Resort is great, view is awesome, service is impeccable. IL forno bar has the best vibes and the pizza is great. Ricardo Ohnel was quick and attentive. We canceled other dinner plans in the resort since we had such a great time here.

This was the most beautiful resort we’ve stayed at by far. Excellent service was given by Isabel and Alejandro, very polite and very attentive. This resort never felt crowded and did not contain the typical “spring break crowd” at all. We will definitely be back and will be telling everyone back home about this gem of a resort!

2nd time going back to HE! The resort is very close to Vista Encntada. Even though we had booking issues with Expedia, it was all resolved well. Thanks to Alejandro and Estafani from Encantada Vista. All inclusive meals were excellent. Pool side bar, Sandra was mostly delightful. David, the most patient and skillful instructor taught me how to play pickleball match. Cezar from Italian Restaurant also greeted us warmly. Must go place!

Hacienda Encantada is my Home Away From Home and it's the Employees there that make you feel that way. I frequent this resort because the staff has become like family to me. Checking in with the most helpful, professional Front Desk manager Mauricio Reyes Huerta to the coincerge manager Manuel Salgado and my fave sunspot El Patio with a great manager Omar Gallito Rosales. These 3 managers make my experience the best!

Love this Resort! The staff, food, pools, resort ambiance anlong with the million $ views are incredible! We played Pickleball with Moses and David and had a blast! Moses is a great concierge and athletic director! David ricks in the gym and yoga! Gustavo is an amazing server at phase one pool and the good Effigania cooks at phase 1 pool is to for for! She is the best!!
