Rodolfo was fantastic. He was funny and entertaining! The trip up was a bit of a hike, but he made it go by quickly. Get ready for a good workout, but they provided water and checked in regularly. It was about two hours of fun. I would definitely recommend.

This was our first visit and it was stellar. It has a five star feel and the clientele reflected this. Check in was a breeze and the resort is small enough where it’s easy to locate areas and get around. The rooms are pretty standard, with a south western feel. The Towers have upgraded rooms that are of a similar in size, but definitely fancier. The experience is magical with the amenities, restaurants and service. Restaurants are top notch and the food is incredible!!! Our favourite was the sushi restaurant where we ate three times. Pool was empty for a few days and busy for a few days. Our server Martin was phenomenal and kept us hydrated and fed all day. We always felt like his priority. Activities Team Member Rodolfo was funny and always tried to get everybody up and entertained. We enjoyed water aerobics and bingo. He was super kind. We loved the bar by the beach every evening and the music, drinks and fire tables. Also the fire pits are a really nice touch. Overall, the resort is beautiful. Probably the most stunning hotel I’ve ever stayed at (which is saying a lot given how much we travel!). We will definitely be back.…

I loved every moment of our 7 night-8 day stay at the Pacifica. The grounds and views were spectacular! The food was delicious. The sushi restaurant is my favorite-Pascados, however every meal was amazing. The staff was so sweet and attentive. Martin and Rudolfo at the pool were awesome, Ana at breakfast gave us her lucky welcome drink (DELISH), and Luis and Itamar were so friendly and responded to every single request. The rooms in the towers are great-beautiful views, cozy bed, and relaxing rain shower. If you can, I would highly recommend staying at the Towers for access to the VIP Lounge and butler service. We absolutely cannot wait to come back!!

we had a great time while at Pueblo Bonita Pacifica. One of the highlights was all of the fun things we got to do through the activity center. We did blackjack, water aerobics, salsa dancing, and even took a Spanish lesson. Overall, excellent trip and Rudolfol is great!

Me, my wife, and two of our best friends stayed for 5 nights at Pueblo Bonito. All of the amenities were fantastic. We made friends with the activities director, Rodolfo, shown here. He took us on a hike to the light house and brought lots of fun to our trip. He is great at his job! We will definitely be back and hope to see Rodolfo when we return!

We love coming here and there a couple of people who made our experience great. Eduardo at the Main Pool always greets us with a smile. He is efficient and checks on us even when he is not assigned to us. Also Martin who works with Elite customers helped us out a few times which I appreciate.
