The location of this property is fabulous -all within walking distance to the marina and shopping. Close to great spots like The Office or Sur Beach House. The design of the entrance way and lobby is very green and welcoming. Love the work lounge space along with the pool table and bar area. Thank you to Ivanna and Tabatha at the coffee juice grab and go a great spot to get a detox or immunity boost smoothie or latte. Also check out their merchandise like candles, totes, etc. There are 2 pools the garden and oceanside infinity pool. Our favorite was the beachside. Aaron and Steve were making up some fabulous drinks. A must is the spinach, mango and mint smoothie - so refreshing and my favorite! Also loved the Cabo Pina colada a great mix of local rums and a hit while lounging at the pool. We all loved the tacos, chicken fingers, mango salads and guacamole and chips at the poolside food truck- shout out to the chefs for an amazing lunch everyday! Mathias, Arcenio and Kevin were always at your service with great suggestions and amazing customer service. All wonderful personalities. Bruno at the pool area was also very welcoming each morning. I'd also like to thank Christian, Javier and Andrea at the front desk for their attention to detail and guest services. Christian thank you for the full tour of the property and making our welcome a great start to the trip. Javier thank you for assistance in the check out process and meeting all of our needs. One of the best hotels. We stayed in the resident side and it was so luxurious and comfortable. The staff here makes everyone feel at home and are super attentive to every need. The food and drinks at the pool were incredible too. Overall amazing stay and I can’t wait to go back!

Bartending was great (Aaron) and the drinks tasted amazing. The poolside guys were awesome too, like Marco was a great guy and very nice and helpful. Everyone else by the pool was very nice and made our stay great.

We took a week trip and met our son and his girlfriend here for a week in April - we were all so impressed by the grounds, service, rooms, and ease of getting around Cabo. Cindy got us checked in, helped with restaurant reservations and got us into places we couldn't ourselves. She was always willing to help with anything and always had a smile on her face. 1 Homes shares the grounds with the Hacienda and both are amazing. There is a wonderful workout facility at Hacienda, literally at the bottom of the stairs, also Hacienda has a wonderful restaurant for bfast, lunch, or dinner. The pool at 1 Homes is simply amazing - looks out over the ocean and has the best service! Marco gets you set up in chairs and towels and if you want to spend time on the beach, he will set you up there as well. Chairs are so comfortable at the pool - great for a nap in the ocean breeze. Arcenio was always checking on us to see what drink or food we needed and he made sure to keep us hydrated with water. Aaron, the bartender, makes amazing drinks. The food at the pool is also amazing - ceviche to die for. They have a sushi night at the pool on Fridays and Saturdays that was fantastic. The marina is right outside the gate. There is a fabulous grocery store there that has everything you need. Walk to great local restaurants for tacos - Gardenias and Barrillo (beware, the salsa is hot). We can't wait to come back. Everyone on staff was amazing and made sure we had the best week. …

Fantastic ! Beautiful modern indoor outdoor experience. Staff is so friendly and takes care of everything. Location is best. You can walk to a full grocery, marina, mall and town. Infinity pool on beach with food and bar service at pool and on beach. Free paddle board and kayak. We were a group of moms and high-school kids on spring break. Hotel is gated with security at entrances and always checking on who is on property.

We are having the most wonderful time at 1Homes Preview Cabo. Upon check in, Cindy was so kind and gave us a wonderful tour. On the night we arrived, we had a margarita making class with Aaron. He was patient and insightful throughout the class. The canapés for the class by Hugo were delicious. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay!

We stayed in the main property 4 bedroom on our last trip and had another couple and their kids join us in a 5 bedroom villa on this stay. We once again had an amazing time and even better we were able to enjoy the great service of Javier who oversaw all the details of our stay before and during our vacation. We also enjoyed the amazing in room breakfast every morning and a dinner prepared by Chef Andrea on our first night. We should have skipped a less than stellar dinner at another resort and enjoyed one more dinner prepared by the Chef and his team in our Villa. Very comfortable, clean and enjoyable. Private bathrooms and separate temperature controls for every bedroom. we will be returning later this year.

1 hotel Cabo is stunning. It’s an organic modern feel which I love and extremely clean. They have the best location right by the marina with a swimmable ocean!! We got breakfasts most of the days we stayed or at least a coffee from the coffee shop. The ladies that work there are amazing and the coffee, breakfast burritos and protein shakes are delicious. We spent most of our days at the pool and I can’t say enough about this staff. The service is hands down the best service we have ever had… anywhere!!! We love to try new places but no one ever compares!! Arsenio, Luis, Edson, Abel and Marcos know how to host a pool party!!! We are never ready to leave!! If you love a relaxed vibe with fabulous service this is the spot for you! Also, anything you order from the pool truck is mouth watering!!! Can’t go wrong! …

We loved 1 Homes Cabo. The condos are beautifully decorated and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location was amazing and the service was outstanding. One of the things we loved the most was that we did not have to worry about reserving lounge chairs at the pool. There were plenty for everyone and we didn't have to worry about getting up early to save chairs as you have to do at so many resorts. There were a few minor things we needed assistance with (water pressure in shower was low, speaker system didn't work, no ice in freezer) and our needs were met nearly instantaneously through a texting system with the concierge. All issues were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. We would like to give a shout out to Edson and Arsenio at the pool for their amazing service. We were never empty handed and they worked really hard servicing everyone's needs. Their attitudes were amazing; always upbeat. From the minute we arrived, they called us by our first names and made us feel very welcome. Also, Aaron at the front desk/concierge was outstanding. He had great recommendations for dinners and was very responsive to all of our needs. Thanks to everyone at 1 Homes Cabo for making our spring break trip a memorable one! …
