We went to this hotel with 3 women from San Diego to Cabo and we felt so safe on the grounds. The Bellboys are so nice especially Esteban and Johnathan. They set up us with safe transportation and places to go.
Great service. The best entertainment staff- they make the stay so much more fun. Great entertainment all the time for kids and adults alike. If you have you kids or looking for a perfect for couples trip then this is the place to stay. The food at all the restaurants is great and Julio Caesar at the pool is amazing and will take care of everything for you. You will leave the resort feeling like family! A must stay.
Unless all these reviews are fixed I dont see how this hotel gets such stellar reviews in service. I have travelled the world and have yet to see a hotel this scale not answer telephones, transfer to no one, eternal hold, and just hanging up on people. Besides for the rudeness it is just plain dangerous. What if there was an emergency??? Don't even get me started with email. The manager Naum who likes to respond to everyone's reviews with " Please let me know how I can help" is nowhere to be found. He doesn't answer a single email nor does any other department in this hotel. I think theyre running on auto pilot and hoping for the best. Everyone at this hotel will just shift your issue to a different department or extension. firstname.lastname@example.org go nowhere, zero response.
I wanted to give a shout out to Ana, the water aerobics instructor, here at Playa Grande Resort and Grand Spa. My husband and I participated in her class today and she really put us through a workout! What a wonderful opportunity to exercise in such a gorgeous resort! Thank you, Ana!
From the time we enter the resort, all staff were super friendly and helpful. To name few Jose, Diego, and Fernando by the pool. Food is distinguishably more delicious than other resorts in Cabo. One think travelers need to understand is that this resort is not your typical “All Inclusive” and their “All Inclusive” is a “Meal Plan”. My recommendation for the management is to at least provide free coffee and free water in Meal Plan rooms. Also please upgrade your TVs to connect to internet for additional entertainment for family with kids. Wish you all the best.
We stayed at Playa Grande Resort this week and wanted to commend the entertainment staff and pool waiters. Ulises was our pool waiter and could not be faulted. Superb service. He’s your man. Jose was our breakfast waiter - also helpful and cheerful. Salma, Jenny, Umberto, Javier are the most enthusiastic entertainment staff. We remember Umberto from a previous trip pre COVID. Incidentally the resorts COVID measures were excellent although most patrons didn’t wear masks. We will be back
All the serving and entertainment staff were great. Our pool server, Ulysses was super attentive. Salma, Jenny, Umberto and Javier were enthusiastic and full of energy everyday. Everyone was so hard working no matter what their job was.
Stayed at the playa grande for 5 days everything was wonderful the hotel is beautiful amazing views! The fiesta are so much fun. The pool service was amazing Ulisses julio and Fernando were very attended throughout our stay we will definitely be back.
A pacific side hotel. Thought it was a bit pricey if didn't want a inclusive package. 2 margaritas, made them a double at the bar tenders encouragement, was $50.00!! (Including a tip). Rooms were cleaned in a timely fashion. Roll out full sized bed was extremely uncomfortable. Came home with back problems. Grounds maintained. Adult swim up bar pool was very bad, dirty. It is a walk to your room up a hill to exit the resort. You can walk to the marina but it is a distance up a hill. I used my rental car more than ever on this trip.
Had a great time at playa grande, service was awesome! We were well taken care of by hector (koko), he was our server by the pool and always made sure we had a drink or food in our hands. I came for my bachelor party and I’ll be returning with my wife. Thanks playa grande
