Never been more disappointed in a hotel. Arrived to get terrible service at the Ledge restaurant. Had reservations at the rooftop deck at 9pm. We were given last call at 9:15pm, told to go back to the Ledge for dinner. We got down there 5 minutes later and were told the kitchen was closed. Only options were room service, which there were no menu’s and told to use the QR code on the TV, which didn’t show up because of an error. Still waiting for someone to deliver a QR code. Sorry, but this place sucks. Worst experience I have had anywhere in Cabo after dozens of trips.

Hotel's Favorite
This place is like a dream - the view is unparalleled (only one with a great view of the Arch), food was delicious and service is absolutely exquisite. We were impressed with the level of care the hotel took especially during COVID. We could see the increased sanitization and they provided wipes, sanitizer gel and masks for everyone. QR code’s for menus everywhere and social distancing. Fernanda and Hugo at the pool were AMAZING during our stay and took care of us like we were VIP by remembering our names & favorite drinks/foods after each day and making us feel like friends! The Rooftop bar has such a spectacular view with amazing vibes and fantastic service. This is the only place we will stay in Cabo now - hands down! 👏🏼👏🏼

I have stayed at countless hotels all over the world and I can say this is the best. Leo, luis, isla, reina, Pedro, Rafael, just to name a few made our stay perfect! We will continue to come back! The service at the pool was epic. Leo knows how to ensure you have a great time! The transport was perfect they took care of everything! Judit helped us feel so taken care of at the airport! The front desk staff was always there with a smile! Thank you Reina for all the help! Ignalecio made our dining experience more than 5 stars he knows his menu well and made everything so nice for us. Hernan was so very helpful setting us up and had all the answers to our questions. Rafael at the pool ensures you have everything you need and sets you up no questions asked! Isla makes the best coffee drinks in the world and her sweet smile lights up the room! Pedro at the front was so kind to get our pictures before we left and it’s my fav one of the trip! Made my birthday we already miss all the staff I feel so blessed and sad to be home! Thank you again staff at the cape! And btw everything is perfectly clean and safe and gorgeous at all times! This hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and the views are insane.
