oh my. All of us in our group commented on how good our sleep was!) and clean. Beverages were re-stocked daily. A bottle of Tequila and 3 bottles of wine greeted us when we checked in, along with our welcome beach bag. We did use the Laundry service a few times, which was seamless. Laundry came back nice and clean, either hung in the closet or folded neatly into a basket. Food at the restaurants was great. Drinks were delicious, and we all had quiiiiiite a few ;) The pool area(s) were quiet, immaculately clean, and conducive to a very very relaxing vibe. I cannot write this review, though, without acknowledging the staff of Casa Del Mar. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and that is no exaggeration. From our initial check-in to our check-out, every single person we encountered was friendly & helpful. A few staff members by name: 1. Eduardo - I believe he worked with the Vacation Club part of the resort. He helped check us in and explained the resort amenities and options available to us as hotel guests. Wonderful smile, funny, and so knowledgeable! I would see him from around the facility and say HI EDUARDO! And he would crack that smile and ask how everything was and if we needed anything. Very easy to talk to, willing to answer any and every question & willing to make sure our stay was top notch. 2. Christian - one of the waiters; we met Christian on our first night's dinner, where he took care of us wonderfully. I came to affectionately refer to him as my boyfriend, because he was the absolute sweetest and we ADORED him. We'd see him around the resort, working hard as always, and we'd stop to talk to him about literally anything (including his perfect English.. come to find out, he's from Houston :) ). He was patient (especially one night when we came back to the hotel... lushed), funny, and always wiling to go the extra mile. 3. ALL of the bellmen. ALL of them. Two of our favorites, Mauricio (during the day) and Jose (at night). Once again, FUNNY, helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. If we needed a Taxi, it was no problem at all, and they came fast! Needed a ride to our room? Hop on the "Ferrari" or the "Mini Cooper" (golf carts) and away we went! Jose would wait for us at night, to make sure we got a ride safely to our rooms before his shift was over. Mauricio made a note to himself on his apple watch the night before our departure to pick up our bags at 10:30am the next day, and there he was, right on time, luggage cart ready. 4. Jeni, the representative from Amstar, who helps arrange for tours, transportation & Covid tests. She was so cute! Friendly, helpful & explained the testing process perfectly. Notable mentions: Eric, the manager of Saltwater. Maria Teresa, the beautiful and SO sweet hostess at Saltwater. Miguel, our waiter at Saltwater. Luis, the bar manager. All of the pool staff (bartenders & servers) who were speedy & attentive, not to mention FUN. Overall, I cannot stress enough how wonderful the entire stay was. As people previous to me have mentioned, the resort is undergoing some renovations, but none of them were ever intrusive or 'noticeable' in the sense that they took away from the ambiance of our stay. Fresh paint was being applied, additional landscaping put in. All to make an exceptional facility even more exceptional. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone at Casa Del Mar, for making our stay so memorable. The tears I had when we left were legit - I didn't want to leave! I truly could not have had a better experience anywhere else & cannot wait to come back!!

Omar and the entire staff were amazing. The attention to detail is beyond fabulous as is the food and activity selection. The resort is stunning and we will definitely be back It's the perfect location between San Jose and Cabo to go on tours or just to relax. I absolutely love that this is a quiet high-end resort
