We stayed for 1 week mid May. We were in 612 with a partial ocean view. Really spacious with a great layout, kitchen, washer/dryer, full living room,2 full baths. The balcony with private jacuzzi was awesome and I used it regularly. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have to highlight the excellent service given by both Sebastian and Sergio at the pool. Both very friendly, engaging, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure all of our requests were accommodated. Honestly we will return to Baja point because of their service as well as the fantastic room and property. I loved the quiet poolside environment and lack of crowds. My only recommendations for would be to furnish the unit with a more comfortable couch and offer more dining options. Next time we will request a villa with a full ocean view :) Can’t wait to come back!

I'd researched places to stay in Cabo and picked Baja Point because we were hoping for a relaxing and quiet stay. The pictures on trip advisor made it all look so very beautiful - but the infinity pool featured in many of the pictures is only accessible for owners. The only other thing I didn't like was the room itself at Baja point, which was hidden away with no view, although it was supposed to be an ocean view room and we paid for that. Things I liked about Baja point included the restaurant (delicious!) and service at the restaurant. The atmosphere of Baja point is much more quiet and relaxed than the pool vibe at the Westin too, which was great. The view of the sunsets at the upstairs deck is gorgeous too. And the room was incredibly clean! All in all though, I'd stay somewhere else with a view for the price.

My wife and I booked an ocean-view whirlpool suite in Baja Point after seeing all the advertised photos of balconies overlooking the ocean. We thought it would be nice to splurge on our anniversary and stay where we could hangout on the balcony to soak, watch whales, and take in the view. The concierge told us we would be in building (4) four, which turns out is on the rear of the property and does not face the ocean at all. Our room, 411, is tucked under the public walkway and elevator shafts (see photos), and right above a public patio. There is zero privacy as everyone who walks by looks down on you in the whirlpool and into your room. To get here, you take two elevators to the bottom, then go down three more sets of stairs. Because of its location, you are in the shadows all day - making it not a very pleasant place to sit out and read a book. We asked to move to a room with the ocean view and were told they were for “legacy owners, who’s money built the resort.” Nice. Had we known that, we never would have booked. There are plenty of resorts where “ocean view” means “ocean view.” We asked to move again our second day and were told by a manager nothing was available. Finally, our whirlpool thermostat was not working, so it was constantly scalding hot - maintenance had to come empty and refill it when we wanted to use it. Other parts of Baja Point seem nice, if you luck out and get a decent room. Save your money and go elsewhere unless they guarantee you something that isn’t in building 4. We feel duped.

Excellent restaurant at Baja Point. We had 6 pm reservation and walked up at 5:15 pm to see the sunset. It was gorgeous. The restaurant doesn’t open tor dinner till 6 pm but serves drinks on the patio where you have the fabulous view of the sunset. I had shrimp a la pastor and my husband had seafood pasta. They were both delicious. Before the main course was served, they brought a yummy salsa with some chips, not like usual Mexican liquid salsa but a thicker salsa that was quite good. Next they brought us a ceviche that was very good, then a small sorbet to cleanse our palate. Then, the main course was served and it looked fantastic. It also tasted fantastic. They also had rolls with cilantro butter. We were too full for dessert. Our waiter was Crillo and he was excellent.

Room Tip: If you’re staying at the Westin, you need to eat at Baja Point and see the sunset.

Stayed at Baja Point...tied to the Westin. resort is very spread out. just pray you don't take an uber from the airport. you have to stop about a half mile away and walk with all of your luggage...no help at all from staff. mediocre restaurant at best. front desk guy was about as unhelpful as could be. did have a cool private pool. definitely not worth the money though. first and last time i'll ever stay here.

Words cannot express how delightful our experience was while visiting Baja Point! We had so many moments of pure joy! The Transfers and check in were seamless ~ Loved Adrianna. Our Concierge, Dulce, was there to take care of us. Our afternoon poolside visits at our special little Baja Point oasis (oceanside) were so peaceful and relaxing and enjoyed with sweet new friends. The ocean waves outside our window brought sweet dreams. If you love good food ~ Cabos is a "Foodie Paradise" with so many wonderful places to enjoy. Each and every staff member had the desire to make our visit pleasant! We will miss you Baja Point! One day soon ~ We will return!

I feel so blessed to have found this little gem of a place at the Westin in Los Cabos. The owners pool at Baja Point was just perfect. The views, the service and the beauty are hard to beat. Raul was just amazing. He greeted us and remembered us by name after the first hour there. He provided impeccable service , was so nice and answered all Of the questions we had for him . Alex was there to service us with drinks and food and did so with such a kind and hospitable heart. He always made us feel so welcome even when we showed up 15 minutes before they closed ! Our bartender made incredible drinks and was also very kind. If I could give this place a 10 I would !! We absolutely loved it and will be back.

We stayed here for 6 days/5 nights and had a lovely visit. We stayed in a 1 bedroom (434) and it was huge and spotless on arrival. The outside area was also very large to spread out. It was a full kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, and more. There was also a washer/dryer. You could certainly make lots of meals in here. There were also 2 toilets and 2 showers. The staff was all very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Adrianna especially (thank you!) we ate and went to the pools at the Westin. We did use the Baja Point pool one afternoon and it was nice and quiet. Covid: The hotel felt very safe. The Staff was all masked, everything was sanitized. Housekeeping doesn't come in your room. The most unsafe thing was all the guests who didn't abide by the rules. There were signs EVERYWHERE to wear your masks but people were just not following the rules of the hotel and I don't think staff wanted to cause issues. Like seriously, if you are reading this and planning on going, be a good person and JUST FOLLOW THE RULES! Transport - to get an uber you had to walk down the hill to the gate where the Westin check-in is. Then order the Uber. Took from 5-15 minutes each time. The hotel quoted us a taxi of $40 USD to get to San Jose. Uber was like $13. So be prepared to wait. Also during drop off, they can't take you up to Baja Point so be prepared to walk or ask for a golf cart. Two small things: 1. I booked via Marriott.com, when you book your confirmation and everything comes up as the Westin, and Baja Point seems like it's in the same place. But it's actually up the hill and a separate check-in. So when we organized our transport from the airport and grocery delivery we had it sent to the Westin. So that was really confusing. They should make that super clear. 2. On our last night (a Wednesday) the guests below us were partying around 11pm, we went to sleep and then were woken up by them still partying around 2am. We called the front desk to tell them and security showed up at our room asking about noise, so I had to send him to the right room. The hotel is really family-oriented so I wasn't sure how security or anyone else didn't stop the party earlier.....

We used our Vista as na Adventures ownership to book this fabulous villa. We have an incredible view of the Sea of Cortez from atop a cliff. We can look out our porch and see multimillion dollar homes of the rich and famous. The Concierge, Dulce is a delight as is the entire staff. We have stayed in practically all of the Vistana resorts and agree this is the most beautiful villa we have been to. The is a spa on our porch with a180 degree view of the sea. Some amenities are down due to Covid. It is very quiet as compared to Cabo San Lucas. I would suggest renting a car athe airport. Transportation is iffy.Uber sometimes unavailable, taxis expensive. It is $160 round trip from the airport alone so a car is a good idea since San Jose 5 mi and San Lucas is 13 miles.

This was our third visit to the Los Cabos Westin and Baja Point. We really enjoy the owner's pool located at Baja Point. Not only is it quiet and relaxing, but you get the utmost in customer service. Raul, the pool concierge, is always there to help with whatever you need. He remembers your name and goes out of his way to say hello and make sure you're ok. He gave us great recommendations for dinner and answered all questions we had. He's a tremendous wealth of information and always had a smile on his face. Likewise, the wait staff was outstanding, Alex and Daniel also remembered your name and always served us with a smile. There was hardly a time when we needed to wait for anything. They are quick, efficient and made you feel as if your comfort was their concern. We travel a lot and I can't think of another resort that has this level of attention and customer care. I want to thank these three gentlemen for making our stay a wonderful one. They are truly an asset to this property.
