From the moment I walked into The Cape, I knew this place was something special. The hotel checked every box that you would expect while staying at a premium property like this one. Everyday I’d get a personalized text message from Eduardo at the front desk asking if there was anything my partner or myself needed. Once I left my room for the days activities, he’d make sure the house keeping cleaned my room in my absence. Superior service from everyone associated with concierge team. The entire staff at the pool made sure my stay was perfect. Lenny, Leo, and Toro were my servers for all four days of my stay. They were all so attentive to needs and my sure my glass was never empty. Lenny hands down was my favorite staff member I met on this trip and he solidified that I need to return to this hotel on a future trip. Can’t wait to see him again!! We didn’t have a bad meal the entire trip. How can you beat a five staff breakfast in your room every morning? I made sure to try something different for every meal to make sure I sampled all the wonderful things the chefs prepared. My favorites were the Eggs Benedict, the Turkey club, and the sushi was off the chart. I was truly caught off guard on how great the food was. And finally Pedro the greeter made sure that my transportation needs were always taken care of. Overall security, cleanliness, hospitality, and making everything personal to my needs, can’t be topped. I can’t wait to be back and hopefully it won’t be in the not to distant future.

Hotel's Favorite
This place is like a dream - the view is unparalleled (only one with a great view of the Arch), food was delicious and service is absolutely exquisite. We were impressed with the level of care the hotel took especially during COVID. We could see the increased sanitization and they provided wipes, sanitizer gel and masks for everyone. QR code’s for menus everywhere and social distancing. Fernanda and Hugo at the pool were AMAZING during our stay and took care of us like we were VIP by remembering our names & favorite drinks/foods after each day and making us feel like friends! The Rooftop bar has such a spectacular view with amazing vibes and fantastic service. This is the only place we will stay in Cabo now - hands down! 👏🏼👏🏼

Hi Texantica, We hope you had a pleasant way home, We really appreciate you taking the time to go into details about our COVID regulations in the property, because we have been working really hard to make our main goal to keep everyone safe and healthy while offering the same refined Cape experience. I will for sure be congratulating Fernanda & Hugo, for going the extra mile on your experience. We're looking forward to have you with us again soon, Best regards,

Stayed at the Cape with another couple on our Cabo vacation. The hotel is about 10 minutes outised of downtown Cabo and we loved it. We felt safe and secure. All covid precautions were taken to keep guest and stadd save. The bool area was the best. While the otel sits on a beaautiful beach, the beach is not at all swimable. Several surfers in the water, but I wouldn't dare swim or snorkel here. the beach drops off pretty fast and the waves and the currents are very intense. The beach sand was very coarse. Several swimable beaches at a short less than $10 uber ride away including Santa Maria and Chileno beaches. Food and beverages at this property were pretty pricey and so we found our way into the local neighborhoods to places seveal of the locals suggested. The staff re responsive and wonderfult o work with during our stay. we didnt have many needs, but if we asked for anything, they were happy to help out. Rooftop musica and party of the weekends was loud, but didn't go too late into the night.

This place is in a fabulous private location with stunning views! The hotel was one of the best we've stayed in! We were in the Deluxe King that featured a giant soaking tub and a fabulous daybed swing on the balcony! Definitely worth the extra money for these 2 features in the Deluxe room. Pool loungers are a must and the pool staff was very attentive. We felt very safe with all venues socially distanced and witnessed sanitizing of all spaces constantly. Sunday brunch had some delicious sushi/sashimi! We will definitely be going back!
