We got here late, around 8pm. The website said there was a restaurant on site but it was in a pool cabana outside. They stayed open for us and we were starving after a long travel day, we didn't have high hopes for the food but we were pleasantly impressed, it was actually really good and they let us take it back up to our room to eat. It's a low cost hotel but the rooms look newer, modern, blackout blinds were really nice, we actually slept really good.
Do not stay here ever!!! Worst experience ever!!! Customer service was not just bad it was threatening!!! Felt very unsafe and unwell. Front desk completely rude and not helpful at all. Tried for an entire day to speak to a manager as well as Hotwire trying all day and no one would pick up!!! Luckily I was able to get a refund from Hotwire and booked elsewhere! Thank God!!!!
Wonderful dinner with view of Sea of Cortez and the famous “arco”. Jonny, Jazziel & Miguel Ángel were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our experience extra special!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas!!
We chose this property because we where looking for a base to stay on a cheap getaway to see a little bit of Los Cabos for a birthday. The hotel is clean and very friendly staff located just outside Cabo San Lucas. Our room had a bit of a humid smell when we arrived however this is normal in mexico if the room has been closed for a few days before use. The reception team sent a cleaner straight away to check it and refresh the room, no problems after this once the aircon had cleaned the air up. The team at reception we very helpful and answered any questions which we asked. I reccomend that you rent a car if you are visiting this hotel to be able to make your way between cabo san lucas and san jose del cabo
The room was not cleaned during our stay. There seems to be a huge issue regarding to cleaning in the hotel. The cleaning people come by to knock on your door by 8:00 am to "run a report" on top there is some construction going on, so before 8am the noise will wake you up.
Hotel is big and rooms are far away from noise. Got rest and fun in the pool. It is very close to El Medano Beach and Downtown as well to the Marina. Breakfast included was good and liked this one uses glass plates instead of disposable ones.
It was a pleasant experience at this hotel even though I had only stayed for a night the Room was clean and the attendant ans desk personnel were polite. The breakfast was amazing and as well.Follow me on Instagram for amazing destinations @baughbrian.
July 2018: This was an absolutely fantastic hotel at a fantastic price! Like the Mexican version of a holiday inn. While it certainly wasn’t extravagant or filled with amenities like the big beachside resorts, it was perfect for an affordable, comfortable, and still very nice week long stay. They had a wonderful staff that you could always find cleaning the property through out the days and nights. Had very modern / nice rooms. A little bit farther out from downtown Cabo (closer to Walmart area) but that also meant it was far less crowded, which was a plus for us! We got to enjoy the pool, free refreshments (including beer and tequila;), and breakfast with peace and quiet. Plus their onsite security was always outside keeping an eye on the parking lot where our rental was parked. Overall: if you want to visit Cabo on a budget, but still want to enjoy clean, modern, comfortable stays...and have a rental car lol.. then this place can’t be beat!…
This place has no idea how to give good customer service. They obviously don't get foreign tourists that often, so they have no idea how to communicate or help out at all. Breakfast is inedible, and there are plastic plates and knives and forks to use -- basically, this place resembles more of a motel than a hotel. Save your money and book something nicer.
Stayed here a week & it is a very nice hotel.......the staff clean 24 hours a day...........I have never ever seen such a clean place. So clean they even vacuum the parking lot & I am not kidding! The manager is the only person that speaks fluent English but had great conversations with a security guard between my little Spanish & his little English we did well. The one thing I was not crazy about is the windows do not open as I am a fresh air freak! Also the eggs at breakfast could have had more variety...they were scrambled every day, they also served yogurt, cereal, fruit, beans, toast & granola also coffee & tea. Its across the street from Wal Mart & a great taco stand up behind VIPs & at the end of Wal Mart parking lot.It is called Asi y Asado........great food & Nepresso coffee..........you must try this taco place but they also serve steaks & lots of variety here.Great desserts such as Tres Leche pastels & Cheesecakes. My kids loved this place,we ate here about 5 times in our 2 week stay.…
