We recently spent a week at Casa Natalia and were enchanted by this lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic from Caesar, Ricardo and Angela at the front to Arturo and his happy hour margaritas and our smiling friendly cleaning ladies. The room was cool in the hottest days - and we never even turned on the air conditioner. We slept very well, hung out by the pool and enjoyed some really good food at the hotel restaurant. A great holiday spot - right in the center of the old town.
This cute little boutique hotel is in a great area of the Art district. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were only booked for 1 night so didn't have a lot of experience with the hotel and we didn't eat there. The outside dining area where we had our morning coffee was lovely. Only negatives were that the room was a bit dated, the bed was very "firm" and the sliding door onto the patio did not lock. The neighboring room had direct access to our patio which made us uncomfortable since the slider didn't lock. Just a heads up to those have issues with stairs, there is no elevator, so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs (not a problem for us). We would stay here again as the staff were really wonderful and the hotel was cute.
The main area of casa Natalia was just lovely. The pool is small but lovely to sit by. We ate dinner one night at Mi Cocina and had a great meal. The staff at the hotel ( shoutout to Ricardo our SJ friend) for going above and beyond. Location downtown is perfect if you want to walk to restaurants and shops. The Thursday night artwalk is a fun must do experience from 5-9. Our only complaint would be the lack of filtered water in the room( tho the staff are happy to refill a water bottle at the bar) And the room could use a little updating.
Exceptional service at this quaint hotel in the heart of San Jose del Cabo. This hotel features 18 rooms, an outdoor pool and a fantastic restaurant (Mi Cucina) in an outdoor setting under the stars. The rooms are spacious with a large patio and breakfast is included. Located in the square with shops and restaurants just steps away. We arrived late in the day and I unfortunately had incurred a knee injury just hours before. I was having great difficulty walking and I can't thank the staff enough for all their kindness, help and concern during my stay. Ricardo went above and beyond for us and Angelica was amazing on check in and during our stay. This is the perfect spot to enjoy all the area has to offer with a personal, homey feel. Highly recommend !
Magical. The setting of this hotel is simply lovely, with a sunny poolside courtyard during the day and a dramatic, fire lit dining experience at night. Crazy good margaritas, food, fantastic. Our waiter, Olger, was so kind and delivered impeccable service. An experience to treasure.
This hotel has a great location, if you want to stay in the center of San José de los Cabos. However, I don’t agree with many of other reviews. I found this hotel very average. There is no fridge in the room. The breakfast was very average and not very tasty yet it was so expensive. This hotel is very average yet so expensive
We stayed on the top level overlooking the courtyard, in the Azul suite. Mostly re-iterating what others have wrote. A very nice little oasis in the middle of old town San Jose del Cabo. Found serenity even in the middle of a big concert in the town square out front. Service was impeccable as you would expect in a top notch boutique hotel. Excellent restaurant which had additionally been recommended by a San Jose resident friend. We stayed overnight after spending a week on the beach near La Ribera. Perfect spot for walking the neighbourhood, checking out the art district, and food joints.
Casa Natalia is a gem! This hotel is footsteps away from amazing restaurants and activities, yet as you enter the hotel you feel like you have escaped from the world. The courtyard has water feature that begins as a stream in the restaurant area, falls into a half circle pool and continues to a relaxation area. It’s an adults only hotel, and great for a romantic getaway. We stayed in a suite which was roomy, clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and eager to be of assistance.
We didn't get to stay at this lovely boutique hotel but we're fortunate enough to find the restaurant and bar while visiting the beautiful downtown San José del Cabo. We also got to meet the kind and friendly owner, Natalie and she made us feel so welcome. From what we could see, the balconies, and pool looked lovely.
We left our big 5 star resort for the last night of our trip to have a more authentic experience and it turned out to be some of the greatest 24 hours of our lives, start to finish. One of the most loveliest stays we have ever had! Cesar and Jesus are so warm and welcoming and everyone on staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, special and happy. They offered us a drink as soon as we walked in and gave us a “tour” of the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful and the terrace with the table, chairs and hammock overlooking the pool and waterfall was lovely. They have thought of everything. The private beach blue rez at Vero Neo was out of this world. We spent the afternoon there and it was magical, as was the meal and atmosphere at Acre resort. Do NOT skip Acre for a meal, or Flora Farms. We made local friends with some women at the beach club and they told us the hotel is their fave in town and they send their family and friends here. They also raved about the restaurant on site - Mi Covina and said it was on the best they have ever experienced. They were from Mexico City, Vancouver and USA. All relocated to SJDC and love their lives there. my oldest daughter, 17, who has been to almost 20 countries (and myself to over 30) are well traveled and have stayed in some of the finest hotels and resorts in the world. this hotel was above and beyond our expectations and being right on the town square, the location is phenomenal! We saw a festival on Sunday night and the church mass and heard the bells. Monday mornings they raise the flag in a ceremony that is emotion and beautiful. We must come back and stay again. One night was simply not enough!…
